Abstract

Kegiatan pemantauan wilayah setempat (PWS) kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) adalah sebuah kegiatan yang rutin dilakukan setiap bulannya di bawah arahan dari dinas kesehatan dimana target dan sasaran ditentukan langsung dari instansi tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PWS KIA diharuskan memiliki hasil berupa laporan untuk bahan evaluasi pada kegiatan PWS KIA, merujuk pada data terakhir World Health Organization (WHO) sampai saat ini, angka kematian balita akibat penyakit infeksi yang seharusnya dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi namun dalam pelaksanaannya, kematian anak masih terbilang tinggi, terdapat kematian balita sebesar 1,4 juta jiwa per tahun. UPT Puskesmas Gunung Sindur memiliki 6 desa, yang mana pada setiap bulannya melakukan pelaporan imunisasi dan data hasil pencatatan imunisasi harus dilaporkan atau dikumpulkan di Puskesmas. Namun, pada saat ini kegiatan PWS KIA dari tahapan pencatatan hingga melakukan pengarsipan masih dilakukan secara manual, perlu diadakan pembaharuan untuk mendapatkan hasil dari kegiatan PWS KIA. Maka dari itu perlu dibuat sistem pelaporan yang dapat membuat proses pencatatan dan pembuatan laporan hasil pencatatan imunisasi menjadi efektif dan efisien di UPT Puskesmas Gunung Sindur. Dalam sistem tersebut terdapat hasil pencatatan berupa tabel dan grafik yang hasilnya realtime, sesuai dengan data yang di input dari hasil pencatatan imunisasi untuk di jadikan indikator yang menunjukan hasil dari kegiatan pada bulan tersebut memenuhi target atau tidak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, desain, implementasi dan pengujian. Sistem yang dibuat bersifat user friendly yang bermanfaat dan memberikan kemudahan intraksi.

Abstract

Education requires quality teacher resources in the current era of industry 4.0 and society 5.0. Teachers act as educators, teachers, mentors, directors, trainers, assessors, and evaluators. Students must have critical thinking competencies, creativity and innovation, interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork and collaboration, and self-confidence. At SMK Yasbam, the selection process for outstanding teachers is carried out every year. The problem faced is that the selection process is still assessed, selected, and determined by the school principal only, so there is still a process that is deemed not transparent, accountable, and fair. To make the assessment process fairer, try using the 360-degree feedback method, a multi-source assessment, and then weighting the performance value using the Simple Additive Weighting method to obtain recommendations for outstanding teachers. Respondents consisted of principals, fellow teachers, students, and themselves (the assessed teachers). Furthermore, combining these two methods is applied in a decision support system to make the assessment process and selection of outstanding teachers more objective.

Abstract

Identitas adalah suatu hlm yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan kehidupan seseorang, apabila seseorang merasa identitas yang lamanya tidak dapat membuat dirinya menggapai keinginan yang sudah lama di-inginkan, seperti hlmnya perkawinan atau pernikahan. Pergantian identitas yang dimaksud dalam pembahasan ini berupa “nama” seseorang yang akan melangsungkan perkawinan yang dengan sengaja ingin di ubah guna mendapatkan restu sehingga keinginan berupa pernikahan dapat berlangsung. maka pembahasan dalam hlm ini   akan terfokus dalam mencari dan meneliti bagaimana pandangan hukum islam dan hukum positif menanggapi dan menelaah kasus ini sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang optimal dan dampak hukum yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan metode studi pustaka dengan sumber dan jenis data berupa peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku terkait hukum perkawinan di Indonesia. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pergantian identitas dalam hlm nama tidak mengubah sahnya perkawinan hanya saja harus diperbaiki secara administratif, sedangkan jika identitas itu mengubah agama atau keyakinan akan memiliki akibat hukum pada status perkawinan.Identity is a very important thing in the survival of a person's life, if a person feels that his old identity cannot make himself achieve a long-desired desire, such as marriage or marriage. The change of identity referred to in this discussion is in the form of the "name" of someone who will carry out a marriage which deliberately wants to be changed in order to get the blessing so that the desire in the form of marriage can take place. so the discussion in this case will focus on finding and researching how the views of Islamic law and positive law respond and examine this case so that it can provide optimal solutions and the right legal impact. The method used in this research is normative juridical with literature study method with sources and types of data in the form of applicable laws and regulations related to marriage law in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the change of identity in terms of the name does not change the validity of the marriage, it only has to be administratively corrected, whereas if the identity changes religion or belief it will have legal consequences on marital status.

