Abstract

Perkembangan paradigma pendidikan menuntut pembaharuan sistem pembelajaran. Pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam mendorong peserta didik untuk mampu memahami, menerapkan dan mengevaluasi pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan Nasional terhadap implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam dalam Permendiknas Nomor 13 Tahun 2025. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam adalah bentuk usaha optimalisasi penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dan pencapaian Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Dalam praktiknya memerlukan praktik pedagogis guru, lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Sehingga perlu dirancang kebijakan pendukung yang memungkinkan untuk mendorong kemampuan guru, pemerataan sarana dan prasarana, serta evaluasi yang bertahap dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The increasing number of coffee lovers is evident from the growing number of coffee shops in Bogor City. To maintain competitiveness in today's digital era, innovative business process ideas are needed. Coffee shops currently lack an application that is able to make customers feel served quickly. Business process simulation of the selection of QR Code technology for the problem of selecting a menu in the ordering process to be effective, using the BIZAGI Modeler application. The results of the BPMN simulation using BIZAGI Modeler, which begins with the identification of ordering process activities in the form of BPMN diagrams, time analysis and resource analysis. Assuming 50 customers per day, an average of 14 minutes is required to complete the ordering process for each customer, and it takes around Rp. 156,800 per day to pay 5 employees.

Abstract

Green Sukuk merupakan instrumen pembiayaan berbasis syariah yang dirancang untuk mendukung proyek-proyek ramah lingkungan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan Green Sukuk di Indonesia, kontribusinya terhadap pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), serta tantangan yang menghambat implementasinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan analisis historis terhadap berbagai dokumen resmi, jurnal ilmiah, dan laporan institusional terkait green finance dan keuangan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia merupakan negara pionir dalam penerbitan Green Sovereign Sukuk dan instrumen ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembiayaan energi terbarukan, efisiensi energi, pengelolaan air, transportasi berkelanjutan, dan mitigasi perubahan iklim. Namun demikian, terdapat sejumlah hambatan seperti rendahnya literasi investor, keterbatasan proyek hijau, tidak seragamnya standar ESG, serta tantangan regulasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Green Sukuk memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi pilar utama pembiayaan berkelanjutan, asalkan didukung oleh kebijakan yang kuat, peningkatan literasi, dan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

Health is an asset given by humans, therefore health is a very expensive value. Students who are facing the final exam as a condition of graduation, are expected to have a health condition to be able to take the exam and tutoring school National Examination. Therefore the results of observations in community service activities found the need for a system that is able to predict student health by collecting data on the health of any student included in the category of healthy, less healthy, and unhealthy by examining it. The method used in predicting uses Fuzy Tsukamoto's method and the client and server system development method. The test results obtained by examining 78 students and able to predict 60 people in the healthy category and 18 people sick.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan hasil belajar dengan kualitas komunikasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode yang disesuaikan dengan jumlah responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket untuk mengukur kecerdasan emosional dan kualitas komunikasi, serta dokumentasi nilai untuk mengukur hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas komunikasi mahasiswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hasil belajar juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas komunikasi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002. Secara simultan, kecerdasan emosional dan hasil belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas komunikasi mahasiswa dengan nilai F sebesar 11,664 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,828 menunjukkan bahwa 82,8% variasi kualitas komunikasi dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan hasil belajar memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kualitas komunikasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi, dengan kecerdasan emosional sebagai variabel yang paling dominan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pengembangan kecerdasan emosional dalam proses pembelajaran guna meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Information Technology is a technology that is developing rapidly at this time. Progress in every field cannot be separated from technology as its support. Problems faced by CV. Maju Jaya is the unavailability of a web-based system as a medium for truck rental which has been done by customers. The method used to create this web-based truck rental system is to use the waterfall method as one of the system development methods, modeled and documented using Context Diagram designs, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and PHP as the programming language used, as well as a MySQL database as computerized data storage and transactions. The result of this research is to create a web-based truck rental system at CV. Maju Jaya to make it easier to carry out rental transactions and publish information.

