Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance through the entrepreneurial competence of Culinary SMEs in Pasar Jambi. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in economic development. So entrepreneurs need to develop entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competencies to maintain their business performance in this uncertain pandemic period. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 59 samples of SMEs in Pasar Jambi using the purposive sampling technique, then processed using SmartPLS-SEM to analyze data and test hypotheses. The study results show a positive relationship among entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial competence, and entrepreneurial performance. In addition, entrepreneurial competence is mediating entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of strategic competence, ethical competence on network competence and to examine the effect of strategic competence on business growth mediated by network competence. The population of this study is 100 SMEs in the field of clothing in Tanah Abang. The purposive sampling method was used by distributing online questionnaires, which were then processed using the smartPLS application. The results of this study are strategic competence, ethical competence has an influence on network competence. Strategic competence can also affect business growth mediated by network competence and ethical competence can also effect business growth mediated by network competence.

Abstract

Batik is one part of the original cultural works of the archipelago which is much admired by audiences from all over the world. However, over time, batik is often identified with formal clothing that is old-fashioned, stiff, and is only worn by elderly people in Indonesia. To increase the value of batik, batik needs to be adapted to the interests of the millennial generation, including visuals on batik so that it has better commercial value and attractiveness. This activity helps one of the batik clothing businesses at Boutique A in developing their business. The products produced in the boutique only focus on women's batik clothing with the target market are adults. The problem with Boutique A is that they don't have batik clothing products for millennials. The advantage of this boutique is that it has a lot of raw materials for batik. This activity helps Boutique A to develop and provide product diversification innovations, especially for the millennials. Innovative products designed specifically for men's batik fashion include batik jackets, batik shirts, and shirts with batik patchwork accents with modern designs. With the creation of this new product, Boutique A will give birth to a new second brand with a different vision, mission and target market. It is hoped that with the development of these new products, Boutique A's business performance will increase. Batik merupakan salah satu bagian dari karya budaya asli Nusantara yang banyak dikagumi oleh khalayak dari berbagai penjuru dunia. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, batik kerap kali diidentikkan dengan busana formal yang kuno, kaku, dan hanya dikenakan oleh orang-orang tua di Indonesia. Guna meningkatkan nilai batik, kerajinan batik perlu disesuaikan dengan ketertarikan generasi milenial, meliputi visual pada batik sehingga memiliki nilai komersial dan daya tarik yang lebih baik. Kegiatan ini membantu salah satu usaha pakaian batik pada Butik A dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam usaha butik tersebut hanya berfokus pada pakaian batik wanita dengan target pasar usia dewasa. Permasalahan pada Butik A adalah tidak memiliki produk busana batik untuk kaum milenial. Adapun kelebihan butik ini adalah memiliki bahan baku material batik yang sangat banyak. Kegiatan ini membantu bagaimana Butik A dapat mengembangkan dan memberikan inovasi diversifikasi produk, khususnya untuk target pasar kaum millennial. Produk inovasi yang dirancang khususnya produk fashion batik pria diantaranya jaket batik, kemeja batik, dan kaos dengan aksen patchwork batik dengan desain yang modern. Terciptanya produk baru ini memungkinkan Butik A melahirkan second brand baru dengan visi dan misi serta target pasar yang berbeda. Adanya pengembangan produk baru tersebut, diharapkan kinerja bisnis Butik A semakin meningkat.

