Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab permasalahan mahasiswa STMIK Lombok dalam penyusunan tugas akhir, terutama terkait pemilihan topik, perumusan metodologi, dan pengolahan data penelitian. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasari oleh temuan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir tepat waktu akibat kurangnya pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan teknis penelitian. Tujuan utama kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kompetensi penelitian mahasiswa melalui serangkaian pelatihan terstruktur dan pendampingan intensif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penelitian tindakan partisipatif yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama. Tahap pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan melalui survei dan diskusi kelompok terfokus untuk mengidentifikasi masalah spesifik yang dihadapi mahasiswa. Tahap kedua berupa pelaksanaan pelatihan hybrid yang menggabungkan pembelajaran teori dan praktik selama delapan pertemuan, dengan menggunakan berbagai alat pendukung seperti SPSS untuk analisis data, Mendeley untuk manajemen referensi, serta template proposal yang terstandarisasi. Tahap ketiga adalah evaluasi menyeluruh menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur pencapaian program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan pada peserta. Pemahaman tentang metodologi penelitian meningkat dari 32% menjadi 78%, sementara keterampilan analisis data dasar dikuasai oleh 85% peserta. Sebanyak 72% mahasiswa berhasil menyelesaikan draft proposal penelitian mereka. Selain itu, terbentuk komunitas penelitian mahasiswa yang beranggotakan 20 orang sebagai wadah berkelanjutan untuk berbagi pengetahuan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pendekatan pelatihan terstruktur dengan pendampingan intensif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi penelitian mahasiswa. Program ini tidak hanya berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya, tetapi juga menciptakan ekosistem pendukung yang berkelanjutan bagi pengembangan kemampuan akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

Workshop penulisan artikel ilmiah merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi akademik mahasiswa, khususnya dalam mengonversi laporan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) menjadi artikel yang sesuai standar publikasi jurnal. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menulis artikel ilmiah yang terstruktur, orisinal, dan sesuai etika publikasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan praktis sekaligus membangun budaya publikasi di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Peserta workshop berjumlah 13 mahasiswa STMIK Lombok yang sedang menyusun laporan PKL semester ganjil tahun akademik 2025/2026. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest serta observasi langsung selama praktik penulisan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan peserta, dengan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 60 dan rata-rata nilai posttest meningkat menjadi 80. Selain itu, dokumentasi kegiatan memperlihatkan antusiasme mahasiswa dalam mengikuti seluruh rangkaian workshop, terutama saat praktik konversi laporan PKL ke artikel. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan teknis sekaligus motivasi mahasiswa untuk menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang siap dipublikasikan. Kesimpulannya, workshop penulisan artikel ilmiah berbasis luaran PKL dapat menjadi model pengabdian yang relevan untuk memperkuat budaya publikasi di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Keterampilan digital produktif merupakan kompetensi penting bagi siswa Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dalam mendukung pelaksanaan tugas administratif dan pelaporan kerja di lingkungan profesional. Namun, banyak siswa PKL masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi perkantoran secara efektif dan terstruktur, khususnya Microsoft Office, sehingga berpotensi menghambat kualitas kinerja selama masa praktik. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya intervensi pelatihan yang bersifat aplikatif dan kontekstual agar keterampilan digital yang dimiliki siswa lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat keterampilan digital siswa PKL melalui pelatihan Microsoft Office berbasis praktik. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan berbasis praktik dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan materi, implementasi pelatihan, serta evaluasi menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Pelatihan difokuskan pada penggunaan Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, dan Microsoft PowerPoint untuk mendukung tugas administratif dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan digital peserta, yang ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan rata-rata skor pretest dari 55,5 menjadi 81,9 pada posttest. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada penguasaan Microsoft Excel, yang sebelumnya menjadi aspek dengan kemampuan terendah. Selain peningkatan kemampuan teknis, peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan kemandirian dalam menyelesaikan tugas administratif selama PKL. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan Microsoft Office berbasis praktik efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan digital dan kesiapan kerja siswa PKL.

