Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin memperoleh gambaran tentang penyesuaian diri Penyandang Skizofrenia dalam Rumah Sakit Jiwa Puri Waluyo di Surakarta Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang: karakteristik responden, dan aspek aspek penyesuaian diri menurut Schneider ( 1964) meliputi : kontrol emosi, mekanisme psikologis, kontrol frustrasi, pertimbangan rasional, kemampuan pengembangan diri, pemanfaatan pengalaman masa lalu serta penerimaan kenyataan yang harus dihadapi oleh responden.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk menggambarkan, menggali dan mengkaji penyesuaian diri penyandang skizofrenia di puri waluyo. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 penyandang skizofrenia.Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah angket atau kuisioner, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan kebasahan yang dilakukan adalah dengan alat ukur pengujian validitas ratting scale, face validitydan pengujian reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penyandang skizofrenia dalam memahami dirinya dimaksudkan adalah menerima bagaimana dirinya dan membuat orang lain atau lingkungan menerima keberadaan dirinya, kemampuan penyandang skizofrenia merencanakan tindakan dan kemampuan penyandang skizofrenia belajar dari kesalahan sudah cukup baik. Namun, kesadaran penyandang skizofrenia akan ketidakmampuannya menyesuaikan diri dalam lingkungannya dan kemampuan penyandang skizofrenia dalam menerima keadaan dirinya dan menguasai emosi masih sangat kurang, hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya faktor penghambat penyesuaian diri. Hasil penelitian tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa penyesuaian diri penyandang skizofrenia di Puri Waluyo harus ditingkatkan, oleh karena itu penulis merumuskan upaya pemecahan masalah dengan program peningkatan penerimaan diri penyandang skizofrenia di Puri Waluyo melalui penerimaan keluarga dan masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian diri penyandang skizofrenia agar mampu melakukan penyesuaian terhadap diri sendiri dan lingkungan ataupun masyarakat dimana penyandang skizofrenia tinggal.Kata kunci : penyesuaian diri, penyandang skizofrenia, deskriptif.

Abstract

Kualitas kelekatan (attachment) merujuk pada hubungan atau ikatan emosional yang bertahan dalam waktu yang lama, terjalin antara individu dengan figur lekatnya yang ditandai adanya keinginan untuk mencari dan memelihara kedekatan dengan figur lekat tersebut terutama pada saat-saat yang menekan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran empiris tentang kehangatan (warmth) dan kepercayaan (trust) anak dengan pengasuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus, yaitu dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 38 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: 1) kuesioner, 2) wawancara tidak terstuktur, 3) observasi, dan 4) studi dokumentasi. Adapun uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan validitas muka (face validity). Selanjutnya hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisa data statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kelekatan anak dengan pengasuh di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Al Kautsar Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Begitu pula pada semua aspek dalam kualitas kelekatan termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Maka dari itu kegiatan edukasi dan diskusi yang menyenangkan (Education and Fun Sharing) diperlukan upaya peningkatan kualitas kelekatan anak dengan pengasuh. Kata Kunci:Kelekatan; Anak-anak; Pengasuh

Abstract

SLB Negeri Pati is a special school owned by the government that provides educational services for people with hearing, speech and intellectual disability. In providing services for hearing-speech disability persons who have anxiety with various symptoms that arise, namely, easy to forget, difficult to concentrate, moody, easily tired, easily irritated, when meeting other people, choose to avoid, speak fast, and irregular breathing, besides that,its well known that the deaf-speech disability with all the limititations of hearing and speech devices causes psychosocial problems that the experiences such as; anxiety, fear, stress, maybe event trauma, all of which are difficult for others to know/understand. Through visually modified EFT, various psychosocial problems can be overcame, one of which is anxiety. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of EFT-V towards reducing deafness anxiety at SLB Negeri Pati, The objectives are to find out a description of: 1. Characteristicsof research subjects; 2. Anxiety of hearing-speech disability before the implementation of EFTV; 3. Anxiety of hearing-speech disability after the implementation of EFT-V; 4. Implementation of EFT-V to overcome feelings of irritability with hearing-speech disability; 5. Implementation of EFT-V to overcome poor memory with hearing-speech disabiltiy; 6. Implementation of EFT-V to overcome moody behavior with hearing-speech disability. The method used in this study is a quantitative research of experimental research Reversal Single Subject Design (SSD). The result of the research is that EFT-V therapy is quite effective in reducing anxiety in hearing-speech disability based on the results of measurements using the HARS Scale. In addition, from the visual data analysis conducted, there are positive changes in target behavior that can be seen from the observation graph.

