Abstract

Munculnya masalah/kendala realisasi anggaran yang masih timpang menunjukkan lemahnya penerapan dan perencanaan realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja daerah dalam suatu daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah analisis pendapatan daerah, belanja daerah serta pengaruh pembelanjaan daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kabupaten Sumbawa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan konsep teoritis dan perbandingan data time series realisasi APBD Kabupaten Sumbawa tahun 2015-2019. Pertumbuhan pendapatan dan belanja daerah kabupaten Sumbawa selama lima tahun mengalami fluktuktif. Rata-rata realisasi APBD masih tergolong sangat rendah yaitu berada di kisaran 0,00 – 10,00 %. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan masih minimnya kemampuan daerah kabupaten sumbawa dalam menjalankan otonomi daerah terutama dalam menjalankan fungsi pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan, yaitu kemandirian daerah sebesar 17,25% dan derajat otonomi fiscal sebesar 10,47%. Inefisiensi anggaran belanja 102,96% selama 5 tahun berimbas pada tingginya anggaran yang diserap khususnya belanja bantuan keuangan yaitu berada di atas 50% dan peningkatan positif pada belanja modal. Oleh karena itu, tingginya pmebelanjaan daerah harus sejalan dengan tingginya PDRB atau pertumbuhan perekonomian daerah. Dengan jumlah rata-rata Konstribusi PAD yang sebesar 12,67% yang tergolong kurang maka pemerintah daerah kabupaten Sumbawa perlu melakukan langkah diantaranya pemungutan pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, penerimaan dari dinas-dinas, penerimanan lain-lain serta dari hasil bukan pajak sesuai dengan kondisi dan potensi yang ada.

Abstract

Perencanaan Pengembangan desa merupakan proses tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa yang melibatkan BPD dan unsur masyarakat secara partisipatif guna pemanfaatan dan pengalokasian sumber daya desa dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pembangunan desa. Perencanaan pembangunan di Desa Batu Rotok Kecamatan Batulanteh belum berjalan maksimal karena kurangnya informasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaaan pembanguan desa, sosialisasi masyarakat desa dengan pemerintah desa sangat minim. Pembangunan yang terkadang tidak tepat sesuai dengan rencana, baik itu perencanaan, pelaksanaan maupun penyelesaianya serta adanya kegagalan pada program-program pembangunan desa yang berakibat pada kurangnya respon pemerintah desa dengan masyarakat setempat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan literatur sebagai rujukan menyelesaikan peneltian ini serta teknik analisis kulitatif dengan ini memberikan hasil bahwa dengan melihat dari sudut pandang praktik menjelaskan bahwa cukup setuju jawaban responden dalam menyelenggarakan perencanaan pembangunan di Desa Batu Rotok Kecamatan Batulanteh.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja keuangan desa Tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Telaga Kecamatan Lenangguar. Pada bulan Juni Tahun 2020 menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rasio efektivitas, rasio efesiensi, dan rasio ekonomis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa untuk (1) untuk tingkat efektivitas keuangan desa sudah sangat tinggi dan ketergantungan desa telaga dengan bantuan pusat sdah sangat rendah dalam menjalankan sistem pemerintahannya.(2) untuk tingkat efesiensi keuangan desa telaga sudah sangat baik dalam merealisasikan sumber pendapatan desa yang diterima. (3) untuk tingkat ekonomi keuangan desa telaga dari tahun 2016 – 2020 sangat baik dan ketergantungan desa telaga dengan bantuan pusat sudah sangat rendah dalam menjalankan sistem pemerintahannya. Pelaksanaaan Good governance dalaam keuangan desa telaga telah berjalaan cukup baaik. Prosedur tata kelola keuangan telah dirasakan manfaatnya oleh Masyaraakaat dan pemerintah setempat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence traders' decisions to use QRIS in Sumbawa Regency. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents obtained using the nonprobability sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination testing (R2) using the SPSS application. Based on the partial test results, it can be concluded that the Social Influence and Business Expectations variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use QRIS as a financial transaction medium, while the hedonistic motivation and habits variables do not have a significant effect on the decision to use QRIS as a financial transaction medium. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing show that together the Social variables, Hedonistic Motivation, Habits and Business Expectations have a significant influence on the decision to use QRIS as a financial transaction medium. The independent variables consisting of the Social Influence, Hedonistic Motivation, Habits, and Business Expectations ariable had an influence on the decision to use QRIS variable was 73%, while the remaining 27% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of e-commerce (X1) and innovation capability (X2) on the performance of MSMEs in Sumbawa District. The population in this study are MSME owners in Sumbawa District, the exact number of which is not known. Seeing that the research population is very large and the researcher does not know the exact number, to determine the sample size for this study, Paul Leedy's formula was used to obtain a sample size of 100 people who would be used as research respondents. In this study, information was collected through questionnaires given to respondents. The data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program to be studied using analytical techniques, including multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study showed that the e-commerce and innovation capability partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Sumbawa District. The influence of e-commerce variables and innovation capability on MSMEs performance variables in Sumbawa District is 53.6%, while the remaining 46.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as MSME actors' competency factors, marketing creativity, and access to capital.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of self-actualization, word of mouth and hangout lifestyle on purchasing decisions in the millennial generation. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sampling method used purposive sampling and the sample used was 100 people. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), coefficient of determination testing (R2) using the SPSS application. The results of the t test in this research showed that the partially of self actualization, word of mouth and hangout lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of the millennial generation at Kedai Victoria Sumbawa Besar. The independent variables consisting of the self-actualization variable, the word of mouth variable and the hangout lifestyle variable had an influence on the purchasing decision variable was 65.9%, while the remaining 34.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research, such as product quality, promotions, price perception, cafe atmosphere, service, etc.