Abstract

Pelatihan desain grafis berbasis Canva bagi UMKM pengrajin rotan di Desa Bakan dilaksanakan sebagai upaya peningkatan keterampilan promosi visual berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali pelaku UMKM dengan kemampuan dasar desain grafis yang aplikatif dan mudah dioperasikan melalui platform Canva. Metode pelatihan mencakup ceramah, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi, yang diikuti oleh tujuh peserta. Hasil analisis posttest menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata 72,8 dari hasil pretest sebesar 32,8, serta peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas desain peserta, khususnya dalam penggunaan warna, tipografi, dan tata letak. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan berkomitmen untuk mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan ke dalam strategi pemasaran digital mereka. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan penguasaan teknologi dan waktu pelatihan yang terbatas, program ini terbukti efektif dalam membantu UMKM meningkatkan daya saing produk mereka di pasar digital. Studi ini merekomendasikan perluasan pelatihan serupa bagi komunitas UMKM lainnya serta pengembangan modul lanjutan berbasis desain branding.Kata kunci: UMKM, pelatihan desain grafis, Canva, promosi digital, pemasaran produk

Abstract

This study develops and validates a modified Technology Acceptance Model–Expectation Confirmation Theory (TAM-ECT) framework to evaluate user satisfaction and behavioral intention in the context of community-based internet services (RT/RW Net). Unlike prior TAM-ECT studies predominantly conducted in commercial ISP or e-service environments, this research explicitly focuses on decentralized, community-managed internet services characterized by informal governance structures, low switching barriers, and non-contractual user relationships. Addressing the lack of research on decentralized internet service models, this study integrates external factors service quality, cost-effectiveness, system quality, and customer support and moderating factors, namely digital literacy and switching cost. A quantitative survey approach was employed, collecting valid responses from 803 active users between January and March 2025. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). The results demonstrate that perceived ease of use strongly influences perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, while perceived usefulness significantly impacts both user satisfaction and behavioral intention. Notably, and contrary to the core assumption of Expectation Confirmation Theory, user satisfaction does not significantly predict behavioral intention, indicating a context-specific deviation in community-based digital services where pragmatic usability considerations outweigh affective satisfaction. External factors such as customer support and system quality significantly affect user perceptions, highlighting the importance of technical performance and user experience in decentralized service settings. Digital literacy positively moderates the relationship between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention. The IPMA findings reveal that ease of use, service usefulness, and customer support are the most critical areas for improvement. Theoretically, this study extends TAM-ECT by demonstrating that continuance intention in community-based internet services is driven more by usability and functional value than by satisfaction-driven confirmation mechanisms commonly observed in commercial platforms. This study offers practical insights for optimizing technical quality, service functionality, and user digital competencies to foster sustainable adoption in community-managed internet infrastructures.

Abstract

Penerapaan teknologi informasi pada sebuah organisasi atau dalam proses bisnis suatu instansi adalah aset yang sangat berharga, dimana peranan teknologi informasi mampu mengubah kinerja para pekerja atau karyawan. Penerapan teknologi informasi yang signifikan ini tentu harus diimbangi dengan pengaturan dan pengelolaan yang tepat, sehingga kerugian-kerugian yang mungkin akan terjadi dapat dihindari atau diminimalisir semaksimal mungkin maka di perlukan audit. Proses audit bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja teknologi informasi pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Lombok Tengah menggunakan Framework COBIT 4.1 yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yakni identifikasi business goals, identifikasi information technology (IT) goald, identifikasi information technology (IT) process, identifikasi control objectives, dan perhitungan maturity level. Hasil proses audit berupa rekomendasi dan perbaikan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil audit didapatkan hasil penerapan information technology governance, rata-rata 3. Pada maturity level ini, secara keseluruhan proses penerapan IT governance berada pada skala 3, yaitu defined prosess, merupakan tahap dimana selurus proses telah didokumentasikan melalui pelatihan serta dilaksanakan sesuai dengan metode pengembangan sistem terkomputerisasi yang baik, namun belum ada evaluasi terhadap sistem tersebut sehingga mungkin akan terjadi penyimpangan, terdapat 12 information technology process berada pada level defined prosess dan 2 berada pada level repeatable.

