Abstract

Background: The tourism industry has made an important contribution to the economy and society in various countries, including Indonesia. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine Destination Service Quality (DSQ) on Destination image and the revisit intention of tourists. By exploring and understanding the specific aspects of service quality, this study provide better comprehend how these elements contribute to a tourist's overall satisfaction and their likelihood to revisit. Tourists' perceived risk is examined as a moderating variable.Design/methodology/approach: This study used Quantitative method. This study surveyed 295 local and international tourists who met the criteria. This research utilizes PLS-SEM 7.0, a flexible statistical method for hypothesis testing, ideal for complex models with multiple variables. Findings/Result: The results of this study prove that the dimensions of destination service quality: accommodation, hospitality, cleanliness, and airport service, positively influence the destination image. The destination image has a positive effect on revisit intention. Conclusion: The findings prove that destination image is a key factor in determining revisit intention. Despite the influence of various service quality dimensions, the overall perception of the destination strongly drives the revisit intention. The study shows that destination service quality, particularly accommodation, hospitality, cleanliness, and airport service, significantly shapes the positive image of Lampung, encouraging repeat visits. However, the perceived risk, such as health concerns like COVID-19, does not significantly moderate this relationship, indicating that these concerns do not deter tourist's revisit intention.Originality/value (state of the art): This study underscores the theoretical importance of destination image in tourism studies and highlights the practical necessity for destination managers to prioritize and enhance this image to encourage revisit and foster tourist loyalty. Abstract

Leadership style significantly impacts the organization's long-term viability. On the other hand, leadership style can also affect an organization's reputation. This study intends to investigate the relationship between corporate reputation and leadership style, which has consequences for raising worker productivity. An online poll targeting employees in different work units and businesses in Indonesia was used to obtain the data. The study's findings can advance understanding, particularly in terms of the way that corporate reputation mediates the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. This research also has practical implications for management in an organization to be more aware of the role of organizational reputation that can influence employee performance. In addition, the quality of leaders is also one of the main drivers of organizational reputation, so a good reputation will create a climate of fair work competition for employees to improve their performance.

Abstract

Celebrity endorsement is a form of marketing communication done both online and offline as it creates a positive brand attitude. However, its effectiveness in influencing customers' purchase decision needs to be considered. This quantitative research took the sample from 249 respondents who experience in shopping and comprehend the role of celebrity endorsement. The SmartPLS 3.0 was used in data analyzing techniques, and bootstrap testing was also employed. The results show that celebrity endorsement affects customers' attitudes, but it does not affect their purchasing behavior. Adding brand trust as a moderator variable enhances the influence of celebrity endorsement on brand attitude. Therefore, marketers need to be able to see how big brand trust is owned before deciding to use celebrity endorsement to market their product. Future researchers can apply models in cultures of other countries and focus on the profile of specific celebrities so that the results can be generalized more.

Abstract

Era digitalisasi membuat proses bisnis menjadi semakin mudah. Namun tantangannya adalah tidak semua pelaku usaha memahami dan memiliki ketrampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital tersebut ke dalam proses bisnis mereka. Maka dibutuhkannya pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan literasi digital dalam bisnis. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, Kementerian Komunikasi Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Universitas Lampung memberikan pelatihan kepada 200 ibu rumah tangga di Bandar Lampung dan Pesisir Barat yang sudah menjalankan usaha secara konvensional, baik dari cara pemasaran maupun pengelolaan keuangan dari hasil usaha. Maka tim pengabdian memberikan pelatihan kepada peserta yang berfokus pada pencatatan keuangan, menabung dan pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Peserta diberikan pelatihan kemampuan pemasaran digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram dan Facebook yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana membuat konten berupa foto, video, dan copywriting yang dapat menarik konsumen online. Hasil kegiatan tersebut adalah peserta dapat memahami dan mempraktikan secara langsung bagaimana pemanfaatan media digital kedalam bisnis mereka yang akan berimplikasi pada peningkatan pendapatan dari usaha yang dijalankan dengan mencatat semua pemasukan dan pengeluaran hasil usaha, dan mampu menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dengan kemampuan pemasaran digital.

