Abstract

Kampung KB merupakan wilayah setingkat RW, dusun atau yang setara yang memiliki kriteria tertentu. Kampung Keluarga Berencana merupakan perwujud dari pelaksanaan pembangun Nawacita yaitu membangun Indonesia dari pinggiran dengan memperkuat daerah-daerah dan desa dalam kerangka negara kesatuan.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya komunikasi antara petugas dengan masyarakat setempat, PLKB yang belum mampu menggerakan masyarakat dalam program kampng keluarga berencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi Program Kampung Keluarga Berencana di Desa Kersaratu Kecamatan Sidamulih Kabupaten Pangandaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan informan. Adapun teknik pengolahan data/analisis data yaitu dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Implementasi Program Kampung Keluarga Berencana Kersaning Ratu Di Desa Kersaratu Kecamatan Sidamulih Kabupaten Pangandaran secara umum sudah dilaksanakan namum belum optimal, dimana dalam penyampaian informasi yang dirasa kurang jelas serta konsistensi petugas yang belum konsisten, kurannya pemahaman serta kemampuan petugas dalam pelaksanaan Kampung Keluarga Berencana. Sehingga perlu adanya pembinaan bagi petugas dalam penguasaan teknis di lapangan, menentapkan agenda pertemuan/jadwal kegiatan dengan baik yang dapat dijadikn patokan oleh petugas sehingga konsistensi petugas dapat meningkat.  Kata Kunci: Implementasi; Kampung Keluarga Berancana; Desa

Abstract

Tingkat literasi digital di wilayah perdesaan pada kenyataannya lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan wilayah perkotaan, yakni selisih 2,7 persen pada tahun 2021. Hal tersebut juga berdampak pula pada penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang berada di Desa Sadananya Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis yang belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, khususnya para perangkat desa sebagai bagian dari budaya kerja. Oleh karena itu, aksesibilitas terhadap informasi dari pihak Pemerintah Desa sulit diakses oleh masyarakat desa sebagai pengguna layanan (users). Diperlukan solusi efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan kepada pihak Pemerintah Desa, yakni berkaitan dengan pelatihan Cyber Public Relations bagi Perangkat Desa. Hal tersebut tentunya diharapkan dapat membantu dalam peningkatan akses informasi masyarakat perdesaan. Konsep Cyber Public Relations merupakan hal yang paling utama dalam implementasi program diseminasi informasi dari Pemerintah Desa Sadananya sebagai mitra dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat di tahun akademik 2022/2023. Tahapan yang dilaksanakan dalam skema Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Universitas Galuh, yaitu: (1) tahap persiapan atau inisiasi program; (2) tahap pengkajian; (3) tahap perencanaan program; (4) tahap implementasi program; dan (5) tahap evaluasi program. Pelaksanaan PKM ini dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu 5 (lima) bulan dengan hasil, sebagai berikut: (1) adanya inisiatif untuk melakukan perancangan Cyber Public Relations; (2) peningkatan pengetahuan perangkat desa tentang platform digital; (3) inisiasi pengembangan Cyber Public Relations di tingkat pemerintahan desa; dan (4) adanya inisiasi dalam social media development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of policy implementation in tourism management, especially in the Cisangkal tourism village program in Bangunkarya Village, Pangandaran Regency. The problem is that the facilities and infrastructure are not complete, such as the absence of an information board regarding the existence of the Cisangkal Tourism Village, Bangunkarya Village. The level of public awareness to be involved in activities in the Cisangkal tourist village is still low, the lack of socialization carried out by the Bangunkarya Village Government, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency to the people of the village area so that there are still people who do not know the community-based tourism village program. Therefore, this study focuses on the implementation of policies in tourism management, especially in the Cisangkal tourist village program in Bangunkarya Village, Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study, using a qualitative descriptive method. The data and data sources used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation and using data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the level of policy implementation for the management of the Cisangkal tourist village has not been optimal. From this study, that the importance of implementing policies in tourism management, especially in the Cisangkal tourist village program in Bangunkarya Village, Pangandaran Regency, is related to the development of village tourism for the future.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems related to the Implementation of the Standards for Measurement of DPRD Oversight Activities in Population Administration Services at the Population and Civil Registration Service which are caused by the measurement of activities in the implementation of DPRD supervision work visits that have not run optimally. This study aims to find out more about the results of analyzing the Oversight Function so that it can run optimally. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques in this study started from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the DPRD's oversight function in Adminduk Services has been running, seen from the dimensions of setting supervision standards, comparing supervision standards with the results of work implementation and corrective actions. However, it has not run optimally seen from the dimensions of measuring the implementation of the work in terms of direct observation and inspection indicators in the field. Seeing the point of problems in the Service when there are problems, immediately looking for solutions to solve them. The DPRD's supervisory function in Adminduk Services based on the dimensions of the supervisory function includes: Observation and direct inspection in the field have not run optimally. In measuring and assessing work results, having standard measurement tools, oral and written reports, deviations, factors causing deviations, changing standards, and changing measurement activities have been running optimally.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of observations that the Public Service by the Village Government in Kalijati Village, Sidamulih District, Pangandaran Regency is still not optimal. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The types of data used are primary data, data collected by field researchers from the first source or the place where the research object is carried out and secondary data, namely report data; or official documents from the Kalijati Village Government, Sidamulih District, Pangandaran Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. There were 8 informants in this study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that 1) Public Services by the Village Government in Kalijati Village, Sidamulih District, Pangandaran Regency are generally not optimal in their services according to Fandy Tjiptono's theory (1997:14). However, the Kalijati Village Government has done good services and is trying to improve its performance by utilizing existing facilities. In the Public Service there are several obstacles, namely the Village Government in Kalijati Village, Sidamulih District, Pangandaran Regency, among others, the Village Government in providing services to the community has not been maximized, there is no equipment complete, then there is no sense of understanding the needs of the community, in providing information the staff is still not optimal, and the ethics of the village staff are still not good in that the community is comfortable in communicating.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya Implementasi Kebijakan Layanan Dokumen Kependudukan Terintregrasi oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pangandaran. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Layanan Dokumen Administrasi Kependudukan Terintregrasi Oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pangandaran. Indikator permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pengadaan infrastruktur telekomunikasi masih sangat terbatas untuk memenuhi layanan penduduk saat ini hanya terdapat 1 (satu) server (bantuan Pemerintah Pusat), apabila terjadi masalah dapat mengganggu secara total pelayanan. 2) Alat berupa Printer, Scanner, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) sangat terbatas, kalau ada kerusakan, akan terjadi kelambatan dalam proses pelayanan. Tenaga professional bidang komputerisasi dan tenaga pelaksana/operator masih kurang. 3) Kondisi geografis yang tersebar sampai ke kecamatan atau desa dan tentunya masih adanya keterbatasan dana dalam pengadaan infrastruktur tersebut. Adapun penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu yang menggambarkan keadaan dari pada objek penelitian, artinya penulis menggambarkan keadaan yang ada pada saat sekarang di lokasi/objek penelitian yaitu di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Pangandaran. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu informasi langsung dari hasil wawancara dari 9 (sembilan) orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Pengumpulan Data, Reduksi Data, Display Data, Verifikasi dan Penegasan Kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa  mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Layanan Administrasi Kependudukan Terintregrasi Oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pangandaran sudah berjalan namun belum optimal, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh indikator – indikator pada dimensi sumber daya, disposisi dan  struktur birokrasi yang  belum berjalan dengan baik.Kata Kunci : Implementasi Kebijakan, Dokumen Kependudukan Terintegrasi

