Abstract

The implementation of PrestaShop CMS in Irashopbag stores aims to increase sales transactions of bags and accessories by taking advantage of the features offered by this platform. PrestaShop, as an open-source content management system (CMS), provides a wide range of tools that allow for efficient product management, payment processing, and shipping arrangements. By integrating PrestaShop, Irashopbag can expand its marketing reach and improve operational efficiency, making it easier for consumers to find and buy products anytime and anywhere. This is in line with the digitalization trend that increasingly dominates the e-commerce market today.Through this research, it is hoped that Irashopbag can overcome the obstacles faced in traditional marketing methods that tend to be limited. The implementation of an online sales system using PrestaShop will not only reduce promotional costs but also increase the accessibility of product information for consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the performance of Education personnel in MTsN 1 Labuhanbatu Selatan through the application of Naive Bayes algorithm for performance classification. The performance of Education personnel, including administrative, administrative, and service staff for one school year was analyzed using data involving attributes such as attendance, punctuality, productivity, and work attitude. Naive Bayes algorithm was chosen because of its ability to classify data accurately and efficiently despite the large amount of data. The results showed that the use of this algorithm can produce a more objective, accurate, and data-based evaluation system, as well as provide clearer insights in improving work efficiency and service to teachers and students. The evaluation of the model was conducted using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics to ensure that the classification of educational staff performance can be done appropriately. The study also provides recommendations to improve data quality and the use of additional attributes to improve model performance.

Abstract

Church libraries play a crucial role in supporting literacy and spiritual growth by providing various reading materials such as religious books, Bible references, and other supporting literature. However, manual library management still presents significant challenges, such as recording errors, book discrepancies, inaccurate fine calculations, and difficulty in accessing past reports, which hampers system efficiency. As the collection grows, the manual system becomes increasingly inefficient, prone to data loss, and cumbersome for information retrieval. Therefore, a web-based library management system is needed to automate the processes of collection management, book borrowing, and return, while ensuring data security and accuracy. This study aims to design and develop a web-based library information system for GBI Antiokhia, utilizing the AdonisJS technology stack, to address these challenges. The system is developed using the Prototyping method, ensuring user interaction and feedback throughout the development process. The system’s features include member data management, book management, borrowing and returning books, fine management, and report generation, all built to be efficient, secure, and user-friendly. This research also examines how the implemented system can solve the existing library management issues and improve operational effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effectiveness of using the PrestaShop e-commerce platform in increasing the sales index at the New Harapan Jaya company. This case study includes an analysis of the company's initial conditions, the PrestaShop implementation process, as well as an evaluation of the results achieved after implementation. This research shows that PrestaShop has great potential to increase online sales. Apart from that, this research also identifies a number of factors that need to be considered in the e-commerce implementation process, such as feature selection, display optimization, and digital marketing strategy. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of e-commerce and provide recommendations for companies that want to improve their sales performance through e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu bagian integral dari lembaga pendidikan, dimana pengelolaan yang efisien dari perpustakaan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi perpustakaan untuk SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Utara, dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan sistem yang spesifik. Metodologi penelitian ini mengikuti pendekatan analisis kebutuhan sistem yang komprehensif, yang melibatkan identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, analisis proses bisnis perpustakaan, serta peninjauan terhadap sistem informasi perpustakaan yang ada. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pengelola perpustakaan, siswa, dan guru, serta observasi langsung terhadap proses pengelolaan perpustakaan yang sedang berjalan. Hasil dari analisis kebutuhan sistem mengidentifikasi beberapa fitur kunci yang diperlukan, termasuk manajemen inventaris buku, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, serta pelaporan kinerja perpustakaan. Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut, sistem informasi perpustakaan direncanakan untuk dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terkini dan prinsip-prinsip desain yang baik. Perancangan sistem ini akan meliputi desain basis data yang efisien, antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif, dan mekanisme keamanan yang memadai. Selain itu, sistem akan dirancang dengan kemampuan untuk mengakomodasi pertumbuhan dan perubahan kebutuhan perpustakaan di masa depan. Diharapkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi perpustakaan yang direncanakan akan membawa manfaat signifikan bagi pengelolaan perpustakaan SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Utara, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa melalui akses yang lebih mudah dan cepat terhadap sumber daya informasi yang relevan.

Abstract

Malaria masih menjadi salah satu penyakit endemik yang mengancam kesehatan masyarakat di daerah-daerah tertentu, termasuk di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, khususnya di Desa Labuha Bilik. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pencegahan malaria melalui penggunaan kelambu berinsektisida yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah sosialisasi melalui pendekatan kunjungan rumah, diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD), pelatihan praktis, serta penggunaan media lokal seperti poster dan baliho. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat mengenai malaria dan penggunaan kelambu berinsektisida yang benar. Sebelum program, hanya 40% masyarakat yang mengetahui cara penggunaan kelambu yang tepat, sedangkan setelah sosialisasi, jumlah tersebut meningkat menjadi 85%. Selain itu, sekitar 70% rumah tangga di desa ini mulai menggunakan kelambu berinsektisida dengan benar, dan pemeliharaan kelambu yang lebih baik juga mulai diterapkan. Program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dalam pengurangan risiko penularan malaria, namun masih perlu adanya pengawasan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan perubahan perilaku masyarakat.

Abstract

The election of the school committee chairperson is one of the important decision-making processes that directly impacts the sustainability and effectiveness of collaboration between the school and parents/guardians. At SMP Negeri 1 Rantau Selatan, the selection process for the committee chairperson has been conventional, subjective, and lacks a structured and standardised assessment system. This results in the selection process being based on popularity and personal connections rather than objective competence and qualifications. To address this issue, this study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) method, which can accommodate various quantitative evaluation criteria and generate more objective, transparent, and accountable decision recommendations. The CoCoSo method was chosen for its ability to integrate a compromise approach to conflicting criteria and produce consistent alternative rankings through three aggregation techniques: arithmetic mean, relative sum, and compromise programming. This study uses five main criteria to assess the suitability of committee chair candidates: experience in the field of education, communication skills, leadership, understanding of education policy, and integrity. Data was obtained from 15 committee chair candidates based on observation and questionnaire results, which were then processed through the CoCoSo method stages, including decision matrix formation, value normalisation, positive and negative ideal solution calculations, and final score aggregation. The data processing results show that the candidate named Eko Prasetyo obtained the highest compromise value in all CoCoSo calculation approaches with a final Ki value of 2.505, consistently placing him as the top-ranked candidate in the system's recommendations. This demonstrates that the CoCoSo method is effective in evaluating and determining the best candidate based on a data-driven and scientifically rational approach. Additionally, the system built can also serve as a strategic tool to enhance the quality of participatory educational governance at the school unit level.
