Abstract

The "MANIS" Program (Meronce Asik dan Nyaman untuk Inklusi Seni Enjoyable and Comfortable Beading for Inclusive Art) was designed to enhance fine motor skills, concentration, and emotional well-being in children with special needs through art therapy centered on beading activities. Guided by the SMART framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound), the program was structured to ensure clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and practical feasibility. A total of 35 children from the Humeira Special Needs Center participated in the sessions, which also featured a guest facilitator from Beads.Cii, an entrepreneurial outlet specializing in handmade beaded productsintroducing participants to the concept of creative business. Observational data indicated improvements in hand-eye coordination, sustained attention, and creative expression. Moreover, the activities supported emotional regulation and fostered self-confidence among the participants. The programs integration of entrepreneurial elements served as an introduction to creative business opportunities, potentially contributing to future economic empowerment for children with special needs. Evaluation results highlight the programs effectiveness across multiple dimensions, including participant engagement, achievement of therapeutic goals, and the application of entrepreneurship education. The MANIS program offers a promising model for inclusive initiatives that merge art and entrepreneurship as tools for learning and therapeutic development in children with special needs.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Influence of Big Book Media on the Ability to Recognize Hijaiyah Letters of Children Aged 4-5 Years at the Bahagia Bersama PAUD, Sirah Pulau Padang District, OKI Regency". This research method is an experiment "Pre-Experimental Design" using the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample used was 20 children aged 4-5 years at the Bahagia Bersama PAUD, Sirah Pulau Padang District, OKI Regency. The results of this study used data collection techniques using observation, documentation and tests. The analysis technique uses normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. After conducting the initial test (pretest) and final test (posttest), the researcher then analyzed all the research results, from this study there is an influence of the big book hijaiyah media on the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in early childhood, with t-count = 15.983 and t table = 2.101, because t-count> t-table (15.983 > 2.101). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the big book hijaiyah media has an effect on the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in children aged 4-5 years in the happy together

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the picture of rubber farming in Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency, 2) to find out the income and welfare of rubber farmers in Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency and 3) to analyze the relationship between income and welfare of rubber farmers in Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency. This study uses a random sampling method. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula from Taro Yamanae. The sample size is 83 farmers. The results of this study show that: 1) Rubber plants are one of the commodities cultivated in Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency. This research was conducted on farmers who are owners as well as cultivators. The average land area owned is 1-3 ha with an average plant lifespan of 20 years. 2) the average income of rubber farmers in Muara Bulian District is Rp. 21,711,783/year, and the average monthly income is Rp. 1,809,315/month. based on BPS criteria from 8 welfare indicators is included in the good category, namely 59 farmers or 71.08%. 3) Based on the results of the Chi square test, it was obtained that the relationship between income and the level of welfare of rubber farmers, the relationship between the two variables was significantly associated, namely X2calculate = 9.275 and X2table = (a=5%, df=1)=3.84, then the value of  X2calculate > X2table then accept H1, which means that there is a relationship of income to the level of welfare of rubber farmers in Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Behavioral Intention of the Millennial Generation in using FinTech as a payment platform and the factors that influence it by extending the TAM model. The extension variables of the TAM model are Trust, Habit, and Perceived Risk. The population in this study consisted of 521 Millennial generation respondents using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is the Structural Education Model (SEM) using Smart PLS. The research results found that the TAM model is a strong model for behavioral intentions to use FinTech, where Behavioral Intention to use FinTech is influenced by Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived usefulness, and Attitude. The findings for the extension variable are that Habit has a positive effect on behavioral intention to use FinTech, while Perceived Risk and Trust have no effect on behavioral intention or attitude in using FinTech

Abstract

Purpose: This program aims to empower underprivileged families in Pelangi Village, particularly Mr. Ahmad Suki’s family, by enhancing their knowledge and skills to achieve economic independence through entrepreneurship.Method: The program includes entrepreneurship training focused on motivation, business planning, record-keeping, and profit-loss analysis. Sales of food products like geprek chicken, risol, and basreng were used as part of the practical training. Interviews with Mr. Ahmad Suki’s family guided the program’s development.Practical Applications: The skills learned can be applied to small business ventures, helping underprivileged communities achieve financial independence through sustainable entrepreneurship.Conclusion: The program was successful due to continuous support and collaboration, empowering the community by equipping them with essential business skills for economic improvement.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius di Indonesia dengan tingkat kontrol glikemik yang masih rendah. Pemanfaatan tanaman herbal sebagai terapi komplementer berpotensi membantu pengendalian penyakit ini secara alami dan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas sosialisasi pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat terhadap pengobatan diabetes tipe 2. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Pekapuran Raya Ujung Gang, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur pada 23 Juni 2025 dengan sasaran ibu-ibu masyarakat setempat. Metode sosialisasi menggunakan presentasi, leaflet, dan diskusi interaktif, serta diukur melalui pretest-postest dan kuesioner kepuasan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 69% menjadi 91% setelah sosialisasi, serta tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 90,7%. Sosialisasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan tanaman herbal sebagai pendukung pengobatan diabetes tanpa menggantikan terapi medis utama. Diharapkan pendekatan ini dapat memperkuat kemandirian masyarakat dalam pengelolaan kesehatan berbasis kearifan lokal.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the most effective parenting strategies in shaping children's discipline and determine the extent to which parental roles influence children's disciplinary behavior in elementary schools, specifically in grade 4 at SDN Dukuh 04 Pagi. The research method used is quantitative, with a population of 97 grade 4 students and a sample of 35 students selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires and then analyzed using simple linear regression. The research results show that parental roles have a significant influence on children's disciplinary behavior, with an R Square value of 37.2%, indicating that the parental role variable explains 37.2% of the variation in children's disciplinary behavior, while 62.8% is influenced by other factors. This study concludes that parental roles have a significant impact on the disciplinary behavior of grade 4 students at SDN Dukuh 04 Pagi. Parents who actively support household rules, provide positive guidance, and give adequate time and attention significantly contribute to the formation of children's discipline. Given the importance of this role, it is recommended that schools collaborate with parents to strengthen effective parenting strategies.