Abstract

In today's modern era, competition in the world of work is very tight so that business competition occurs everywhere. Each person has to work hard to make ends meet so it is difficult to find time to do household chores, such as cleaning the house, cooking, and especially washing and ironing clothes. Therefore, businesses that focus on housework services began to emerge, for example the laundry service business. Laundry service business which is increasing has quite interesting business prospects. One who is interested in running this laundry service business is Weshwash Laundry. To attract consumers who use laundry services, business must provide quality services that can create satisfaction after using these services. What services that Weshwash laundry provides to their customers, how is the quality of Weshwash Laundry services that can increase customer satisfaction, and how is the customer satisfaction measurement system for the quality of Weshwash Laundry services? By using five dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, as well as using criticism and suggestions, it can be concluded that Weshwash Laundry is very good in services quality, in an effort to increase customer satisfaction. Pada era modern saat ini, persaingan di dunia kerja sangatlah ketat sehingga persaingan bisnis terjadi dimana-mana. Setiap orang harus bekerja keras untuk mencukupi kebutuhannya sehingga sulit mendapatkan waktu untuk melakukan pekerjaan-pekerjaan rumah tangga, seperti bersih-bersih rumah, memasak, dan khususnya mencuci dan menyetrika pakaian. Oleh karena itu, bisnis-bisnis yang berfokus pada jasa pekerjaan rumah tangga mulai bermunculan, salah satu contohnya bisnis jasa laundry. Bisnis jasa laundry yang semakin menjamur memiliki prospek bisnis yang cukup menarik. Salah satu yang tertarik menjalankan bisnis jasa laundry ini adalah Weshwash Laundry. Untuk menarik konsumen pengguna jasa laundry, perlu memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang dapat menciptakan kepuasan setelah menggunakan jasa tersebut. Apa saja pelayanan yang diberikan Weshwash Laundry kepada pelanggan, bagaimana kualitas pelayanan Weshwash Laundry yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan bagaimana sistem pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan Weshwash Laundry? Dengan menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy, serta menggunakan kritik saran, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Weshwash Laundry sangat baik dalam kualitas layanan dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

In this increasingly modern era, many people prefer something that is more practical in their life. Especially those who have busy activities so they cannot allocated their time to deal with dirty clothes. As a result, many businessmen are competing to open business in the laundry sector. With this laundry service, can provide a solution for people who don't have time to wash and iron their own clothes due to the busy activities they live in. Due to the growth of laundry business, a strategy is needed to maintain customer loyalty. Weshwash Laundry is a business that engaged in the laundry service sector where in carrying out its business, tries to maximize service quality to gain customer loyalty. Weshwash Laundry responds to market needs and allocates suitable service offerings to anticipate the development of the laundry business. To maintain customer loyalty, Weshwash Laundry applies a strategy that is by paying attention to service quality, marketing, and price. Di zaman yang semakin modern ini, banyak orang lebih memilih sesuatu hal yang lebih praktis dalam kehidupannya. Terutama mereka yang memiliki kegiatan padat sehingga tidak bisa membagi waktu untuk berurusan dengan pakaian kotor. Akibatnya, produsen berlomba-lomba untuk membuka usaha di bidang laundry. Adanya jasa laundry, dapat memberikan solusi kepada masyarakat yang tidak memiliki waktu untuk mencuci dan menyetrika pakaiannya sendiri dikarenakan padatnya aktivitas yang mereka jalani. Oleh karena semakin berkembangnya usaha laundry, maka diperlukan strategi untuk tetap mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Weshwash Laundry adalah sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa cuci kiloan yang dalam menjalankan usahanya berusaha untuk memaksimalkan kualitas jasa guna mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Weshwash Laundry menanggapi kebutuhan-kebutuhan segmen yang diidentifikasi dan mengalokasikan penawaran layanan yang cocok untuk mengantisipasi perkembangan usaha laundry. Untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, Weshwash Laundry menerapkan strategi yaitu dengan memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan, pemasaran, dan harga.

