Abstract

Environmental-based entrepreneurial skills (ecopreneur) need to be applied to all levels of society. Through hydroponic skills training activities involving Family Welfare Development women, apart from having a direct impact on reforestation in residential areas, it can also be a means of environment-based entrepreneurship and especially improve family food security during the Covid-19 pandemic. The reason for choosing the Family Welfare Development Agency in this neighborhood is that based on a survey, the housing location is in a densely populated area and has a narrow area of ​​land. Limited land results in the lack of greenery in the residential area. Whereas human resources in residential areas have the potential for considerable self-development as entrepreneurial agents, especially ecopreneurs. However, they lack knowledge and lack of training that encourages them to develop themselves. Therefore, this environment requires problem solving assistance in providing ecopreneur training media, the method of this service activity uses lecture methods, training and planting techniques as well as evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of organic plant prototypes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that affect the income of kasturi tobacco farmers is Suela District. The type of research is descriptive quantitative, with a population of 3,093 and a sample of 72 Kasturi tobacco farmers. The technique chosen is the proposive sampling technique, the data collection technique is observation, documentation of assumption test and hypothesis testing, path analysis test, and to analyze the data using multiple linear regression using the SPSS 16 application. Then the results of the t test show that price significance value is 0,148 > 0,05 and the t count value is -1,464 < t table value 1,995 then it is rejected, the production cost is 0,00 < 0,05 with the t arithmetic value 9,391 > the t table value is 1,995 then Ha2 is accepted while the quality iss 0,397 > 0,05 and the t value is. -0,853 < t table value is 1,995, then Ha3 is rejected. So it can be concluded that price and quality have no significant effect on the income of tobacco farmers in Suela District, while production costs have a significant effect on the income of tobacco farmers is Suela District. Based on the results of the analysis of the simultaneous F test, namely the calculated F value > F table (31,392 > 2,74), then Ha4 is accepted. In addition, the value of sig 0,00 < 0,05 indicates that there is a significant effect of price, production costs and quality simultaneous effect on the income of tobacco farmers through quality as an intervining variable

Abstract

Consumption is the most basic human need. This is clearly  proven  in  the  people  of  Jero  Gunung  Village  where irrational and excessive consumption behaviour has been operating due to a hedonic lifestyle pattern. In fact, in Islamic economics, needs must be oriented towards rational and positive needs in accordance with the Islamic law. This research aims to determine the influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumer behaviour from an Islamic economic perspective in the people of Jero Gunung Village. This type of research was quantitative correlational. The population of this research was the people of Jero Gunung Village who are indicated to have consumptive behaviour. The total research sample was 42 people using Simple Random Sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research was simple regression analysis. The results of the research hypothesis test show that T count  >  T  table  with  scores  3.202  >  2.021.  Therefore,  the hypothesis which states "There was a significant influence between hedonic lifestyle and consumer behavior in the people of Jero Gunung Village" was accepted. The coefficient of determination or R2 shows a value of 0.204, which means that the hedonic lifestyle variable has an influence of 20.4% on the consumptive behaviour variable.   In   general,   the   hedonic   lifestyle   and   consumptive behaviour of the people of Jero Gunung Village are in the moderate category

Abstract

The aims of this research were; 1) To find out where a cake merchant is in the midst of an online shop and 2) To find out what strategy the village wet cake merchants used in tackling the online shop competition. The study involves qualitative methods. The subject of research is the 10 people selling dump cake in the Village of Sikur. The data in this study is obtained through three methods, namel observation, interviews, and documentation. The data from this study was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that; 1) The state of the wet cake traders in the Sikur Village has a few decreased buyers caused by the presence of a new trade that is trading through online shop. The presence of this new trades system makes competition among traders stronger and plus also the progress of society that makes conventional trade begins to be abandoned. As a result of revenue most of the the wet cake traders in the Sikur Village decreased. 2) Most of the wet cake merchants in the Village of Sikur have a special defense strategy. The strategy used is product quality improvement strategies and promotional strategies.

Abstract

Di Desa Korleko belum ada pengrajin VCO, padahal desa ini memiliki potensi kelapa yang besar. Oleh karena itu membutuhkan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat cara pengolahan kelapa menjadi VCO. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penghasilan mitra yakni masyarakat di Desa Korleko khusunya ibu rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan praktek langsung. Adapun metode pembuatan VCO yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan enzim yang berasal dari alam yakni enzim papain yang berfungsi untuk memisahkan antara krim santan dan minyak VCO yang dihasilkan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah para ibu rumah tangga yang telah mengikuti pendampingan merasa antusias dan memiliki ide bisnis baru untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di sekitar mereka. Setelah pengabdian ini dilakukan, para ibu rumah tangga mulai menyadari pentingnya pengolahan kelapa untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan memasarkan produknya di sekitaran daerah desa Korleko kecamtan Labuhan Haji.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Price Perception and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction in Zun Motor East Lombok workshop. This research is a type of associative research using primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews. Then the data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis tests (t table and f table) with the help of SPSS 22. The population of this study was all customers who visited the Zun Motor East Lombok workshop, with only 50 people taking as research samples. The results of this research hypothesis test show that there is a positive and significant influence given by Service Quality, Price Perception and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction. Next, in the coefficient of determination test, data results of 21.1% were obtained which can be explained by digital literacy and entrepreneur behavior. While the remaining 78.9% can be explained by the influence of other variables not studied by the authors.

