Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui gambaran pelaksanaan pola pelatihan manajement di de Giripurwo, Purwosari, Gunungkidul sebagai peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Diawali dengan melakukan analisis data sekunder mengenai gambaran terkait dengan produk - produk yang dapat dikembangkan di desa Giripurwo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat giripurwo. Pola management pelatihan yang dipilih ialah pelatihan management pengemasan nilai-nilai produk yang ada di desa giripurwo dan juga pengemasan yang berbasis IT. Di era new normal ini banyak sekali produk-produk yang ditawarkan lewat sosial media. Sosial media kini sudah menjadi teman dan disana disediakan apapun yang kita butuhkan. Digital marketing dibicarakan sebagai upaya pemasaran produk berbasis IT. Dengan digital marketing dan pemanfaatan sosial media dapat menekan biaya promosi dan dapat dialihkan untuk bahan produksi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, promotion and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Warung Makan Berkah. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The research results show that price, promotion and product quality have a significant and positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, these three factors are also significantly interconnected and have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Increasing purchasing decisions is necessary to increase sales of service products in the long term. Price, promotion and product quality are factors that may have an influence on consumer purchasing choices for food. Researchers conducted this research to find out whether price, promotion and product quality have an influence on consumer decision making regarding food purchases at Warung Makan Berkah. The type of research carried out in this research is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers at the Makan Berkah stall. The multiple regression method was used for data analysis with the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) application to carry out the calculations. SPSS is a statistical data processing software application. Based on research conducted by researchers, the results of this research show that the price of a food product will have a significant effect and be positively related to customer perceptions of consumer decisions. Apart from that, the quality of service products also has a significant effect and is positively related to customer perceptions of consumer decisions, and sales promotions also have a significant effect and is positively related to customer perceptions of consumer decisions. And simultaneously the factors of price, promotion and product quality are significantly interconnected and have a positive influence on customer perceptions of consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract

Employee performance is the quality and quantity of work results achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties according to their responsibilities. Employee performance is the behavior or activities displayed by a person in relation to work tasks in a company, department or organization, carried out in accordance with the potential he has in order to produce something meaningful for the organization, wider society or himself. This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance. The sample in this research is employees of PT. Burhan Purnama Murakabi Craft. totaling 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that work motivation and discipline have a positive effect on employee performance. For this reason, managers need to carry out promotions targeting employees so that they can influence company performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of developing Asia Padang Clinic in order to upgrade its status from a Primary Healthcare Facility (FKTP) to an Advanced Referral Healthcare Facility (FKTL). The feasibility assessment is conducted based on five main aspects, namely market feasibility, economic feasibility, legal feasibility, technical feasibility, and social feasibility. This study adopts a mixed-methods approach, with primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews involving 100 respondents, consisting of patients and employees of Asia Padang Clinic. Quantitative data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The results indicate that, both simultaneously and partially, all five feasibility aspects have a positive and significant effect on the decision to develop Asia Padang Clinic. These findings suggest that Asia Padang Clinic has met the feasibility criteria to be developed and upgraded from a Primary Healthcare Facility (FKTP) to an Advanced Referral Healthcare Facility (FKTL). Therefore, clinic management is advised to formulate an integrated development plan encompassing investment strengthening, compliance with facility and infrastructure standards, human resource development, service quality improvement, and adherence to healthcare regulations. The implementation of this development is expected to enhance the quality of healthcare services and the institution’s competitiveness in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt digital marketing as a strategic approach to sustaining business performance. This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing adoption on business sustainability among MSMEs in West Sumatra. Digital marketing adoption is operationalized through social media usage, e-commerce platform utilization, digital content quality, and digital marketing analytics usage. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method targeting MSMEs that have implemented digital marketing practices. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the support of IBM SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that e-commerce platform utilization, digital content quality, and digital marketing analytics usage have a positive and significant impact on business sustainability, whereas social media marketing usage does not exhibit a significant effect. These results indicate that effective utilization of e-commerce platforms plays the most dominant role in enhancing business sustainability, followed by the quality of digital content and the application of marketing analytics. The negative and significant constant suggests the presence of other influential factors beyond the proposed research model. From a policy perspective, the study highlights the need to prioritize strengthening e-commerce utilization, alongside improving digital content development and analytics capabilities through integrated and sustainable MSME capacity-building programs. Furthermore, this study recommends enhancing MSMEs’ digital literacy through continuous training and mentoring, while encouraging future research to incorporate additional variables and employ more comprehensive analytical methods.
