Abstract

This analysis examines the effectiveness of KUR Holding Ultra Micro (UMi) financing as capital for developing MSMEs using the literature study method. Data was collected from relevant national journals published in the last five years, as well as other sources such as textbooks and scientific articles. The aim of this research is to obtain a theoretical basis that supports problem solving and reveals relevant theories. The research results show that KUR Holding UMi's financing is quite effective in helping MSMEs to develop. Timely disbursement of funds and loose installments really help debtors and reduce the level of bad credit. However, this research has limited information regarding the condition of MSMEs before receiving financing, so conclusions must be drawn with caution. Overall, the effectiveness of MSME credit shows good results with an increase in outstanding every year and a positive impact on communities receiving KUR funds. However, there are several important notes for BRI, Pegadaian and PNM who are responsible for this credit distribution.

Abstract

Coastal communities are often identified as communities with sharp economic disparities, dense settlements, low skills, poor, slums, and low education. The poverty level is caused by the disparity in income between the entrepreneurial fishermen group and the fishing labor family group. The main problems faced by the target community groups include two areas, namely (1) low knowledge and understanding of family financial planning and (2) lack of skills to produce their own consumptive goods. The method of implementing activities is collaborative and productive. In the initial stage, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the utilization of Baruga Pesisir as a community empowerment service center was conducted, followed by counseling on family financial planning, and training on the production of liquid soap for laundry and dish soap. The results of this activity are (1) the community independently took the initiative to utilize the Baruga Pesisir as a place for the education of fisherwomen, (2) the community has a level of understanding of family financial management, and (3) fisherwomen have independent soap production skills.

Abstract

Public sector organizations are increasingly required to improve employee performance and encourage extra-role behavior in order to deliver effective and accountable public services. However, empirical evidence regarding the role of work motivation and organizational culture in shaping employee performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior remains inconsistent, particularly in regional government institutions. This study aimed to analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, as well as to examine the mediating role of employee performance in these relationships. The research employed a quantitative research design using a survey approach. The population consisted of civil servants working in the regional government of Boalemo Regency, Indonesia, and respondents were selected using a proportional random sampling technique. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares approach. The results indicated that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational culture, however, did not show a significant influence on either employee performance or Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Furthermore, employee performance was found to significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior and partially mediated the relationship between work motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening employee motivation to enhance performance and voluntary work behavior in the public sector. The study contributes to the literature on public sector management by providing empirical evidence on the mechanisms linking motivation, performance, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and offers practical implications for government institutions seeking to improve organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image on purchasing decisions for Club brand bottled water at PT Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Takalar Regency. This study used an associative quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires from 150 respondents selected using a random sampling method. The results showed that all three independent variables simultaneously had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, Product Quality (sig. 0.005) and Brand Image (sig. 0.000) had a positive and significant influence. This indicates that guaranteed product quality and strong brand perception are the primary factors driving consumers to choose the Club brand. Conversely, Price (sig. 0.774) was found to have no significant influence on purchasing decisions, indicating that price changes are not a primary consideration for consumers in this product context. These findings suggest that to increase sales volume, companies need to focus on maintaining air quality standards and strengthening brand image in the public mind, given that consumers prioritize safety and trust in the product over price alone. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision.