Juanda No. 367, Dago, Bandung sintasuy@gmail.com Abstract This research refers to the application of behavior change techniques in various agreed specific behaviors so that they can have an influence on the level of self-efficacy. This study aims to describe the application of behavior change techniques in 3 aspects of self-efficacy, namely aspects of level, generality and strength. This research is a study with a Single Subject Design approach with quantitative methods. The respondents of this study were neglected children who received services at SATPEL PSA. The instruments used to measure baseline A1, treatment (B1) and baseline A2 were determined based on the results of the behavioral assessment that had been carried out, so that 6 behaviors were obtained with 18 specific behaviors. The application of behavior change techniques aims to reduce the child's maladaptive behavior, 6 behavior change techniques used are positive reinforcement, systematic desensitization, implosion, advice and instruction, motivation and behavioral contracts. The results of this study indicate that one neglected child who received services with the initials NF had self-efficacy in the moderate category with the measurement results from the three aspects 1203, where the level aspect had a value of 404 the generality aspect had a value of 392 and the strength aspect had a value of 407 all three were included in the category currently. The proposed program is “TERTUJU (Encouraged Behave For Advancement)” by providing services for the application of behavior change techniques to increase self-efficacy using the Social Casework method. Abstract

Parenting is a form of interaction or a picture of parental attitudes and behaviour towards children by giving attention to children and providing direction so that children can achieve the things they want or achieve their developmental tasks. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The determination of data sources in this study was carried out using a census sampling technique (saturated sampling). The purpose of this study was to determine the form of family parenting in the aspects of supervision or control, communication, and disciplining children with intellectual disabilities in Samata Village, Somba Opu District. The family parenting style for children with intellectual disabilities is quite good in terms of supervision and control. However, the family experienced obstacles in the aspects of communication and discipline. Parents find it difficult to build communication with children with intellectual disabilities because of the condition of children with intellectual disabilities who stammer when speaking and are not even able to speak. In the disciplinary aspect, two informants did not carry out disciplinary action because they were confused about applying schedules and rules to children with intellectual disabilities so that it was often seen that children with intellectual disabilities behaved according to good or their wish. Referring to these problems, the researcher proposes a program to increase family knowledge and skills in implementing it Good Parenting to children with intellectual disabilities through Educational Group.

Abstract

Research on Social Support in the Healing Process for People with Mental Disorders aims to obtain an overview of emotional support, appreciation support, instrumental support, informational support and group support at the Bina Laras Kediri Social Rehabilitation UPT for People with Mental Disorders. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The number of informants in this research was 5 people with the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used were: (1) interviews; (2) observation; (3) documentation study. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through: (1) trust test; (2) transferability test; (3) dependency test; and (4) certainty test. The results of the research show that the social support provided by the Bina Laras Kediri Social Rehabilitation UPT is quite good, but there is still one aspect that needs to be improved, namely the aspect of informational support, this support is still not provided optimally and effectively by social workers. Based on these problems, the researcher proposes a program, namely Friends of Hearing through Recreation Group, with the aim of helping reduce stress, improving the client's mood, improving the client's mental well-being through positive social interactions, improving social skills, building self-confidence, and providing positive experiences in the environment. which supports. The method used is Group Work with the Recreation Group group type. Keywords: Social Support, Healing Process, People with Mental Disorders