Abstract

Laundry is a service business that is very useful among Indonesian people at this time. In the midst of a busy community, one of their mandatory activities is often neglected. Piled up clothes and piled up cloth will make us more stressed. Because clothes are one of the mandatory needs that we always use everyday. With this laundry service, we only send clothes and will be processed immediately by the laundry employees. Laundry is one of the services in the field of washing clothes by having the type of laundry that has been set at a price by the service provider and the length of time the laundry is usually determined by the provider with a minimum and maximum limit for the completion of the laundry ordered by the customer. The laundry as a business actor that provides laundry services, should provide the best service for laundry service users or consumers. But in reality laundry services still often make mistakes in the form of defects in clothes such as discoloration, faded colors, lost clothes, mixed up and the length of time it takes to wash clothes. Laundry adalah salah satu usaha jasa yang sangat berguna di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia untuk saat ini. Di tengah-tengah kesibukan masyarakat yang padat, seringkali salah satu kegiatan wajib mereka terbengkalai begitu saja. Baju yang menumpuk dan kain yang menumpuk akan membuat kita semakin stress, karena baju adalah salah satu kebutuhan wajib yang selalu kita gunakan sehari-hari. Dengan adanya jasa laundry ini kita hanya perlu mengirim pakaian dan akan segera diproses oleh pihak karyawan laundry. Laundry merupakan salah satu pelayanan jasa di bidang cuci mencuci pakaian dengan memiliki jenis cucian yang telah ditetapkan harganya oleh pihak penyedia jasa dan waktu lama cucian biasanya ditentukan oleh penyedia dengan batas minimal dan maksimal selesainya cucian yang dipesan pelanggan. Pihak laundry sebagai pelaku usaha yang memberikan layanan jasa laundry, sudah seharusnya memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi pengguna jasa laundy atau konsumen. Tetapi pada kenyataannya jasa laundry masih sering melakukan kesalahan berupa cacat pada pakaian seperti kelunturan, pudar pada warna pakaian, pakaian hilang, tertukar dan lamanya waktu pencucian baju.

Abstract

Batik is a part of the archipelago's original cultural works which is admired by audiences from all over the world and has a unique history. However, over time, batik is often identified with formal clothing that is old-fashioned, stiff, and only worn by parents in Indonesia by the current millennial generation. The rapid development of internet technology has given rise to social media which today, almost everyone uses as a medium for communicating, obtaining information, socializing and doing business, looking for entertainment and others. Social media creates changes in the way the world works, including the field of marketing, especially promotion and advertising, which results in the creation of online business trends. In order to reach consumers, observations, documentation, and literature studies are carried out to find out the most appropriate promotion concept according to marketing communication theory. Promotional activities carried out using Instagram have proven to be effective in attracting customers. The use of social media is expected to be able to market the products widely so that TRIE's business performance will increase. Batik merupakan salah satu bagian dari karya budaya asli Nusantara yang dikagumi oleh khalayak dari berbagai penjuru dunia dan memiliki sejarah yang unik. Akan tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu, batik kerap kali diidentikkan dengan busana formal yang kuno, kaku, dan hanya dikenakan orang tua di Indonesia oleh generasi milenial pada saat ini. Perkembangan teknologi internet yang semakin pesat kian hari telah melahirkan media sosial yang saat ini, hampir semua orang menggunakannya sebagai media sebagai sarana dalam berkomunikasi, memperoleh informasi, bersosialisasi dan berbisnis, mencari hiburan dan lainnya. Media sosial menciptakan perubahan pada cara dunia bekerja, tak terkecuali bidang pemasaran khususnya promosi dan periklanan yang mengakibatkan terciptanya tren bisnis online. Guna menjangkau konsumen, dilakukan observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan untuk mengetahui konsep promosi yang paling tepat sesuai teori komunikasi pemasaran. Kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan media sosial Instagram terbukti efektif menarik pelanggan. Penggunaan media sosial diharapkan dapat memasarkan produk secara luas sehingga kinerja bisnis TRIE semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Most of the residents of Tambi Village, located in the Watukumpul sub-district, Pemalang Regency, Central Java Province, work as farmers in rice fields and gardens. For women, they have professions as fake hair craftsmen with palm fiber materials and palm sugar craftsmen to increase family income. Currently craftsmen are experiencing problems regarding how to market, how to innovate and produce good quality products so they can sell products optimally. Craftsmen do not know how to market the products they produce and also do not understand how to increase innovation so that the products produced can add value to the selling power and can be recognized by the wider community. Tambi Village. This counseling event was in the form of a discussion on the basics of entrepreneurship by providing knowledge about entrepreneurial orientation, namely innovation, being proactive and daring to take risks in running a business. In addition to counseling, they also listened to the actual problems that occurred from the villagers regarding the products they produced. With direct information from the residents of Tambi village, the team will then create a module on how to run a good business using palm sugar as a case study. Sebagian besar penduduk Tambi Village, yang terletak di sub-distrik Watukumpul, Pemalang Regency, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, bekerja sebagai petani di ladang beras dan kebun. Bagi wanita, mereka memiliki profesi sebagai tukang rambut palsu dengan bahan serat palm dan tukang gula palm untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Saat ini pengrajin mengalami masalah tentang bagaimana untuk memasarkan, bagaimana untuk berinovasi dan memproduksi produk berkualitas baik sehingga mereka dapat menjual produk secara optimal. Pengrajin tidak tahu bagaimana memasarkan produk yang mereka produksi dan juga tidak mengerti bagaimana meningkatkan inovasi sehingga produk yang diproduksi dapat menambah nilai pada kekuatan penjualan dan dapat diakui oleh masyarakat yang lebih luas. Desa Tambi Acara konseling ini adalah dalam bentuk diskusi tentang dasar-dasar kewirausahaan dengan memberikan pengetahuan tentang orientasi kewiraswirausaha, yaitu inovasi, proaktif dan berani mengambil risiko dalam menjalankan bisnis. Selain berkonsultasi, mereka juga mendengarkan masalah nyata yang muncul dari penduduk desa sehubungan dengan produk yang mereka produksi. Dengan informasi langsung dari penduduk desa Tambi, tim kemudian akan membuat modul tentang bagaimana menjalankan bisnis yang baik menggunakan gula sawit sebagai studi kasus.

