Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tingkat kesejahteraan subjektif guru honorer masuk pada kategori tinggi yaitu (60%) artinya mereka tidak merasa kekurangan dalam hidupnya, salah satu faktornya karena adanya faktor lain yang mampu menopang kebutuhan hidupnya seperti adanya kehadiran sosok suami dalam kehidupannya. Adapun dampak dari kesejahteraan guru honorer tersebut tidak menurunkan semangat guru dalam mengajar hanya saja proses pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan masa pandemi covis-19. Penyesuaian tersebut yaitu adanya pengeluaran tambahan secara financial karena pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui daring membutuhkan dana yang cukup besar. Bukan hanya guru yang merasakan dampak secara langsung, para siswa mengalami hal yang sama mereka kesulitan untuk menyerap materi yang diberikan oleh guru karena sebagian besar dilaksanakan melalui pemberian tugas. Kemudian tidak semua peserta didik tidak memiliki handphone sebagai media belajar, kemudian tidak semua orangtua siswa mampu mendampingi belajar siswa sehingga keterlambatan pengumpulan tugas sering terjadi.

Abstract

Textbooks are one of the teaching materials that can influence in learning activities, because they can be a reference for teachers and students. The purpose of this study was to determine the four standard feasibility of a grade VI student book on the theme of globalization in the curriculum 2013. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a type of descriptive approach that is library research. Participants or research objects that act as a source of data research information are the books of grade VI students and teachers. The data collection techniques used are documentation and interview techniques. Based on the results of the research analysis, it shows that the average value of the standardized analysis of the grade student book on the theme of globalization obtained a percentage 85,31% with the title “very worthy”. Thus this book can be used as best as possible.

Abstract

A teacher is said to be a professional teacher if he has inherent competence personality. Personality that is commonly known to be very abstract. This is encouraging researchers to study further about the personality competence of elementary school teachers through research. The focus of this research is to try to uncover the personality competencies of teachers in the era of society 5.0, and the teacher's efforts to improve his personal competence. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method where the subject is school teachers base. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the personality competencies of the teachers were solid and stable, capable of being mature, wise and wise in acting, authoritative and being role models for their students. In this era of society 5.0, teachers can balance between IMTAQ and science and technology. Schools and teachers always try to improve their personality competencies through foundation and head coaching activities schools, tahsin training, workshops and independent curriculum IHT.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge about learning strategies during the AKB period in Elementary School Malangbong Garut District, by providing insight into the importance of solving learning problems related to professional development to increase professionalism for educators during the adaptation of new habits. The problem is resolved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of community service activities show the level of success with an indication of a similar mindset of SD / MI / equivalent educators, a positive response from community service participants related to solving learning problems during the AKB period, and most (75%) participants have understood the concept of developing learning strategies what to do during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to teachers in Garut district regarding the current independent curriculum. the participants in this activity were elementary school teachers teaching in the Malangbong sub-district environment. The teacher's initial understanding is obtained by giving a pretest to measure the teacher's initial knowledge about the independent curriculum, then followed by a presentation of material related to the independent curriculum. Then to find out the final understanding is done by giving a posttest to see an increase in teacher knowledge about the independent curriculum. The average post score obtained by the teacher is 58 and the posttest average score is 79 where there is an increase of 0.16%. Community service activities ended with assistance in the preparation of learning implementation plans where teachers were asked to make products in the form of teaching modules that were in accordance with the independent curriculum. Based on the products made by the teachers, it is known that 86.7% of the teachers who took part in the activities were able to make teaching modules properly.

Abstract

Memahami bacaan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting. Salahsatu bagian dari membaca adalah membaca pemahaman. Kemampuan ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat agar mampu memahami isi dari informasi secara menyeluruh dan menemukan makna dari bacaan. Namun masih terdapat berbagai hambatan yang menyebabkan siswa kesulitan dalam memahami bacaan, untuk itu Sekolah merupakan gerbang utama dalam mendalami kemampuan ini karena di setiap pembelajaran tidak pernah lepas dari membaca dan memahami bacaan terutama pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) bagaimana kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa di kelas V SDN Lewo Baru II; (2) apa saja hambatan yang dialami siswa dalam membaca pemahaman. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Lewo Baru II. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Lewo Baru II, dan sampel dari penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Lewo Baru II dengan jumlah 21 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) hasil tes kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN Lewo Baru II tahun ajaran 2020/2021 secara keseluruhan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 64 (cukup). (2) Dari hasil wawancara terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi dan menjadi penghambat dalam kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN Lewo Baru II tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yaitu motivasi dan minat, kebiasaan, pengaruh orang tua, keadaan dan bahan bacaan. Saran dari penelitian ini hendaknya ada tindak lanjut dari guru bekerja sama dengan orangtua untuk lebih menggiatkan membaca agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effectiveness of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model to improve the ability to read comprehension of fiction of student in fourth grade of SDIT Persis 99 Rancabango. The type of this research is a quantitative research with experimental methods (pre-experimental) in the form of one-group pretest-posttest design. The population this research were all fourth grade students, totaling 45 students. This research used purposive samplingtechnique. So the samples aree 25 students from IVA class. The instruments used in this research were tests and observation sheets. The results showed that the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model was effective in increasing the ability to read comprehension of students’ fiction stories in class IV SDIT Persis 99 Rancabango. This conclusion is obtained through the acquisition of values before getting treatment which shows an average value of 45.68 and after receiving treatment of 75.24. This is corroborated by the results of the t-test that show = 14.9348> t table = 2.0639. Based on the analysis of the data that has been done, the research results obtained show that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore,the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model is effective in improving the ability to read fiction story comprehension in Class IV SDIT Persis 99 Rancabango. Because of the limitations of researchers in conducting research, the researcher suggests to the next researcher to retest the effectiveness of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model with broader problems

Abstract

Based on the results of the study, it was found that the subjective well being level of honorary teachers was in the high category, namely (60%) meaning that they did not feel deprived in their life, one of the factors was due to other factors that were able to support their life needs such as the presence of a husband in their life. The impact of the learning process is that there is additional financial expenditure because the implementation of online teaching learning requires a large amount of funds. Not only teachers who feel the impact directly, students experience the same thing they have difficulty absorbing the material provided by the teacher because most of it is carried out through assignments. Then not all students do not have cellphones as a learning medium, then not all parents are able to accompany student learning so that delays in collecting assignments often occur