Abstract

Education requires quality teacher resources in the current era of industry 4.0 and society 5.0. Teachers act as educators, teachers, mentors, directors, trainers, assessors, and evaluators. Students must have critical thinking competencies, creativity and innovation, interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork and collaboration, and self-confidence. At SMK Yasbam, the selection process for outstanding teachers is carried out every year. The problem faced is that the selection process is still assessed, selected, and determined by the school principal only, so there is still a process that is deemed not transparent, accountable, and fair. To make the assessment process fairer, try using the 360-degree feedback method, a multi-source assessment, and then weighting the performance value using the Simple Additive Weighting method to obtain recommendations for outstanding teachers. Respondents consisted of principals, fellow teachers, students, and themselves (the assessed teachers). Furthermore, combining these two methods is applied in a decision support system to make the assessment process and selection of outstanding teachers more objective.

Abstract

Essentiality of prompt audited financial reporting for transparency and investor confidence in capital market facilities in developing countries is the basis for this research. Although financial compliance requirement reports must be delivered within the specified timeframe, audit delays still occur frequently, especially in the property and real estate firms,that are characterized by complexity and high risk. The key aspect of this paper is to assess of audit delay, including company complexity, the entity's ability to settle its liabilities, and the efficacy of the audit committee. Publicly listed property and real estate firms in Indonesia website from 2018–2023 were used utilized as research data and examined using a panel data regression approach. The results attest that solvency has yields positive results on audit delay, proving that high solvency requires longer audit time for auditors. Meanwhile, company complexity and the audit committee not account for the variance on audit delay. Simultaneously, the three variables were unable to significant clarify the inconsistency audit delay. Those finding implies the financial risk factors remain the primary determinant of audit delays in the submission of audit reports for property and real estate entities in capital market centers.

Abstract

This study examines the role of wasiat wajibah as an adaptive mechanism within Islamic inheritance law in addressing the tension between the rigid structure of farā’iḍ and the evolving realities of Muslim family relations. Existing studies largely focus on doctrinal aspects of inheritance law, but overlook how wasiat wajibah operates empirically as a redistributive and philanthropic instrument within contemporary family contexts. Using a qualitative socio-legal approach with a case study design, this research analyzes 27 inheritance cases from Religious Courts in Indonesia, complemented by in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings show that a significant number of cases involve non-genealogical individuals such as adopted children and caregivers who are excluded under classical farā’iḍ despite their substantial social contributions. In response, wasiat wajibah is widely applied as a corrective mechanism, redistributing a portion of the estate to these individuals. While resistance from genealogical heirs remains evident, the majority of cases demonstrate positive social outcomes, including improved welfare and strengthened family cohesion. These results indicate that wasiat wajibah functions not only as a legal instrument but also as a form of intra-family philanthropy grounded in principles of equity and compassion. By integrating maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, distributive justice, and living law perspectives, this study introduces the concept of affirmative Islamic inheritance philanthropy, demonstrating that Islamic inheritance law can adapt to contemporary social complexities while maintaining normative legitimacy.

Abstract

Health services at Independent Practice Midwife (BPM) Wita Utami Awaliyah, S.ST, for patients include pregnancy checks, family planning (KB), and general check-ups. Archiving service data still uses folio book media and is stored in Bantex boxes. The process of recording and searching data services for Practical Midwives requires a web-based application. The digital form of service is designed by collecting Pregnancy Check Archive Data, Family Planning Archive Data and General Check Archive Data, then carrying out a normalization technique process to convert the data into a good relational data model. The system development method is created using the Waterfall model, and system design uses UML diagrams. The application was built using PHP, Javascript, MySQL and the Laravel framework. The results of feature testing using the Blackbox method show the success of each feature of the Web-Based Independent Practice Midwife Service Data Archiving Application from the test class test results with the expected output.