Abstract

Letters are an important means of communication in every institution, including at SMAN 1 Dramaga. Unfortunately, letter management at the school is still done manually. Therefore, a web-based letter management information system was designed to help manage and process letter data efficiently and organized. The letter information system can accelerate the letter management process and avoid damage to letters that are stored for too long. A Letter Information System is required to improve letter management performance with timely letter issuance. The system development method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and heritage studies. With a web-based information system, it can improve and facilitate letter management performance, timely letter issuance, and avoid damage to letters that are stored for too long. The result makes it easy to store letters centrally in a database that can be accessed again.

Abstract

Peningkatan Pemantauan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak Daerah (PWS-KIA) dan pelaporan yang dilakukan bidan desa setiap bulan ke Puskesmas di Kecamatan Gunungsindur yang meliputi 6 desa dan 64 Posyandu, diperlukan aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat menghitung indikator PWS KIA dan menampilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh bidan desa. Perancangan aplikasi SIMPEL BEDA dibuat dengan pendekatan model Waterfall, perancangan database dimulai dari proses normalisasi data yang diperoleh dari masing-masing Posyandu dan Puskesmas di tingkat Kecamatan. Penulisan kode program menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin dan XML dengan aplikasi Android Studio, pengujian fungsional aplikasi dilakukan dalam Black Box dengan metode Boundary Value Analysis (BVA). Perhitungan masing-masing indikator PWS KIA telah diimplementasikan pada aplikasi SIMPEL BEDA sehingga diperoleh hasil perhitungan dalam laporan bulanan PWS KIA. Aplikasi SIMPEL BEDA dapat digunakan oleh kader dan bidan desa untuk mencetak atau mengirimkan laporan dalam bentuk digital ke puskesmas dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik berdasarkan bulan dan tahun dalam format pdf yang dapat diunduh. Increased Monitoring of Local Areas for Maternal and Child Health (PWS-KIA) and reporting carried out by village midwives every month to Puskesmas in Gunungsindur District which includes 6 villages and 64 Posyandu, an android-based application is needed that can calculate PWS KIA indicators and displays the reports required by the village midwife. The design of the SIMPEL BEDA application is made using the Waterfall model approach, database design starts from the process of normalizing the data obtained from each Posyandu and Puskesmas at the District level. Writing program code using the Kotlin programming language and XML with the Android Studio application, functional testing of the application is carried out in Black Box with the Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) method. The calculation of each PWS KIA indicator has been implemented in the SIMPEL BEDA application so that the calculation results are obtained in the PWS KIA monthly report. The SIMPEL BEDA application can be used by cadres and village midwives to print or send reports in digital form to the puskesmas in the form of tables and graphs based on month and year in pdf format that can be downloaded.