Abstract

Pendidikan dalam era digital mengalami perubahan signifikan yang mendorong kebutuhan akan metode pembelajaran inovatif dan interaktif. Pengabdian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) dan Augmented Reality (AR) melalui Meta School di SMKN 1 Merbau Mataram, dengan tujuan menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendalam. Teknologi AR dan VR memungkinkan siswa untuk memvisualisasikan materi pembelajaran secara real-time dengan menggunakan objek tiga dimensi, meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar mereka. Metode pengembangan yang diterapkan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), yang terdiri dari enam tahapan: konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan materi, pembuatan, pengujian, dan pendistribusian. Hasil penelitian penggunaan Meta School dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Saran untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut mencakup penambahan materi dan fitur interaktif lainnya dalam Meta School.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi melalui Trainer Kit EBT sebagai sumber energi terbarukan semakin penting dalam mengatasi krisis energi dan perubahan iklim global. Artikel ini membahas penerapan teknologi sebuah trainer kit ini dirancang sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teknis dan keterampilan praktis dalam pemasangan, pengoperasian, dan pemeliharaan sistem tenaga surya di SMK Negeri 1 Merbau Mataram. Trainer kit ini mencakup modul-modul praktis yang meliputi instalasi panel surya, sistem penyimpanan energi, dan konfigurasi inverter, serta simulasi masalah nyata yang sering terjadi dalam implementasi PLTS.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital berpengaruh terhadap pemasaran untuk semua jenis Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM harus bisa mencari strategi yang tepat untuk dapat bersaing di dunia pemasaran digital. Peningkatan brand awareness sangat penting bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan merek dari produk mereka. Aplikasi TikTok menjadi salah satu platform yang dapat dimanfaatkan pelaku usaha untuk menjalankan strategi pemasaran digital melalui video pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat untuk UMKM Zana Brownies. Dalam penelitian ini, diimplementasikan dua strategi, yaitu content marketing dan content personalization untuk meningkatkan brand awareness dari UMKM Zana Brownies. Hasilnya, brand awareness terhadap Zana Brownies meningkat yang ditunjukkan oleh jumlah tayangan dan suka pada platform Tiktok UMKM Zana Brownies.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertema Pengembangan Bisnis UMKM melalui Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pemasaran Digital dilaksanakan di Desa Wisata Pulau Legundi, Kabupaten Pesawaran, dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal. Target khusus kegiatan ini meliputi peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang strategi digital marketing, peningkatan keterampilan dalam pembuatan konten promosi (foto produk, caption menarik), serta kemampuan mengelola media sosial dan platform marketplace secara mandiri. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode pelatihan langsung berupa sesi materi, praktik, dan studi kasus, serta pendampingan intensif untuk membantu peserta menerapkan langsung ilmu yang diperoleh ke dalam usaha mereka. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 20 pelaku UMKM yang tersebar di Pulau Legundi, dengan lokasi pelaksanaan terpusat di balai desa dan beberapa lokasi usaha mitra. Mitra pengabdian yaitu aparatur desa, pelaku UMKM dan komunitas wisata lokal. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini antara lain meningkatnya literasi digital para pelaku UMKM, terbentuknya akun media sosial usaha yang aktif dan dikelola secara profesional, terciptanya materi promosi visual produk yang menarik, serta meningkatnya eksposur dan potensi penjualan produk lokal Pulau Legundi di pasar digital.

Abstract

The direct impact of the economic downturn due to Covid-19 is mainly perceived by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to examine how MSMEs can understand customer needs regarding the provision of social media quality that can improve brand image and brand awareness. The survey was conducted on 145 respondents who had online shopping experience using social media by utilizing the structural equation modeling approach.  Results show that social media quality can increase brand awareness, brand image, and social media marketing activities. Therefore, marketers who use social media can focus on its constituent indicators including content quality, design quality, information quality, interaction quality, contact availability, and contact relevance. Customers will have a high level of brand awareness and a good brand image if marketers can provide social media quality to meet customer demands. While previous studies found that there is a positive relationship between social media marketing activities on brand image and brand awareness, this study shows the opposite result because customers are not affected by the activities carried out by social media. This is considered a usual activity that other marketers also carry out. The implication of this study is that good social media quality is needed to increase brand awareness, brand image, and social media marketing activities.

Abstract

Using e-commerce platforms to improve product marketing is the right choice for every business in the digital era. According to recent research, online shopping is increasingly popular among customers who prefer to shop without physically visiting a store. This study aims to investigate the quality of electronic services provided by online e-commerce stores to encourage customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study measures the quality of electronic services in terms of website design, customer service, security/privacy, and fulfillment using the most recent WebQual model. The Partial Least Square method (SmartPLS-v3) was utilized to analyze the sample data collected using 159 respondents who met the specified criteria as the research sample. The research demonstrates that all hypotheses are found to have significant positive results. Positive correlations have been found between the four dimensions of the model and the quality of electronic services, as well as their impact on customer satisfaction and intentions to stay loyal. This study is beneficial for determining the electronic service model customers in online e-commerce stores want to gain customer loyalty.