Abstract

In this modern era of the industrial revolution 4.0, high school level exams which used to still use paper to print question sheets were then given to students and students answered the question sheet on the answer sheet provided by the exam supervisor/committee. It was began to be replaced by the existence of information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) which made it easier in terms of time and cost efficiency. With the application of IS/IT, it supports major changes in carrying out the exams conducted by high school level schools, also supported by millennial children aged 14 to 19 years who already have smartphones in their hands. SMAN 1 Masbagik is a public high school located in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok with a land area of 10,260 m2 where there are 30 classrooms and 5 laboratory rooms. From the results of interviews with teachers at SMAN 1 Masbagik, it was found that almost 80% of students have smartphones, this is very supportive of the transition from manual exams to computer/smartphone-based exams. From the survey of the location of SMAN 1 Masbagik, it was found that there were access points installed in all classes to support computer-based exams intended for all students to access the local question server that had been provided. However, there are also problems found when conducting a direct survey to the location to interview students in the problem of wireless signal strength (access points) which are spread across each class unevenly/all over to students' smartphones, there are blank spots in some classes which result in students experiencing delays. data transmission when filling out the answers to questions on their respective smartphones. In wireless signal technology, interference also occurs, according to S'to, explaining that the frequency allocator for each channel used overlaps, for example, the use of channel 1 and channel 2 simultaneously can cause interference which results in data being sent will be damaged. This can also reduce data transfer from the access point to the smartphone to be slow. The method used is the PPDIOO method (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize), but there is a limitation of the method only to the design stage. The purpose of this research is to be considered for schools to determine the position of a good access point and cover all areas of the classroom so that the exams conducted by the education unit are successful and analyze the selection of channel widths to avoid wireless signal interference. The test results while getting a bad signal in the corner of the class and even blank spots in some places.

Abstract

This study evaluates user satisfaction and post-adoption behavior toward the Data Pokok Pendidikan (DAPODIK) Information System by integrating the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) within a mandatory public education system context. Although DAPODIK has been nationally enforced and widely implemented in Indonesia, empirical evidence explaining how system quality translates into user satisfaction, technology acceptance, and actual use remains limited, particularly at the local government level. A quantitative survey-based approach was employed involving 255 active DAPODIK users in Central Lombok Regency, Indonesia, collected between December 2025 and January 2026 using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM, encompassing measurement model evaluation, structural model assessment, hypothesis testing, and moderation analysis of digital literacy. The findings indicate that format, ease of use, and timeliness significantly influence user satisfaction, whereas content and accuracy do not show significant effects. User satisfaction has a strong positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, while behavioral intention significantly predicts actual system use. The moderation analysis further reveals that digital literacy strengthens the relationship between technology acceptance and users’ attitudes toward system use. From a practical perspective, the results suggest that policymakers should prioritize interface format, usability simplification, and system responsiveness during data collection cycles to enhance user satisfaction and sustained system use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction and continuance intention toward mobile payment applications in semi-urban and rural Indonesia by integrating the SERVQUAL framework and the Expectation–Confirmation Model (ECM). Although e-wallet adoption has increased rapidly, empirical evidence on post-adoption behavior in non-urban contexts remains limited. This study addresses this gap by examining how service quality, expectation, confirmation, and digital literacy shape satisfaction and continued usage. Using a quantitative survey, data were collected from 212 active DANA users in Central Lombok Regency during December 2025–January 2026 and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. The results show that among the five SERVQUAL dimensions, only empathy has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction. Expectation and confirmation significantly influence satisfaction, whereas perceived usefulness does not directly affect either satisfaction or continuance intention. User satisfaction and digital literacy significantly predict continuance intention, while the moderating effect of digital literacy is not supported. From a practical perspective, these findings indicate that providers should prioritize user assistance, communication, and expectation management rather than interface or technical attributes when serving semi-urban and rural markets. This study demonstrates that expectation fulfillment and relational-based service quality are more decisive for sustaining e-wallet usage than technical features in non-urban settings.

Abstract

This study examines how IT governance contributes to organizational performance through information systems (IS) success, digital capability, and organizational agility in higher education institutions. It addresses a critical gap by exploring why improvements in IT governance and system quality do not always translate into higher organizational capabilities and performance. A quantitative survey was conducted with 342 respondents from higher education institutions in Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), Indonesia, and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that IT governance significantly improves system, information, and service quality. However, these dimensions do not significantly influence digital capability, and digital capability does not significantly affect organizational agility. Instead, organizational agility is the only construct that significantly enhances organizational performance, while IT governance shows no direct effect. These findings suggest that IT value creation is not linear but depends on the organization’s ability to translate technological resources into adaptive capabilities. This study provides empirical evidence on the indirect role of IT governance and offers a contextual clarification of IS success and digital capability relationships within NTB higher education institutions.