Abstract

PPM ini difokuskan pada pembuatan peningkatan keterampilan kreasi tangan tradisional melalui kegiatan peningkatan SDM yang dilaksanakan di desa Suralaga. Penentuan pelatihan ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya minat dan ketertarikan dalam memanfaatkan sesuatu dan minimnya kemampuan kreatifitas masyarakat Desa Suralaga. Selain itu, di kalangan masyarakat pemanfaatan gelas plastik masih kurang dikreasikan. Sebagian besar hanya dibuat sebagai tumpukan sampah dan dijual sebagai barang rongsokan. Namun, tidak jarang juga di manfaatkan sebagai hiasan gantung dalam ruangan sekolah ataupun rumah yang dibentuk menyerupai bunga, gelang, dan tidak jarang juga di manfaatkan sebagai piring dengan memanfaatkan lingkaran pada gelas tersebut dan sisa nya dibuang atau dibakar. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada pelatihan dan pembuatan Tas Tali Kur ini diantaranya: 1) membantu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kreasi tangan masyarakat Dames melalui kegiatan pelatihan secara langsung, 2) memberikan pemahaman bagaimana cara membuat tas tali kur pada mahasiswa dan masyarakat, 3) memberikan kesempatan dan pengalaman kerja untuk dosen dan mahasiswa, 4) membina kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak terkait, terutama pihak kampus. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan PPM ini adalah melalui pelatihan. Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan dan langkah-langkah dalam pembuatan terkait pelatihan disampaikan melalui diskusi. Kemudian selanjutnya pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan praktik secara langsung. Kegiatan PPM ini secara keseluruan mendapatkan hasil yang baik dan memuaskan. Beberapa komponen yang berhasil dicapai dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diantaranya: 1) ketecapaian tujuan kegiatan, 2) tecapainya target benda yang telah direncanakan

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini terciptanya produk dan bertambahnya pengetahuan tentang barang Handycraft dan pupuk rumahan.Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 3 bulan, Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan diantaranya yang pertama sosialisasi kegiatan dan kordinasi dengan pihak Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Lombk Timur. Kedua Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pemanfaatan limbah anorganik pembuatan handycraft aneka pajangan. Ketiga Pelaksanan kegiatan Pemanfaatan limbah Dapur melalui Pembuatan Biopori dan Pupuk kompos.Keempat selanjutnya tetap dilakukan pemantauan selama 2 sampai 3 bulan. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan sangat antusias. Terlebuh lagi pada kegiatan pembuatan handicraft dilakukan dengan cara kompetisi antar kelompok peserta ibu ibu rumah tangga sehingga bisa mendapatkan hasil yang sangat memuaskan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse business development strategies in increasing revenue in the convection industry of UP. Busana Butik. In an effort to compete in a dynamic market and face various challenges such as fluctuations in raw material prices, intense competition, and rapid changes in fashion trends, companies need to implement effective and efficient strategies. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach carried out through observation, interviews and documentation to explain the research object directly. The steps in this study were carried out systematically through the SWOT analysis method to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company. Data was collected through interviews with the person in charge, head of production division and employees, as well as direct observation in the field. Based on internal and external analysis confirmed through SWOT analysis, UP Butik Fashion is in quadrant I, which indicates an aggressive position where the company can use its opportunities and strengths to attract more customers and increase revenue to maintain this aggressive position. UP. Butik Fashion can improve the quality of its products to produce durable and high-quality goods, expand promotional strategies to reach a wider audience, follow rapidly increasing demand, improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs through cooperation with the supply chain, continue to conduct market research and follow the latest trends, and provide job opportunities for experts in the field of convection. Thus, these strategies are expected to help UP. Butik Fashion achieve more significant growth in the convection industry

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi BisnisSsturt Up agar bisa meningkatkan kapasitas olahan makanan dan minuman. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 1 tahun secara bertahap dikarenakan ada mentoring yang dilakukan juga sebelum pembuatan NIB dan sertifikat halal. Halal menjadi hukum wajib bagi umat Islam terutama dalam hal konsumsi makanan sehari-hari. Jaminan halal suatu produk makanan dewasa ini menjadi isu yang tidak dapat diabaikan bagi sebagian besar daerah di Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan  sampai terbit sertifikat halalnya. Dari 113 Pelaku usaha 15 Peraku usaha sudah terbit sertifikat halalnya dari MUI. Hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah komitmen dari pelaku usaha dalam meningkatkan kapasitas olahan makanan dan minuman
