Abstract

This study was to examine the effect of product quality, price and brand image on the decision to purchase a used motorcycle. This research is a research with quantitative method through associative sampling approach as many as 100 respondents taken using non-probability sampling with incidental sampling method. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The results showed that the variables of product quality, price and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of giving poor rice aid (RASKIN) toward the expenditures of poor communities consumers in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Sub-district. Type of this study was associative, namely the study aims to analyze the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The variables in this study were the giving of poor rice aids (RASKIN) as an independent variable symbolized by X and the expenditure of poor consumers as the dependent variable symbolized by Y. The data used was quantitative data in the form of respondents' answers related to the object of study collected through questionnaires. The population in this study were all poor rice recipients (RASKIN) in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Sub-district with number of population were 69 respondent and all of them were used as samples (census sampling). Data analysis was used simple linear regression analysis techniques, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the data analysis showed that the giving of rice aid for the poor communities (RASKIN) did not have effect toward the expenditure of consumers of the poor communities in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Sub-district. This was indicated by the t-value of the test results of 0.038 which was lower than the t-table value at the significance level of 5% was of 1.996 (0.038<1.996). The variable ability of giving poor rice aid (RASKIN) in influencing the variation of changes in the variable expenditure of consumers of the poor village in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Sub-district was very low, namely 1.5% while its remaining of 98.5% was influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment interest. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents. With the sampling technique using simple random sampling method. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via google form. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) the financial literacy variable has a partial and significant effect on investment interest. (2) The financial behavior variable has a partial and significant effect on investment interest.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTerjadi peningkatan jumlah investor pasar modal setiap tahunnya, namun masih tidak sebanding dengan jumlah populasi masyarakat Indonesia. Rendahnya jumlah investor di pasar modal menandakan bahwa tingkat literasi masyarakat masih cukup rendah. Gen Z selaku generasi muda merupakan asset masa depan yang perlu diberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya investasi terutama di pasar modal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop dengan 3 tahapan yaitu tahap sosialisasi, pelaksanaan workshop dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan minat investasi di pasar modal pada generasi Z. Selain itu kegiatan ini melakukan kerja sama dengan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) cabang NTB mampu menarik minat peserta dengan difasilitasi pembuatan account saham secara gratis. Selain itu, 40%  peserta workshop tertarik untuk membuat account saham melalui Galeri Investasi FEB UTS untuk bisa trading saham di pasar modal. Kata kunci: pasar modal; investor; saham; gen Z ABSTRACTThere is an increase in the number of capital market investors every year, but it is still not proportional to the total population of the Indonesian people. The low number of investors in the capital market indicates that the level of public literacy is still quite low. Gen Z as the younger generation is a future asset that needs to be given an understanding of the importance of investing, especially in the capital market. The method of implementing the service is carried out in the form of a workshop with 3 stages, namely the socialization stage, the implementation of the workshop and the evaluation. The result of this service is an increase in knowledge and interest in investing in the capital market in generation Z. In addition, this activity in collaboration with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) NTB branch is able to attract participants' interest by facilitating the creation of stock accounts online. free. In addition, 40% of workshop participants are interested in creating a stock account through the FEB UTS Investment Gallery to be able to trade shares in the capital market. Keywords: capital market; investors; stocks; gen Z

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of BUMDes in Ranan Village, Ropang District as a driving force for the community's economy. This research is an inductive qualitative research, namely analysis based on data obtained from interviews, field notes and library materials. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of his research concluded that improving the economy through BUMDes Ranan had provided a good role for the economy of the village community. With the existence of a capital loan business unit at BUMDes, the community can borrow from BUMDes, but it is necessary to improve financial governance in the field of savings and loans so that customers make loans with a fast process and lower interest. Community participation, optimal human resource competence and quality management are the strategies for managing BUMDes to be better than before. Even though bad credit still occurs in the savings and loan business, the method taken is through improving the scheduling and requirements for returning loans to customers as well as by restructuring credit to become a facility for achieving BUMDes Ranan Village credit goals.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di SLB Negeri 2 Sumbawa dalam mengenal aksara daerah Sumbawa sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan bahasa isyarat Satera Jontal dan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan bahasa isyarat Satera Jontal dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di SLB Negeri 2 Sumbawa dalam mengenal aksara daerah Sumbawa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “One Group Pre Test-Post Test”. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka menghasilkan kesimpulan penelitian: (1) Hasil kemampuan mengenal aksara daerah Sumbawa pada peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran sebelum penggunaan bahasa isyarat Satera Jontal dari 13 peserta didik belum ada yang mencapai kategori baik. Namun dari 13 peserta didik hanya 1 orang yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan kategori penilaian Cukup dan 12 peserta didik lainnya belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan kategori penilaian Sangat Cukup. (2) Hasil kemampuan mengenal aksara daerah Sumbawa pada peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran setelah penggunaan bahasa isyarat Satera Jontal dari 13 peserta didik, 11 diataranya mendapatkan nilai yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan kategori Sangat Baik dan 2 orang peserta didik mendapatkan belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan kategori Cukup. (3) Penggunaan metode pembelajaran bahasa isyarat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan peserta didik yaitu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di SLB Negeri 2 Sumbawa dalam mengenal aksara satera jontal.

Abstract

Generation Z has a high interest in owning their own business (entrepreneurship). However, in many conditions, Generation Z lacks experience and knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship. In providing solutions to these problems, community service activities are held for students who are still in school, especially for Vocational High School (SMK) students who will later become young entrepreneurs. In this service, students are given material on financial management, human resource management and also business strategy management. Using a workshop method filled by the Management Study Program service team, students are introduced to several important concepts in entrepreneurship, namely the role of human resource management, entrepreneurship strategies and the concept of financial planning. As a result of this workshop, students become more aware of and have an interest in entrepreneurship after graduating from secondary education.

Abstract

Tingkat kesehatan keuangan Bank merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengukur kinerja bank sebagai pedoman kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap bank tersebut. CAMEL (Modal, Kualitas Aset, Manajemen, Laba, dan Likuiditas) merupakan alat ukur untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan suatu bank. Metode CAMEL digunakan untuk menilai kesehatan keuangan bank karena memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang berbagai aspek utama yang mempengaruhi stabilitas dan kinerja keuangan bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan Bank NTB Syariah cabang Sumbawa tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan metode CAMEL. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata aspek keuangan tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2021 berada pada kategori Sehat. Kajian ini menyarankan agar bank NTB Syariah dapat meningkatkan aspek kualitas aset atau rasio KAP dan rasio manajemen atau NPM yang berada dalam kondisi cukup sehat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of digital literacy, self-efficacy and income expectations on the interest in digital entrepreneurship in MSMEs in the Sumbawa sub-district. This research uses quantitative methods. Determined the sample in this study using the Paul Leddy formula and obtained 100 research subjects through non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis tool used SPSS 26. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that digital literacy, efficacy and income expectations partially have a positive and significant effect on digital entrepreneurship interest in MSMEs in Sumbawa District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Ease of Use, Price and Promotion on Customer Loyalty for Shopee users. The population in this study is the people of Sumbawa City. The sample of this research is 100 respondents who have several criteria. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling. The data analysis used was the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t/effect test) and the coefficient of determination test and processed using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on Ease of Use, Price and Promotion of Customer Loyalty
