Abstract

Production of rice plants in Sidrap Regency from 2014 to 2017 has increased every year, so this allows the potential of Sidrap Regency in the agricultural sector to be very high. In this regard, the results of development in the agricultural sector can be measured by the value of the PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) donated. but the increase in production every year apparently did not contribute to the PDRB significantly and even decreased, especially in Desa Bila. The research method used was quantitative descriptive and the population in this study were farmer groups in the Dua Pitue, Sidenreng Rappang, amounted to 105 people from 15 groups and the samples used were 53 people with random sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the highest to lowest percentage of development planning indicators are consistency and realistic (83.25%), behavior and relationship of economic variables (81.00%), continuous supervision (78.75%), physical aspects (76.41%), and development goals (70.25%), this shows that agricultural development planning is categorized as good, but not maximized because the supervisory model used is indirect supervision, besides that in planning it is very much needed advice from the peope who are the target of developmen.

Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan sangat dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa karena dapat membentuk pola pikir, perilaku dan sikap sehingga dapat menjadi seorang wirausahawan, yang nantinya akan mengarahkan mereka untuk memilih karir sebagai seorg wirausaha (entrepreneur).  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa di bidang kewirausahaan. Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis strategi peningkatan minat wirausaha mahasiswa melalui kegiatan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa, pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif (qualitative research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa untuk membuat Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa, jika tidak memiliki ide kreatif, mahasiswa dapat melakukan sistem ATM (Amati, Tiru, dan Modifikasi). Konsep atau gagasan PKM tidak mesti rumit, yang penting dapat bermanfaat untuk masyarakat luas, membahas isu global yang sekarang terjadi dan mengangkat kearifan lokal. Selain itu, dorongan dan bimbingan dari dosen-dosen pendamping dapat membantu mengembangkan ide kreatif mahasiswa. Pengadaan forum pertemuan berupa seminar wirausaha akan mampu membangkitkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Pemberian informasi mengenai PKM dari  sangat dibutuhkan mahasiswa. Selain ide kreatif, kompetensi juga amat dibutuhkan untuk kelancaran Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa terkhusus dibidang kewirausahaan.

Abstract

J Sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) is a type of agricultural plant that produces a lot of carbohydrates. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of biosaka concentration, the effect of biosaka time interval, and the interaction between concentration and time interval of biosaka on the growth and production of sweet corn plants. 2 factor factorial design, the first factor is Biosaka concentration (K) which consists of 2 treatment levels, 40 ml/15L and 50ml/15L. the second group is Biosaka Time Interval (W) which consists of 3 treatment levels, once every 3 days, once every 6 days and once every 9 days. The observation parameters are plant height, number of leaves, flowering age, number of seeds per seed, number of rows per row, production per unit. The results showed that the height growth of sweet corn plants with the best average yield was 158.07 cm in the K2W1 treatment, the best average number of leaves was 11.33 in the K2W3 treatment, the average flowering age for the best yield was 50.33 in K1W2 treatment. The best sweet corn production yield was 4.97 in the K2W1 treatment

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, mengetahui ideotipe pada empat varietas unggul padi, mengetahui korelasi ideotipe empat varietas unggul padi di Desa Timoreng Panua Kecamatan Panca Rijang. Kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok ( RAK) dengan 4 varietas yaitu Inpari 30,42,36 dan Inpari pandan serta diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ideotipe pada varietas 42 memiliki produksi padi sawah 9 ton/ha dibandingkan dengan varietas Inpari 30, pandan wangi dan 36. Hal ini disebabkan tinggi tanaman padi inprari 42 yaitu 110.0 cm, jumlah anakan sedang 24 anakan, panjang daun 38 cm, serta berat gabah isi 175 g. Sedangkan korelasinya tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, lebar daun, panjang malai, jumlah malai, jumlah gabah isi, dan berat produksi

Abstract

Background: This activity aims to increase the role of Bumdes Padaidi Sipodeceng through e-commerce information technology based on the Bumdes Sipodeceng Store application in improving the economy of the people of Sipodeceng Village. Contribution: This activity improves the welfare of the people of Sipodeceng Village through e-commerce information technology. Method: The method of this activity includes Socialization of the implementation of activities, Counseling by explaining the e-commerce information technology marketing model (BUMDES Sipodeceng Store), training and mentoring the use of information technology for BUMDES partner groups, carrying out assistance, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Results: Training and mentoring activities based on pre-test and post-test data analysis have positive implications for 3 parameters: knowledge from 42.14 to 89.14%, skills from 35.9% to 90.12%, and motivation from 63.2% to 93 .2%. From these data, an analysis of the effectiveness of these 3 parameters is carried out, the values of which are knowledge at 81%, skills at 85%, and motivation at 79%. These three numbers indicate that community service activities are effective because the value is above 50%. Conclusion: From these activities, it can be concluded that e-commerce information technology at BUMDES Padaidi Sipodeceng is still very much needed to increase the role of BUMDES in community empowerment.