Abstract

The presence of Fintech forces people to innovate in terms of their financial transactions. This phenomenon is motivated by technological advances adapted by business people so that fintech players continue to innovate in providing the best for their users. OVO is one of the fintechs that is currently widely used by the public. This study aim to examine the effect of convenience, trust and quality of service on consumer interest in using the OVO digital wallet. The sampling technique used in this study was non probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Non probability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide an equal opportunity or chance for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. In this study, sampling was determined based on certain considerations or characteristics in accordance with research needs, so that the research sample consisted of 100 respondents from the community in Sumbawa Sub-District. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that the convenience, trust and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer interest in using the OVO digital wallet at Sumbawa Sub-District. The influence of the variables convenience, trust and quality of service on consumer interest in using the OVO digital wallet at Sumbawa Sub District is 62.6%, while the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as perceived suitability, perception usefulness, perceived comfort and perceived feature availability.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan menggambarkan kemampuan seseorang dalam mengelola keuangannya secara bijak hingga tercipta merdeka finansial. Merdeka finansial akan terwujud dengan membiasakan budaya menabung dan investasi sedini mungkin. Namun, remaja sebagai generasi muda di Indonesia khususnya secara umum belum memiliki tingkat literasi yang baik. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada remaja khususnya para siswa-siswi di SMKN 3 Sumbawa Besar tentang pentingnya literasi keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi dan workshop dengan memberikan materi, ceramah, dan diskusi/tanya jawab yang dilakukan secara offline. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu siswa-siswi di SMKN 3 Sumbawa Besar belum cukup memiliki tingkat literasi keuangan yang baik hal ini di tunjukkan dengan beberapa anak yang telah melakukan investasi namun dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini mahasiswa bisa mengetahui mengenai literasi keuangan, trik dan tips investasi yang baik. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mampu memberikan peningkatan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan sebesar 85% (mengalami kenaikan sebesar 25% dari sebelumnya)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance, with religiosity as a moderating element. This study uses quantitative techniques and a causal approach in data analysis. The research population consists of all Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) workers in West Sumbawa Regency (KSB), with a total of 3,133 individuals. The total sampling technique was used in this study. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, which is part of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that compensation and discipline positively and significantly affect employee performance. Religiosity effectively moderates the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance in OPD KSB. Increased compensation and effective discipline enforcement can increase staff productivity and efficiency. Employee religiosity acts as a moderator that strengthens the relationship between compensation, discipline, and performance. Employees with high levels of religiosity will feel a greater effect of both elements on their performance, suggesting that spiritual values and work ethics are interrelated and can encourage a more productive work environment.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve Islamic financial literacy among students of Al-Mutmainnah Islamic Boarding School. The methods used are material presentation, discussion, and Q&A. The materials presented include the definition of financial literacy and inclusion as well as Islamic financial literacy, its benefits, and types of Islamic financial products and services. The results of the activity show that the level of understanding of Islamic financial literacy among students has increased. Students also showed a high interest in learning and applying finance in everyday life. This activity is expected to help students manage their finances wisely, independently, and contribute to the development of the Islamic boarding school and community economy.
