Abstract

 Strategi pengembangan madrasah adalah suatu upaya perencanaan dan pengeloalaan madrasah yang berfungsi untuk mengarahkan dan mengembangkan madrasah dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikannya, karena madrasah unggul dimaksud sebagai center of excellence yang artinnya madrasah unggul diproyeksikan sebagai wadah menampung peserta didik yang terbaik dari berbagai daerah secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan madrasah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan model analisis interaktif informan perwakilan stakeholder di madrasah. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui setrategi pengembangan madrasah yang ada di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda merupakan strategi yang kompleks karena mencakup seluruh aspek yang ada di madrasah. Hal ini dapat ditinjau dari 4 aspek yaitu, keterbukaan organisasi, kualitas dan kopetensi guru, mementingkan mutu, memperkuat jaringan. Dengan begitu, madrasah mampu menjadikan strategi konsptual tersebut menjadi suatu strategi yang dibutuhkan oleh madrash untuk mengembangkan madrasah unggul.Kata kunci: Strategi Pengembangan Madrasah

Abstract

This study explores the role of the MA ZAHA Robot Assistant (AROMAZA) in increasing parental involvement in the educational process. The research investigates how digital tools can improve communication between schools and parents, fostering a stronger partnership supporting student academic development. The significance of this study lies in addressing the gap in the literature regarding integrating educational technology in Islamic schools, particularly focusing on how tools like AROMAZA can enhance parent-school relationships. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews with parents, teachers, and administrative staff, as well as direct observation and review of school policies and academic records. The study finds that AROMAZA significantly improves the speed of information delivery, enhances parent participation in school activities, and provides real-time access to students' academic progress. Despite challenges related to technology adoption, the findings suggest that AROMAZA plays a crucial role in promoting transparency, supporting parental engagement, and reducing administrative burdens. The implications of this research highlight the potential of digital platforms in strengthening school-parent partnerships, offering valuable insights for educational institutions seeking to implement similar technologies to enhance parental involvement and improve academic outcomes.

Abstract

Management of the Salaf boarding school curriculum (Study of PP. Bitus Sholihin Genggong Probolinggo). The study was motivated by the many educational curricula today based on (global) market needs. While the Islamic Boarding School Salaf PP. Baitus Sholihin Genggong still maintains Islamic-based education while maintaining its salaf model. Even so, students graduated from the Islamic Boarding School Salaf PP. Baitus Sholihin Genggong were able to face the challenges of the times in the era of modernization. Abstract

One of the expenditures used to obtain fixed assets and other assets that benefit more than one accounting period, and is able to encourage the facilities and infrastructure of a region to support community productivity and increase capital investment, namely through Capital Expenditure. The purpose of this study is to determine how much PAD, DAK, DAU and Capital Expenditure in Districts / Municipalities during the period 2012-2016, as well as to determine the effect of PAD, DAK, DAU on Capital Expenditure both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this study was regression of panel data using the Common Effect Model with a research time of 2012-2016 using the Eviews 10 application. The total population in this study is 11 City Districts. The results of this study show that PAD, DAK, DAU are equally influential on Belanj Modal. Partially, PAD, DAK, DAU have a positive effect on capital expenditure. For further research development, it is recommended that researchers add variables, research periods, and use other research objects and models in their analysis techniques. For the Regency / City Government in Central Sulawesi, it is expected to be able to better know the sources of regional revenue that can increase the realization of the capital expenditure budget, so that the regional government is able to allocate the capital expenditure budget properly.

Abstract

There are two opposing camps who have their own arguments which are almost equally strong, namely the function of the Food Estate policy in order to increase food security in Indonesia. However, on the other hand, this policy has the potential to damage the environment. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach related to Food Estate as a solution to overcoming food scarcity or whether it is a wrong policy that can damage the surrounding environment. The result in this article show several things regarding the Food Estate policy have more advantages or disadvantages as follows: 1. Food Estate can increase food security in Indonesia 2. Food Estate can also cause less damage to the environment if it has a print that protects the environment and achieves sustainable development goals.