Abstract

Purple corn has many benefits for body health so it is necessary to develop research related to this plant. This research aims to obtain information on the effect of giving trichocompost on the production of purple corn plants as well as the recommended dosage of trichocompost fertilizer based on research results. The design method used was Randomized Block Design with treatment in the form of different doses of trichocompost fertilizer (0 tons/ha, 20 tons/ha, 25 tons/ha, 30 tons/ha, and 35 tons/ha).  Analysis of variance and the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test showed that the application of trichocompost doses had a significant effect on cob length, cob diameter, and purple corn plant yield. An application of 25 tons/ha of trichocompost can be used as the most efficient recommended dose.

Abstract

               Mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) are one of the vegetables widely consumed by the Indonesian population because they are low in calories but full of micronutrients such as vitamins A, C, and K, and essential minerals like calcium and manganese, making the demand for this plant very high. However, this substantial demand has not been matched by relatively low production by farmers. This is because mustard greens are generally grown naturally using small-scale land cultivation systems. As a result, efforts to increase plant production through Colchicine, which is used in polyploidy induction to produce plants with multiple chromosomes, have been applied. The large cell size resulting from polyploidy is expected to provide better growth and yield. The application of a hydroponic system in mustard green cultivation allows the plants to absorb nutrients and colchicine compounds optimally, making their utilization more effective and efficient in plant growth. This research aims to determine the appropriate colchicine concentration on the number of chromosomes, growth, and yield of mustard greens. The study was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with colchicine concentration treatments consisting of six levels: 0% concentration as control, 1% colchicine, 2% colchicine, 3% colchicine, 4% colchicine, and 5% colchicine, each treatment repeated four times to obtain 24 observation units. The results showed that the application of colchicine at a 5% concentration had the best effect on growth and production, especially in parameters of plant height, number of leaves, and fresh weight.

Abstract

Swasembada pangan merupakan program pemerintah yang menjadi salah satu program yang prioritaskan oleh pemerintah dan saat ini masih terus diusahakan untuk mencapai target. Proses pencapaian swasembada pangan sangat perlu memperhatikan beberapa aspek yaitu aspek keselamatan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan dalam keseluruhan proses produksi sampai pemasaran dinilai dengan International Standardization Organization (ISO) yang dikenal dengan pendekatan sistem mutu dan keamanan pangan. Sehingga penulis ingin mengetahui sikap dan langkah petani dalam melakukan pengendalian hama padi di Desa Paria, Kecamatan Duampanua, Kabupaten Pinrang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu adalah deskriftif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok tani di Desa Paria Kecamatan Duampanua Kabupaten Pinrang yang berjumlah 525 orang dari 15 kelompok dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 53 orang dengan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengukuran untuk variabel penelitian menggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hama tanaman yang sering mengganggu pertanaman padi hamparan di Desa Paria, Kecamatan Duampanua Kabupaten Pinrang yaitu keong mas, tikus, wereng, penggerek batang dan walang sangit dan Teknik pengendalian hama yang digunakan umumnya adalah dengan pestisida kimiawi.

Abstract

Padi (Oryza sativa L.) adalah tanaman utama yang sangat banyak dikembangkan dalam kemajuan manusia. Sejak zaman prasejarah, padi sudah dikenal sebagai tanaman pokok. Indonesia yang beriklim tropis, padi ditanam di seluruh daerah dataran rendah sampai dataran tinggi. Penyakit Tungro merupakan salah satu ancaman bagi tanaman padi. Serangan penyakit tungro dapat menyebabkan kerugian yang sangat serius. Kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 3 perlakuan yaitu kontrol, media tanah dan arang sekam dan 3 ulangan, setiap ulangan terdiri atas 10 unit tanaman sehingga terdapat 90 sampel tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang tanpa inokulasi dan yang diinokulasikan wereng hijau pada media tanam arang sekam lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada media tanah dan pada kedua perlakuan media tanam menunjukkan kriteria ketahanan yang sama terhadap penyakit tungro yaitu agak rentan.
