This study applied a data mining model of student’s grade point classification at the department of information technology on computer science faculty singaperbangsa university karawang. The objective of the study is to comprehend the description of rule models which are obtained to produce a decision based on “satisfied and dissatisfied” predicates. The decision tree algorithm on this study are the C 4.5 and ID3 algorithms. For data analysis, this study uses supporting software of RapidMiner 5.1. In designing data mining process, this research uses Cross- Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) model. The resulting output is C 4.5 decision tree algorithm might support the computer science faculty of singaperbangsa university karawang on decision-making in teaching and learning process as the basic reference for future improvements.

AbstrakKlinik adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat dasar yang wajib menyelenggarakan rekam medis.Kegiatan administrasi rekam medis yang ada di Klinik Asysyifaa Leuwiliang masih dalam bentuk tulisan pada lembaran kertas, aplikasi ini dibangun untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja klinik dalam hal pengadministrasian data rekam medis yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Proses pembuatan aplikasi dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem, pembuatan desain database, desain sistem, desain user interface, pembangunan sistem, dan pengujian sistem. Metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu OOAD dengan tools UML. Hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi: proses bisnis lama, proses bisnis baru, diagram konteks, pelaku sistem, list use case, use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, deployment diagram, dan class diagram. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat melakukan kegiatan login, pendaftaran pasien baru, pasien lama, menyimpan data rekam medis dan menampilkan riwayat rekam medis pasien secara realtime ketika dokter melakukan pemeriksaan, sehingga mampu menggantikan penggunaan rekam medis kertas dan memangkas waktu pelayanan pasien.Abstract Clinics are basic health care facilities that are required to conduct medical records. Medical record administration activities at the Asysyifaa Leuwiliang Clinic are still in writing on sheets of paper, this application was built to optimize clinic performance in administering medical records data that is fast, precise, and accurate. The process of making applications starts with system requirements analysis, database design creation, system design, user interface design, system development, and system testing. The system design method used is OOAD with UML tools. The results of this study include: old business processes, new business processes, context diagrams, system actors, use case lists, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, deployment diagrams, and class diagrams. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the application was made to carry out login activities, registration of new patients, old patients, storing medical record data and displaying the patient's medical record history in real time when the doctor performed the examination, so as to replace the use of paper medical records and cut patient service time.

AbstraksDepartemen TI di dompet dhuafa pendidikan menggunakan sistem konvensional pada proses penerimaan layanan service-nya. Proses penerimaan layanan tersebut dilakukan dengan cara mengisi form layanan dan diajukan serta disimpan pada tempat penerimaan layanan yang berada di departemen TI. Pada sistem tersebut, masih menggunakan form yang tercetak dan seringkali adanya permintaan layanan yang terlewat dan tidak sesuai dengan urutan antriannya. Pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu aplikasi yang mampu melayani proses permintaan layanan service yang terkomputerisasi sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan model waterfall dalam pengembangan aplikasi maupun rancangannya. Aplikasi ini memiliki fungsi diantaranya permintaan layanan TI, serta status layanan untuk memudahkan user mengetahui sejauh mana proses pengerjaan layanannya tersebut. Hasil dari analisis sistem diperoleh suatu website pelayanan service yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, struktur perangkat lunak sistem yang telah dibuat berupa diagram UML (Unified Modelling Language), yaitu: use case diagram, Activity diagram, Sequence diagram. Selain diagram tersebut juga terdapat struktur database, pengembangan antar muka website pelayanan service TI berupa user interface.AbstractIT Department of Dompet Dhuafa education uses a conventional system for admission services. Admission service procedure by filling the form and submit it to the admission service office in the IT Department. That procedure still uses the printed form and often does not appropriate admission services procedure queues. This research designs an application can adequate admission services procedure that computerized as a problem-solving. The application has been developed by the waterfall model system in its development and design. The application has a function for requested IT services and services status to make it easier for users to monitor service progress status. The results of the system analysis obtained a service website that suits user needs, the structure of the system software that has been made in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams, namely: use case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Sequence diagrams. In addition to the diagram there is also a database structure, the development of an IT service website interface in the form of a user interface.

AbstrakPenelitian ini menerapkan konsep bidang Astronomi Islam tentang penentuan arah kiblat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang ketepatan posisi arah kiblat di wilayah Indonesia. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum tahunya user tentang gambaran arah kiblat yang tepat untuk masing-masing daerah yang tersebar di wilayahnya. Kemudian pertanyaan yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana merancang sistem untuk penentuan arah kiblat tersebut agar mendapatkan hasil yang akurat serta bagaimana merancang sistem tersebut sebagai dasar acuan untuk menunjang pengembangan sistem yang dapat diterapkan untuk perangkat berbasis android. Perancangan sistem ini dibuat berdasarkan metode ephemeris yang diterbitkan oleh Kementrian Agama Republik Indonesia dan dirancang menggunakan notasi Unified Modeling Language(UML) sebagai case tool dalam merancang proses yang akan terjadi dalam sistem.Abstract This research applies the concept of Islamic Astronomy in determining the direction of the Qibla with the aim of knowing the description of the exact position of the Qibla direction in the territory of Indonesia. The problem in this study is that the user has not yet known the picture of the direction of the Qibla that is right for each region that is spread in the region. Then the question that arises in this study is how to design a system to determine the direction of the Qibla in order to get accurate results and how to design the system as a basis for supporting the development of systems that can be applied to android-based devices. The design of this system is based on the ephemeris method published by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and designed to use Unified Modeling Language(UML) notation as a case tool in designing the processes that will occur in the system.