Abstract

The development of a Village Information System (SID) is something that is very much needed in the current era, this refers to Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages in paragraph 1 of article 86 which states that villages have the right to access information through a village information system developed by the district or city government. The implementation can use APBN, APBD, or APBDes depending on the conditions in the area. Village Information Systems or SIDs are used to assist the performance of village governments so that they can be more efficient in managing village administration and governance. The benefits obtained in the development of the Village Information System (SID) are accelerating village data management, accelerating village services and village government transparency. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pelaksanaan Collaborative Governance Dalam Pendataan Sustainable Development Goals Desa Mulyasari Kecamatan Jatinagara Kabupaten Ciamis Tahun 2020 yang belum optimal, hal itu terlihat dari indikator permasalahan sebagai berikut; Masih banyaknya masyarakat Desa Mulyasari yang belum mengerti mengenai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Kurangnya informasi dari pihak Pemerintah Desa setempat berkenaan dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Dalam pengisian kuisioner banyak data yang kurang akurat dan ada juga yang mengisi secara asal-asalan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka penulis menentukan rumusan masalah mengenai Bagaimana Collaborative Governance Dalam Pendataan Sustainable Development Goals Desa Mulyasari Kecamatan Jatinagara Kabupaten Ciamis Tahun 2020. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Collaborative Governance Dalam Pendataan Sustainable Development Goals Desa Mulyasari Kecamatan Jatinagara Kabupaten Ciamis Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni metode Penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif dengan langkah analisis mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data sampai penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Collaborative Governance Dalam Pendataan Sustainable Development Goals Desa Mulyasari Kecamatan Jatinagara Kabupaten Ciamis Tahun 2020 belum optimal.

Abstract

The problem phenomenon faced by Micro Businesses is the limited ability to enter a larger and wider trade chain system, so that opportunities to develop are limited both in terms of market competition and business product innovation. The aim of the research is to carry out an analysis of the Formulation of Micro Business Development Strategies by the Ciamis Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives and Trade Service. The method uses a descriptive qualitative research design, by obtaining data from the results of field studies and literature studies. Data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the research show that the formulation of the Micro Business Development Strategy by the Ciamis Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives and Trade Service has not been implemented optimally, because there are problems with data on Micro Business actors in Ciamis Regency which have not produced accurate data. Officers are limited in carrying out Micro Business development because it is not proportional to the number of Micro Business actors. The management budget for empowering micro businesses is less than the budget for facilitating business permits.

Abstract

Economic development carried out at the Village level is the duty and obligation of the Village Government starting with identifying potential, grouping resources, empowering groups or individuals so that they are able to independently develop their potential. The aim to be achieved is to describe the development of creative industry-based community businesses in Saguling Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative research, so that data collection was carried out by carrying out literature studies and field studies (with interviews and observations) and analysis was carried out using data triangulation. This research was carried out in Saguling Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency. Based on the results of interviews and the author's observations, creative industry-based community business development in Saguling Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency has not been implemented optimally. This is due to the discovery of problems, including the limitations of business actors in competing with the same competitors, making them unable to survive, then also not wanting to switch to digitizing business products, making business development difficult, and also limited levels of productivity due to limited business capital. business actors are unable to develop.