Abstract

Money including electronic money has a very important role for growth, especially in revolution industry 4.0. era. The success of the digital payment system has supported the development of the financial and banking system. This study aims to analyze the relationship between e-money, M2, and economic growth in Indonesia from 2012 January to 2021 December. Granger causality test and Error Correction Model are used in this model to analyze the relationship between variables in this study. The results of the granger causality test shows that e-money and money have one-way relationship with growth. Furthermore, money shows a positive and significant effect on growth, while e-money does not have a significant effect. Coefficient of error term shows a negative and significant effect implies that the model in this study is converging to equilibrium and stable. Therefore, it is recommended for the government to increase the use of money including e-money to enhance the economy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The house is a part of one of the basic needs of one person that must be owned, high enthusiasm is shown by someone to own a house in order to provide a house price. This results in a continuous increase in house prices. By providing house prices that continue to increase, it is difficult for many people to own a house in cash, therefore some people decide to buy a house in installments or in installments.a sharia manner in. How is the problem of financing Syari'ah mortgages through murabahah at BSI Syari'ah KC Bandar Lampung Kedaton The type of research used is field research or field researchwith data collection techniques using field observations, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique in this study used a qualitative descriptive with an inductive nature of research. The results showed that the implementation of Sharia mortgage financing with a murabahah at BSI Syari'ah KC Bandar Lampung Kedaton which was carried out in accordance with DSN-MUI Number 04/ DSN-MUI/IV/2000 regarding murabahah. Buying and selling transactions or mortgage financing are also in accordance with Sharia principles, even though there are some home purchases using wakalah , even though it is legal considering that even though the purchase is represented, the goods purchased are on behalf of BSI Sharia so that the goods explicitly belong to BSI Sharia and factors that affect the financing of Sharia mortgages through murabahah contracts. Keywords: Implementation of Financing Implementation, Shari'ah KPR, Murabahah ABSTRAK Rumah merupakan suatu bagian dari satu kebutuhan pokok dari salah satu seseorang yang harus dimiliki, antusias yang tinggi di perlihatkan oleh seseorang untuk memiliki rumah agar dapat memberikan harga rumah. Hal ini membuat kenaikan harga rumah secara terus menerus. Dengan memberikan harga rumah yang terus mengalami kenaikan menyebabkan banyak orang sulit untuk memiliki rumah dengan cara tunai oleh karna itu sebagian orang memutuskan untuk membeli rumah dengan cara dicicil atau di angsur. Untuk itu menjembatani hal ini bank Syari’ah juga dapat menyediakan fasilitas pembiayaan rumah dengan sistem Kredit Kepemilikan Rumah (KPR) yang dilakukan secara syariah.Bagaimanakah implementasi pembiayaan KPR Syari’ah dengan akad murabahah pada BSI Syari’ah KC Bandar Lampung Kedaton. Bagaimanakah permasalahan pembiayaan KPR Syari’ah melalui akad murabahah pada BSI Syari’ah KC Bandar Lampung Kedaton Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan atau field research¸dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sifat penelitian induktif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan dalam implementasi pembiayaan KPR Syari’ah dengan akad murabahah pada BSI Syari’ah KC Bandar Lampung Kedaton yang diamana sudah dilaksanakan sesuai denganDSN-MUI Nomor 04/DSN- MUI/IV/2000 tentang murabahah. Transaksi jual beli atau pembiayaan KPR juga sesuai dengan prinsip Syari’ah walaupaun ada sebagaian pembelian rumah menggunakan akan wakalah walaupun demikian itu sah mengingat walaupun pembelian di wakilkan namun barang yang dibeli atas nama BSI Syari’ah sehingga secara eksplisit barang tersebut milik dari BSI Syariah serta faktor yang mempengaruhi pembiayaan KPR Syari’ah melalui akad murabahah. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze to determine the effect of sales growth, asset structure, and liquidity on capital structure. The research method used is quantitative. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study is plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The sample selection method was purposive sampling. Based on this method, 10 sample companies were obtained with a research period of 5 years, resulting in a total of 50 audited research samples. Data processing was tested using IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27. The results of the partial test (t-test) in this study indicate that sales growth partially has no effect on capital structure. Asset structure partially has a significant effect on capital structure. Liquidity partially has no effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test (f-test) in this study indicate that sales growth, asset structure, and liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on capital structure. This study aims to contribute to capital structure by presenting the latest empirical evidence in the plantation sector and becoming a consideration for company management in making funding decisions, as well as providing recommendations for investors and other stakeholders regarding the company's financial condition
