Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how two or more factors interact. The research location is Bank BRI Singaraja. The subjects in this research were micro credit marketers at Bank BRI Singaraja. The object of this research is motivation, work discipline, rotation on performance. Purposive sampling was employed to choose the 84 participants that made up the study's sample. A Google Form is used to complete a questionnaire as part of the data collecting strategy. This research uses regression analysis methods for figuring out how the independent and dependent variables are causally related. The research results show: (1) The relationship between performance (Y) and motivation (X1). The incentive variable (X1) has a t value of 1.571 according to the t test findings, which is less than the t table value of 1.633. It can be said that motivation (X1) has a negative impact on performance (Y). This means that lower motivation means less performance produced by employees. (2) Evaluating the importance of work discipline's impact (X2) on output (Y). The work discipline variable (X2) has a t value of 1.511 according to the t test findings, which is higher than the t value of 1.633 in the table. Therefore, it can be concluded that performance (Y) is positively and significantly impacted by work discipline (X2). This implies that an employee's performance level will improve with increased job discipline. (3) In order to determine the importance of the rotation (X3) influence on performance (Y), the t test findings indicate that the rotation variable (X3) has a t value of 6.402, which is more than the t value of 1.633 in the table. Job rotation (X3) is proven to be positive and important for performance (Y). This means that employees with regular rotation have a higher level of performance.

Abstract

This study examines the interconnectedness of financial performance and social participation within the Pacingkreman Bali Contana Association, a community-based financial institution grounded in trust, reciprocity, and shared responsibility. Using a descriptive quantitative approach supported by qualitative insights, the research analyses four key indicators of financial performance including Third Party Funds, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Expenses to Operating Income, and Return on Assets. The findings show that these financial ratios are not isolated measures of liquidity, efficiency, or profitability but expressions of deeper social relations. Deposits represent confidence and belonging, loans reflect ethical interdependence, operational costs signify the work of participation, and profitability denotes distributive stability rather than maximisation. The integration of financial data and member narratives reveals that institutional endurance stems from collective trust and moral coherence rather than from technical optimisation. The study concludes that financial sustainability in community-based systems is socially constituted, relying on the circulation of care, participation, and trust that transform economic exchange into shared resilience.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the effects of financial literacy, lifestyle, and impulse buying behavior on the financial management of Millennial Generation employees in the Government of Buleleng Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research is driven by the growing complexity of personal financial management among millennials, influenced by changing consumption patterns, easier access to financial products, and evolving lifestyles. A quantitative approach with a survey method was applied. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management, indicating that employees with higher financial knowledge are better at planning, managing income and expenses, and making rational financial decisions. Lifestyle also shows a positive and significant influence, where a rational and well-controlled lifestyle supports financial stability and long-term planning. In contrast, impulse buying behavior has a negative and significant effect, as unplanned purchases increase unnecessary spending and reduce financial control. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect financial management, explaining 54.8% of its variance. The study highlights the importance of financial education and employee welfare programs to strengthen financial management capabilities.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of service quality, price perception, and destination image on tourists’ visiting decisions at Krisna Watersport Temukus. This research is motivated by the increasing competition among water-based tourism destinations in North Bali and the challenges faced by Krisna Watersport in maintaining visitor numbers, especially among domestic tourists. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was used. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 160 respondents who had previously visited Krisna Watersport Temukus using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by classical assumption tests, F-tests, and t-tests. The results show that service quality, price perception, and destination image each have a positive and significant effect on tourists’ visiting decisions. In addition, these three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on visiting decisions. These findings indicate that improving service quality, offering competitive prices, and strengthening destination image are important strategies to increase tourists’ visiting decisions at Krisna Watersport Temukus