Abstract

Transformative education is an education that focuses on changing the behavior of students for the better. Transformative education includes social entities related to social texts in it. Transformative education at the final peak becomes a virtuous human being and is useful for others. Being a leader is not easy, being able to understand very well who he is and who he leads, a leader must know his function as a leader, understand the situation and conditions that are happening, work hard, work together, give appreciation to subordinates who have high performance, keep focus on the goal to be achieved. The electability of santri to become a leader is no longer taboo, because reality sees with the naked eye that students have significant potential. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas peran penting prinsip kepemimpinan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di kelas. Sebagai kepala sekolah, kepala sekolah mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk menekankan maksud dan tujuan, memeberikan bantuaan yang memadai, dan dan membina lingkungan yang menggugah minat siswa. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan kepemimpinan transformasional, kepala sekolah dapat menginspirasi dan membimbing guru untuk mencapai standar kinerja yang lebih tinggi. Pemantau dan evaluasi kinerja secara teratur, pemberdayaan guru melalui pengembangan profesional, dan manajemen konflik yang efektif juga menjadi fokus utama kepala sekolah. Penelitian yang dugunakan berupa pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi sebagai cara untuk mengumpulkan data. Temua menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang berhasil berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat dan standar pengajaran, memberikan kontribusi signifikan pada peningkatan kinerja sekolah secara keseluruhan. Implikasi temuan ini adalah bahwa pengembangan pimpinan sekolah yang efektif akan menjadi startegi utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Guru Abstract The central role of headmaster leadership in improving teacher performance in schools is discussed in this study. As the helm, the headmaster has an obligation to underline the vision and mission, provide adequate support, and create an atmosphere that arouses excitement among school members. By applying a transformational leadership approach, principals can inspire and guide teachers to achieve higher standards of performance. Regular monitoring and evaluation of performance, empowerment of teachers through professional development, and effective conflict management are also key focuses of principals. The research used is a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods as a way to collect data. The findings show that successful headmaster leadership positively influences teaching morale and standards, contributing significantly to the improvement of school performance. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan agar peserta didik dapat memperoleh skill IT untuk lulusan MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong dengan menerapkan program unggulan prodistik. MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong berkolaborasi dengan Universitas Negeri Malang Fakultas Pendidikan dan Prodi Teknologi Pendidikan. Kerjasama ini mengingatkankan bahwasannya teknologi informasi sangat penting pada perkembangan zaman ini. Perencanaan program prodistik merupakan perancangan kegiatan pembelajaran, suatu rangkaian yang mana pendidik medampingi, dan membimbing siswa agar memperoleh pengetahuan dan untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang telah diterapkan melalui proses menyiapkan bahan pembelajaran menggunakan metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran, penggunaan teknik pengajaran dan penetapan evaluasi, yang akan dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Dalam metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dari program prodistik ini memperlihatkan bahwasannya program dirancang menggunakan data dan fakta yang benar. Program ini mempunyai tujuan yang jelas yaitu mencetak siswa MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong memiliki ilmu pengetahuan di bidang IT yang amat di butuhkan di zaman sekarang. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Manajemen Prodistik, Peserta Didik, Skill IT Abstract This research aims to ensure that students can obtain IT skill for MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong graduates by implementing superior prodistics programs. MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong collaborates with the state University of Malang, Faculty of Education and Educational Technology Studi Program. This collaboratioan reminds us that information technology is very important in today’s developments. Prodstic program planning is the design of learning activities, a series in which educators accompany and guide students to gain knowledge and to actieve the learning that has been implementasi through the process of preparing learning materials using learning methods and approaches, using teaching techniques and determining evaluations, which will be carried out in certain period of time, in this research method, qualitative methods used, this productivist program shows that the program was designed using correct data and facts. This program has a clear goal, namely to produce MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong students whith knowledge in the IT field which is really needed nowadays. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Output dari penelitian ini adalah agar fungsi dari sistem manajemen informasi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI Nahdlatul Ulama kraksaan. Guru merupakan salah satu aspek yang mana tak kalah vital dari pembelajaran itu sendiri. Melalui tenaga pendidik, seorang pimpinan lembaga dapat menyalurkan visi misi lembaga yang di kelola nya melalui tenaga pendidik tersebut. Proses perencanaan, pengelolaan, pengorganisasian, merupakan kegiatan administratif. yang mana proses tersebut merupakan bagian dari pengambilan keputusan seorang pemimpin lembaga. Lalu selanjutnya, informasi yang di butuhkan oleh pengelola tersebut di sediakan sistem manajemen informasi (SMI) adalah suatu sistem yang mengelola seluruh laporan yang ada dalam lembaga tersebut. Seluruh fungsi manajemen baik itu pengorganisasian, pengelolaan, pengendalian, dan pengoperasian sangat di butuhkan untuk keberhasilan kegiatan maupun visi misi sekolah. Maka dari itu, penerapan sistem informasi akademik sangat perlu di sektor pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Pendidikan, Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik Abstract This research uses qualitative approach. Output from this research is that the functions of the education information management system can improve teacherperformance at MI Nahdlatul Ulama Kraksaan. Teachers are an aspect that is no less vital than learning it self. Through teaching staff, an institution leader can channel the vision of the mission of the the institution he manages through the teaching staff. The process of planning, managing, organizing, are administrative activities where this process is part of the decision making of an institution leader. Then next, the information needed by the manager is provided by the information management system (SMI), namely a system that manages all the report contained in that institution. All management functions, including organizing, managing, controlling, and operating, are very much needed for the succes of the school’s activities and vision and mission. Abstract

The Al-Qur'an is a holy book that is highly revered in Islam. The Al-Qur'an is also a guide to life that has been designed and compiled by Allah very perfectly to become a guide for the lives of all His followers. There are many glories that Allah promises if we want to keep the Koran, one of which is by memorizing it. Because from the time of Rasulullah, during the process of the gradual revelation of the Qur'an through the Angel Gabriel to Rasulullah Muhammad SAW, the companions maintained its authenticity by memorizing the revealed verses one by one, so that during the time of Caliph Uthman bin Affan, the Qur'an began to be written down. into one mushaf. This is what makes the author very interested in researching the management of the tahfidz program using the at-taisir learning center ALC method at PondokDamanhuriRomliZainulHasanGenggong Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is qualitative with a field research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document review. The results of research conducted by researchers are; 1) Planning the ALC method tahfidz program starts from dividing time, determining classes and preparing equipment such as mushaf, teachers, places and also cards for deposits. 2) Implementing the ACL method, students memorize one sheet a day and the target is to complete the memorization within two years. 3) However, in the evaluation, this method is actually very good, but the problem is that the students still have a low level of motivation to memorize.