Abstract

The role of social media in this era is not only intended as a communication tool to convey a message. In entrepreneurship, the role of social media is currently very important because it is a medium that can be used to introduce the goods or services offered, a means of education so that trust arises from consumers and potential consumers and finally as a means for carrying out transactions. Many young people do not understand the use of social media in creating content so that it can suit the needs of consumers and potential consumers. Community service program with training methods through seminars held with partners, Tarsisius I High School. This activity aims to help the young generation to be able to use the right strategy in using social media in order to increase the entrepreneurial spirit in creating start-up businesses in the future. Peran media sosial dalam era ini tidak hanya diperuntukan dalam alat komunikasi untuk menyampaikan sebuah pesan. Dalam kewirausahaan peran media sosial saat ini sangat penting dikarenakan merupakan media yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan, sarana edukasi agar munculnya kepercayaan dari konsumen dan calon konsumen serta yang terakhir adalah sebagai sarana untuk melakukan transaksi. Banyak generasi muda kurang memahami pemanfaatan penggunaan media sosial dalam membuat isi sehingga dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari konsumen dan calon konsumen .Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan metode pelatihan melalui seminar yang diselenggarakan dengan mitra yaitu SMA Tarsisius I. Kegiatan ini mempunyai tujuan untuk dapat membantu generasi muda untuk dapat menggunakan strategi yang tepat dalam menggunakan media sosial agar dapat meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan dalam membuat usaha rintisan di masa mendatang

Abstract

Improving service quality in the fashion industry has become a priority in efforts to increase customer satisfaction. This research seeks to identify key factors that influence service quality and explain their impact on customer satisfaction. The research methods used in this research include customer surveys and data analysis to examine customer perceptions of the quality of service provided by retailers. The research results show that aspects such as acceptance, trust, empathy, product safety and reliability play an important role in determining service quality. Additionally, the research includes implementing staff development, training, and information technology initiatives to improve operational efficiency and respond more quickly to customer needs. By leveraging new technology, businesses can improve customer interactions, provide personalized shopping experiences, and simplify the purchasing process. With the implementation of these changes, it is hoped that there will be a significant increase in customer satisfaction. Improving service quality is expected to increase customer loyalty, open opportunities for repeat business and support long-term business growth. This research provides valuable information for those in the fashion industry to identify areas that need improvement to ensure better service and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this research provides a basis for further research and ongoing efforts to improve the quality of work and conditions in the fashion industry. What services does Fashion X provide to customers and how can the quality of Fashion X services increase customer satisfaction, and what is the system for measuring customer satisfaction regarding the quality of Fashion X services?
