Abstract

Permasalahan rendahnya motivasi belajar disebabkan oleh kurangnya pendampingan belajar, keterbatasan fasilitas, serta rendahnya minat membaca. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat manajemen program pengabdian masyarakat pada motivasi belajar anak di Naman. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar. penelitian dilaksanakan di Naman Teran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan antusiasme dan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, serta adanya perubahan positif dalam sikap belajar. Kesimpulannya, manajemen program yang tepat dan dukungan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak di desa.

Abstract

Counselors as teacher's guidance and counseling should provide reinforcement of the noble values ??of Pancasila in the Qur'an in teaching and learning activities so that students are able to control themselves as good and obedient students in the life of the nation and state. Pancasila sublime value is embedded as the foundation of the Indonesian people who are the spirit of the nation. Administratively, in the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila contains the values ??of national character education which play an important role as a spiritual dimension, a cultural dimension and an institutional dimension. For this reason, the noble values ??of the Pancasila should be practiced in life and lived rather not only as symbols. Often the slogan of the Pancasila noble values ??is a guideline for the life of the nation and state and a reflection of religion because Pancasila itself is contained in the Qur'an itself. Indeed, the precepts in Pancasila, accept things, which are also new to Muslims. Affirmation to the essence of God, humanity, unity, deliberation and justice is a terminology that is widely used in the Qur'an to be the goal of Islamic prescribed. The problem among the natives with the packaging of Pancasila is indigenous (non-Arabic) so that the taboo and blind people judge it as a value that comes from religion. In this case, this article will be discussed in depth and analytically so as to be able to open up the discourse of thinking about the noble values ??of the Pancasila itself contained in the Qur'an.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the implementation of organizational communication at Madrasah Aliyah Plus Taruna Teknik Al Jabbar Medan and its impact on improving teacher performance. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with the main informants being the head of the madrasah and the teachers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, using triangulation techniques to ensure validity by comparing data collection methods. The results show that the head of the madrasah employs various communication strategies, including personal approaches, regular meetings, the use of digital media, and awarding high-performing teachers. However, obstacles such as differing perceptions, language limitations, and suboptimal use of communication media were identified. In conclusion, effective communication has been shown to improve teacher performance, and communication barriers can be addressed with structured strategies and appropriate media utilization.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges and solutions in the implementation of organizational communication at MTsN 3 Labuhan Batu from the perspectives of teachers and students. Effective organizational communication is a crucial element in creating a productive learning environment; however, various obstacles often arise in practice. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The findings reveal that teachers face challenges such as time constraints, technological skills, and communication with parents, while students encounter issues related to self-confidence, access to technology, and differences in communication styles. Proposed solutions include interpersonal communication training, improvement of technological facilities, fostering an open communication culture, and enhancing collaboration among teachers, students, and parents. By implementing these solutions, MTsN 3 Labuhan Batu is expected to improve the effectiveness of organizational communication, support the quality of education, and prepare students to face future challenges.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know and explain in detail about communication style of the principal public  school MIN 5 Labuhan Batu regency to provide work motivation of the honorary teacher. The sub-focus used is physical condition, role, language, relationships and constraints. This research approach was qualitative with descriptive methods. The selection of informants obtained through purposive sampling technique, 1 (one) key informant and 6 (six) supporting informants. Data collection thechniques were attained throug non-participant observation, in-depth interviews documentation, library studies, and internet searching. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result showed that the physical condition of the principal to provide work motivation of the honorary teacher didn’t have a negative impact on the communication process. The role of the principal to provide work motivation of the honorary teacher had a multifunctional roles, can play a role as leader, co-worker, friend, and role as their parent. The language used by the principal to provide work motivation of the honorary teachers was Bahasa Indonesia and Sundanese language. The relationship between school principal and honorary teachers was very close. The constrains for school principal to provide work motivation to honorary teachers was related with delegation or gave a sudden assignments without any clue. The conclusion of this research are equalitarian style,, and had an open style, relaxed, animated, and friendly.

Abstract

Kebijakan sertifikasi merupakan “angin segar” bagi kesejahteraan para guru, baik pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) maupun tenaga honorer mulai jenjang RA/TK hingga SLTA sederajat. Begitupun, penetapan kebijakan ini tidak serta-merta menjamin dan mengubah secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Tulisan ini menganalisa persepsi guru tentang kebijakan sertifikasi guru dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Fokus pembahasan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana persepsi guru RA Ali Mahfudz tentang kebijakan sertifikasi guru dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus (case study), adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara terstruktur, observasi partisipan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kebijakan sertifikasi guru memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, hal ini didasarkan pada tujuan utama kebijakan ini sebagai upaya (a) men-sejahterakan guru, (b) melatih keterampilan guru, (c) meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalitas guru. Begitupun, (2) terdapat beberapa permasalahan di lapangan, yaitu (a) orientasi guru terhadap kesejahteraan hidup semata; dan (b) mengajar sebatas kewajiban.

Abstract

The Civic Education course plays an important role in shaping the character of university students. However, many students still lack awareness of the values of nationalism and patriotism. This is reflected in their lack of respect for national symbols, such as reluctance to participate in flag ceremonies or a lack of understanding of the importance of maintaining national unity. To address this issue, collaboration among various parties is required. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, conducting interviews with lecturers, students, and staff at UIN SU Medan who participate in the learning process in the classroom. This approach aims to gain a deep understanding of the phenomenon within a real-world context. Applicable learning methods, relevant training programs, and discussions tailored to students' needs are required to increase awareness of the importance of obeying regulations. Civic Education also faces several challenges, such as poor communication between units, monotonous learning methods, and low student motivation. As a solution, innovative strategies such as the use of creative learning methods are needed. At UIN SU Medan, Civic Education is able to encourage students to be more disciplined and obedient to rules. Methods such as project-based learning, group discussions, and seminars have proven to help students understand the importance of order. One of the lecturers' strategies is to set specific rules in the course and explain them in detail at the beginning so that students get used to obeying them.
