Abstract

Latar belakang: Radioterapi pada pasien kanker serviks dapat meningkatkan risiko malnutrisi. Malnutrisi pada pasien kanker dapat menurunkan respon dan toleransi terhadap pengobatan. Anemia berhubungan dengan parameter malnutrisi. Hipoksia tumor dan resisten terhadap radiasi pada pasien kanker disebabkan oleh anemia.Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara jumlah fraksi radioterapi dengan kadar Hb pada pasien kanker serviks.Metode: Penelitian crossectional yang dilakukan pada 42 pasien kanker serviks yang menerima radioterapi di RSUP dr Kariadi. Data kadar Hb, jumlah fraksi, dan variabel perancu meliputi stadium kanker, kejadian perdarahan dan kejadian penyakit kronis lainnya didapatkan melaluui rekam medis. Asupan makanan subjek yang juga merupakan variabel perancu (protein, zat besi, seng, tembaga, vitamin B6, asam folat, vitamin B1, vitamin C dan Vitamin A) didapatkan dengan semi quantitative food frequency questioner.Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji Rank Spearman, tidak terdapat hubungan antara jumlah fraksi radioterapi, stadium kanker, kejadian penyakit kronis lainnya, asupan makanan (protein, besi, seng, tembaga, vitamin B6, asam folat, vitamin B12, vitamin C, dan vitamin A) dengan kadar Hb (p>0.05). Namun, terdapat korelasi negatif dan signifikan antara kejadian perdarahan dengan kadar Hb (p<0.05).Simpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara jumlah fraksi radioterapi dengan kadar Hb pada pasien kanker serviks dengan radioterapi.

Abstract

Manajemen sebuah lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkualitas akan memberikan layanan terbaik untuk peserta didiknya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas tersebut terletak pada guru yang bermutu. Memiliki kemampuan soft skill terutama dibidang komunikasi menjadi kualifikasi guru yang harus terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui manajemen soft skill komunikasi guru dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran di paud. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian desktiptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini, 6 orang guru dan kepala sekolah di RA Al-Barokah Kecamatan Tarub, Kabupaten Tegal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan komunikasi menjadi faktor utama dalam tercapainya kualitas sebuah lembaga. Manajemen soft skill komunikasi guru di RA Al-barokah sangat berdampak dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran di Paud.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times resulted in the displacement of local culture. Literacy is present as one of the steps to foster a sense of love for the local local culture. The purpose of this study is to describe learning strategies of local cultural literacy in early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive analysis method. The subjects of the study were 40 children from grades B1 and B2 and 8 teachers, and school principals at the KB TK Islam Al-Azhar 54 Pekanbaru, which were determined by the researchers by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses the interactive model from Milles and Huberman, through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research show the need for a conducive environment, interesting methods and media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as teachers who are always creative and innovative. A strategy is needed so that the goals to be achieved can be more easily implemented. The implications of the strategies undertaken will help increase children's understanding of Malay culture, improve children's language skills, creativity and curiosity so that they become quality individuals in the future. The role of parents is also very large in fostering a sense of love for local culture, especially Malay Riau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah studi pengembangan, biasanya disebut sebagai Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D), yang menggunakan bantuan flip builder atau aplikasi profesional flip pdf untuk mengembangkan e-modul yang bertujuan untuk Mengetahui perancangan e-modul Workshop Equipment Sebagai media pembelajaran SMK Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe serta Menguji tingkat kelayakan e-modul Peralatan Bengkel Sebagai Media Pembelajaran SMK Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif, karena jenis data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil Tahun Akademik 2021/2022. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa dan e-modul yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran pekerjaan dasar teknik peralatan bengkel material otomotif . Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi serta menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, analisis yaitu menyajikan hasil rencana produk dalam bentuk e-modul, angket kelayakan, dan keterampilan produk untuk diimplementasikan pada material peralatan bengkel . Hasil analisis didasarkan pada lembar validasi ahli dan lembar respon pendidik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu untuk hasil validasi media persentase yang didapat sebesar 86% dengan predikat “sangat layak”. Hasil uji materi oleh validator ahli didapat rata-rata hasil sebesar 93% dengan predikat “sangat layak”. hasil validitas angket sebanyak oleh siswa diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 82% dengan predikat “cukup layak”. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk media pembelajaran e-modul pada pembelajaran pekerjaan dasar Teknik otomotif di kelas X TKR di SMKN 4 Lhokseumawe layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Abstract

The current development makes children no longer unfamiliar with gadgets. Gadget sophistication causes children to prefer to use it frequently, hence it inflicts an addiction effect. The covid-19 pandemic makes children tend to spend their time only using gadgets. This paper describes the effect of the intensity of applying gadgets during the covid-19 pandemic on the emotional intelligence of early childhood. This paper is a quantitative correlation research with a statistical test using Chi Schi-Square. The results indicate that the intensity of gadget use at TK Tembilahan is in the high category with a high percentage of 41%, medium percentage of 36%, and low percentage of 23%, and children's emotional intelligence is in the medium category with an empirical score of 19.10. It implies that there is a significant correlation between the significant intensity of gadget use during the covid-19 pandemic and the emotional intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at Kindergarten in Tembilahan.