Abstract

In ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical services, proper control of pharmaceutical supplies must be carried out. One of them is to prevent or minimize the occurrence of vacancies in pharmaceutical supplies needed. Problems that occur at the Tunggilis Pharmacy include the inaccuracy of officers in checking drug stock, delays in ordering drugs to distributors, inaccurate procurement planning resulting in conditions where inventory is smaller or larger than needed. The process of ordering drugs that is done conventionally will take a lot of time and energy so that an information system is needed that can provide information according to the items needed and when the time is right so that pharmacies can order drugs again. One of the effective systems is the recommendation system. In recommending automatic drug orders, it is processed with the help of the Reorder Point (ROP) method as a form of convenience in calculating the timeliness of ordering drugs to maintain drug availability at the Tunggilis Pharmacy. The system development in this study refers to the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with the waterfall model. The results of this study based on system testing that has been carried out using the Black Box method, it can be concluded that this system can be used and can facilitate users in managing drug availability.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kompetensi guru RA/Tata Usaha di bidang teknologi informasi perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam mengelola data seperti keuangan, pembelajaran, dan tata kelola sekolah RA. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah guru RA/Tata Usaha banyak yang tidak memiliki kompetensi dalam mengelola data-data keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi tertentu. Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru RA/Tata Usaha melalui lokakarya dan pelatihan kerja sama antara IGRA dengan Fakultas Teknik dan Sains. Jumlah 104 peserta. Metode pelaksanaan PkM dilakukan melalui tahapan survei, koordinasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PkM diperoleh hasil pretest bahwa: 1) Guru RA/Tata Usaha telah mengenal teknologi informasi tapi tidak mampu menggunakannya untuk membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaannya sebanyak 30 orang (29%) ; 2) Guru RA/Tata Usaha belum mengetahui aplikasi untuk mengelola data sebanyak 36 orang (35%); 3) Guru RA/Tata Usaha memiliki pengalaman menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mengelola data keuangan sebanyak 16 orang (15%); 4) Guru RA/Tata Usaha mampu menggunakan fungsi-fungsi Microsoft Excel dan mampu mengimplementasikan untuk mengelola data keuangan sebanyak 22 orang (21%). Hasil post test menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kompetensi para peserta, yaitu semua peserta mengenal teknologi informasi dan mampu menggunakannya untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, semua peserta mengetahui aplikasi untuk mengelola data, memiliki pengalaman menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mengelola data keuangan sebanyak 69 orang (66.35%) , dan mampu menggunakan fungsi-fungsi excel dan mampu mengimplementasikan untuk mengelola data keuangan 35 orang (33.65%).Abstract: The competence of RA/Administration teachers in the field of information technology needs to be improved so that they can use it in managing data such as finance, learning, and RA school governance. The problem faced is that many RA/Administration teachers are not competent in managing financial data using specific applications. The purpose of Pk Mini activities is to improve the competence of RA/Administration teachers through workshops and training in collaboration between IGRA and the Faculty of Engineering and Science, a total of 104 participants. The PkM implementation method is carried out through the stages of survey, coordination, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the PkM implementation obtained pretest results that: 1) RA/Administration teachers were familiar with information technology but were unable to use it to help complete their work as many as 30 people (29%); 2) RA/Administration teachers do not yet know the application to manage data as many as 36 people (35%); 3) RA/Administration teachers have experience using information technology to manage financial data as many as 16 people (15%); 4) RA/Administration teachers can use Microsoft Excel functions and can implement them to manage financial data as many as 22 people (21%). The results of the post-test showed that there was an increase in the competence of the participants, namely, all participants were familiar with information technology and were able to use it to complete their work, all participants knew applications to manage data, had experience using information technology to manage financial data as many as 69 people (66.35%), and were able to use various functions. Excel function can be implemented to manage financial data for 35 people (33.65%).

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises must have competitiveness in order to survive. One strategy to increase competitiveness is to use the right marketing media that combines offline (conventional) and online marketing media. The marketing media owned by Permata Coffee Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises were previously still conventional, namely offline, so market growth was also very slow. This community service aims to help Permata Coffee complete its promotional media with online promotional media to expand its market share and accelerate its growth. The stages carried out are analysis of e-commerce platforms, registration, training, and assistance in using e-commerce platforms, as well as monitoring and recapitulation of sales results through the e-commerce platforms. As a result of carrying out this activity, Permata Coffe already has an official account on social media and a shop on the e-commerce platform. Abstract

Penilaian kinerja atau prestasi pegawai di RSUD Cibinong Bogor dinilai berdasarkan data sasaran kerja pegawai (SKP) dan prilaku kerja. Saat ini, pengisian data SKP disusun secara manual oleh pegawai dengan mengisi formulir data sasaran kerja. Selanjutnya data SKP setiap pegawai diolah menggunakan microsoft excel. Penilaian SKP dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara realisasi kerja dengan target kerja yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Proses penilaian ini masih dilakukan secara manual oleh pejabat penilai. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk memperoleh informasi kinerja atau prestasi pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapakan metode SKP dan prilaku kinerja pegawai dalam sistem infromasi penilaian kinerja pegawai. Sistem informasi penilaian kinerja pegawai dibangun dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dan berbasis website. Sistem informasi mengotomatisasi proses penilaian kinerja menjadi lebih cepat. Selain itu, mempermudah dalam melakukan analisa dan membandingkan realisasi kerja dengan target kerja setiap pegawai. Sistem informasi juga mempermudah pejabat penilai dan atasan pejabat penilai dalam memperoleh infromasi dan mengambil keputusan.