Pemanfaatan teknologi pada sektor kesehatan yang sangat perlu diperhatikan karena kesehatan merupakan faktor terpenting bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia. Berdasarkan Riskesdas tahun 2018, dinyatakan bahwa epidemiologi obesitas dan kekurangan gizi sudah banyak dialami oleh kalangan balita atau anak kecil, hal ini sangat berdampak pada kondisi kesehatan seseorang. Pemeriksaan pun harus tetap dilakukan untuk menentukan kelayakan pola hidup yang akan dijalani. Teknologi yang digunakan masih sangat minim dalam melakukan pengecekan status epidemiologi obesitas dan kekurangan gizi. Teknologi pada sektor kesehatan yang diharapkan ini merupakan suatu perancangan teknologi yang dapat mengetahui Body Mass Index (BMI) menggunakan metode Body Surface Area (BSA) melalui Cermin Pintar (Smart Mirror) agar seseorang mengetahui berat badan yang ideal dalam pencegahan terjadinya obesitas atau kekurangan gizi. Sehingga seseorang mendapatkan suatu wawasan (insight) yang ditampilkan oleh Smart Mirror berupa rekomendasi terbaik dari ahli pakar hal ini berdampak positif agar seseorang dapat melakukan pola hidup sehat.

Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat telah memasuki dalam berbagai aspek bidang, seperti ekonomi, sosial, militer dan juga pendidikan. Dalam bidang pendidikan seluruh lembaga ataupun perguruan tinggi harus menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman. Pendidikan tinggi Pondok Pesantren Ulil Albaab adalah sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak dalam bidang keagamaan yang setiap tahunnya menerima mahasiswa baru dari seluruh Indonesia dan juga mancanegara. Akan tetapi dalam proses pendaftaran, pengumpulan berkas, dan juga penyeleksian calon mahasiswa baru yang dilakukan masih secara manual. Oleh karena itu untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada, maka dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran dan Tes Seleksi Akademik Mahasiswa Baru Pada Pondok Pesantren Tinggi Ulil Albaab UIKA Bogor Berbasis Web.

Purpose: This research investigates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cimahi City, West Java, and evaluates government efforts to support their recovery by simplifying the business legality process through the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) application. Method: Employing a mixed-methods approach, quantitative data on MSMEs' pandemic impact and qualitative insights into the OSS-RBA application's efficacy are collected via surveys, reports, interviews, and focus groups. The analysis involves statistical techniques and thematic analysis. Practical Applications: The study informs policymakers, stakeholders, and MSMEs on leveraging digital solutions like OSS-RBA for smoother permit acquisition. It suggests refining support mechanisms and targeted interventions to bolster the resilience of MSMEs amidst challenges. Conclusion: Government support and digital solutions like OSS-RBA are crucial for MSME recovery post-pandemic. Recommendations aim to enhance the business environment and foster sustainable local development.

Letters are an important means of communication in every institution, including at SMAN 1 Dramaga. Unfortunately, letter management at the school is still done manually. Therefore, a web-based letter management information system was designed to help manage and process letter data efficiently and organized. The letter information system can accelerate the letter management process and avoid damage to letters that are stored for too long. A Letter Information System is required to improve letter management performance with timely letter issuance. The system development method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and heritage studies. With a web-based information system, it can improve and facilitate letter management performance, timely letter issuance, and avoid damage to letters that are stored for too long. The result makes it easy to store letters centrally in a database that can be accessed again.

In ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical services, proper control of pharmaceutical supplies must be carried out. One of them is to prevent or minimize the occurrence of vacancies in pharmaceutical supplies needed. Problems that occur at the Tunggilis Pharmacy include the inaccuracy of officers in checking drug stock, delays in ordering drugs to distributors, inaccurate procurement planning resulting in conditions where inventory is smaller or larger than needed. The process of ordering drugs that is done conventionally will take a lot of time and energy so that an information system is needed that can provide information according to the items needed and when the time is right so that pharmacies can order drugs again. One of the effective systems is the recommendation system. In recommending automatic drug orders, it is processed with the help of the Reorder Point (ROP) method as a form of convenience in calculating the timeliness of ordering drugs to maintain drug availability at the Tunggilis Pharmacy. The system development in this study refers to the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with the waterfall model. The results of this study based on system testing that has been carried out using the Black Box method, it can be concluded that this system can be used and can facilitate users in managing drug availability.