Abstract

One plant that has been used for traditional medicine with good results is Melastoma (Melastoma malabatricum L.). The plant known as Melastoma has three active compounds: tannins, saponins, and flavonoids. Melastoma leaves work well to cure diarrhoea. Adhesive patches with medication applied topically are called transdermal patches. Melastoma leaf extract transdermal patch formulations were utilised in this study, which employed laboratory experimental techniques. The potential of Melastoma leaf extract transdermal patch preparation formula as an antidiarrheal for rabbits was the subject of the study. Concentrations of extract: 10%, 20%, and 30%. Organoleptic testing, pH tests, weight uniformity tests, moisture tests, thickness tests, and fold resistance tests were the preparatory assessment parameters that were conducted. The characteristics of the antidiarrheal test were timing of diarrhoea occurrences, consistency of the stool, frequency of diarrhoea, and length of diarrhoea, all of which were monitored for six hours. The evaluation of the Melastoma leaf extract transdermal patch formulation demonstrated a significant difference, namely <0.05, according to the results of the ANOVA data analysis. The antidiarrheal test parameters had a significant difference between each concentration, namely <0.05, according to the findings of the ANOVA data analysis. The conclusions was possible to use a transdermal patch formulation of Melastoma leaf extract (Melastoma malabathricum L.) at a 30% concentration to prevent diarrhoea by making stools softer.

Abstract

The foundation is the lower part of a structure used as a load distributor for loads generated. The selection of foundation types in building construction must consider the type and characteristics of the soil at the construction site to avoid construction failures. This analysis is conducted to determine the bearing capacity of pile foundations using analytical and finite element methods. The type of foundation used in this analysis is a pile foundation with a pile length of 8 meters and a pile diameter of 0.4 meters. For the analytical calculation, Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data obtained from PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) for the Infrastructure Green House Biodiversity LIPI Cibinong-Bogor project are used, employing the analytical method (Alpha Method) and the finite element method with the assistance of Plaxis 2D V.8 software. The results of the analysis show that the bearing capacity of the group pile foundation (Qg) for a pile diameter of 0.4 meters and a pile length of 8 meters on clayey soil, based on SPT data using the analytical method (Alpha Method), is 60.432 tons. Meanwhile, the bearing capacity of the horizontal pile foundation using the Broms method is 6.03 tons. The bearing capacity obtained using the Finite Element Method yields an ultimate load on the group pile (Qq) of 57.89 tons. The bearing capacity of the group pile foundation (Qg) from both sets of data, with a difference of 2.5%, meets the requirement, being greater than the axial load (P) of 42.6 tons that must be supported.

Abstract

This research aims to validate the PJBL-STEM-based natural disaster mitigation worksheet assisted by Micro: bit that has been developed. Validation was carried out by three experts, two of whom were academic experts in the field of education, and the other person was a teacher as a practitioner expert. The validation results show that the worksheet developed is very valid. The content validity of the worksheet obtained an average validity percentage weight of 89.1%, which was categorized as very valid; this shows the vital relevance of the content to learning objectives related to mitigating natural disasters due to global warming. The validity of the language aspect obtained an average weighted percentage of validity of 89.6%, which is categorized as very valid and shows excellent language quality and communication skills. Finally, the media and design's validity consists of cover and content aspects. The cover design received an average validity percentage of 93.5%, and the content design obtained an average validity percentage of 91.7%, so both are categorized as very valid. This confirms that the design of the worksheet, both the cover and the presentation of the contents, is perfect. These findings highlight that these worksheets maintain high-quality content, language, and design standards.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak that hit the world has caused learning to experience a change, which is usually face-to-face at school and has changed to online learning at home. Researchers observed the process of online learning in early childhood. Online learning is not an easy thing, many things must be prepared to support effective online learning in early childhood. Providing support (scaffolding) by both teachers and parents to create active, fun and motivating learning for children even though they are at home. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The subjects of this study were class teachers and principals of the KB Islamic Kindergarten Al-Azhar 54 Pekanbaru. Data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model triangulation. The results showed that the scaffolding given by teachers and parents in the Islamic Kindergarten Al-Azhar 54 Pekanbaru KB was very effective. Thus, keeping children enthusiastic about carrying out learning even though they are at home.
