Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam penerimaan siswa baru saat ini SMKN 5 Kota Bengkulu masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan pengisisan form penjurusan siswa. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan jurusan yang tidak sesuai dengan minat, bakat, serta   kemampuan siswa.  mereka Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan jurusan pada SMKN 5 Kota Bengkulu. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Vikor dan dibuat menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemilihan jurusan pada SMKN 5 Bengkulu dapat memberi kemudahan SMKN 5 Bengkulu dalam melakukan penjurusan bagi siswa SMKN 5 Bengkulu. Dengan sistem ini penjurusan siswa di SMKN 5 Bengkulu menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah sesuai dengan minat yang dipilih oleh siswa. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Penjurusan Siswa, Vikor, SMKN 5 Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

PT. Inocycle Technology Tbk Cabang Bengkulu merupakan salah Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam produksi Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber (“Re-PSF”) dengan mengolah plastik daur ulang tanpa limbah Cabang Bengkulu Re-PSF adalah bahan baku dari banyak produk Perseroan, mulai dari manufaktur non-woven untuk otomotif, konstruksi, pertanian, infrastruktur, dan pakaian dan furniture. Pillow Dream Scope dan Bolster Dream Score merupakan jenis produk yang diproduksi oleh PT. Inocycle Technology Tbk Cabang Bengkulu. Penerapan logika fuzzy dalam prediksi jumlah produksi di PT. Inocycle Technology Tbk Cabang Bengkulu dapat membantu dalam menentukan jumlah produksi Pillow Dream Scope dan Bolster Dream Score setiap bulannya serta dapat membantu memanajemen persediaan produk Pillow Dream Scope dan Bolster Dream Score di PT. Inocycle Technology Tbk Cabang Bengkulu. Berdasarkan data uji yang diperoleh dari PT. Inocycle Technology Tbk Cabang Bengkulu penerapan metode logika fuzzy model tsukamoto, diperoleh hasil prediksi jumlah produksi produk Pillow Dream Scope sebanyak 337pcs untuk Bulan Januari Tahun 2024. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fungsional dari aplikasi penerapan logika fuzzy dalam prediksi jumlah produksi di PT. Inocycle Technology Tbk Cabang Bengkulu telah berjalan dengan baik dan mampu menampilkan hasil prediksi jumlah produksi produk sesuai dengan tahapan dari logika fuzzy model Tsukamoto.

Abstract

This study aims to create an expert system at Rafflesia Hospital of Bengkulu City, based on a website and using the PHP programming language, in diagnosing bronchitis using the certainty factor method, therefore the results of the diagnosis can be first aid when a user or patient suffers from bronchitis. The research method used is the certainty factor method, namely the certainty factor, thus the user or patient can choose. conditions according to the symptoms experienced from bronchitis. The program created is an expert system for diagnosing bronchitis using a website-based certainty factor method so that it can be accessed on laptops, computers, or mobile phones with the condition that it must be connected to the internet. This program can generate a percentage level of the possibility of how many percent of patients suffer from bronchitis, and this program also produces solutions to bronchitis therefore, it can be first aid when the user or patient suffers from bronchitis. Suggestions from the author are for agencies to be able to maintain and always update this expert system program, so then this system can run and be maintained properly.

Abstract

Kaur 2 Public High School is one of the State Senior High Schools in Kaur District, Bengkulu Province. Communication between teachers or teachers and students or students and students has so far been carried out through text message applications that are already available on users' smartphones so that they exchange information. However, the information sent has not been fully implemented by security, where the message sent is the original message, and the recipient of the original message can read it immediately. This of course makes it easier for certain parties who intend to get the message. An android-based text message encryption and decryption application using the Advanced Encrytion Standard algorithm was created to help maintain security of communication between senders and recipients so that confidentiality is maintained. This application was created using Android Studio and has installed the JSON web service, so that it can be accessed by Android smartphone devices with the internet. Messages that have been sent will be stored in the MySQL database in the form of scrambled records, so it is necessary to do encryption to find out what the contents of the message are, where the Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm is cryptography that uses symmetric keys (encryption and decryption keys must be the same). Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the android-based text message encryption and decryption application at SMA Negeri 2 Kaur runs well as expected and the message sent between the recipient and the sender is kept confidential because the message is encrypted.

Abstract

Technological Developments at this time, competition in the business world is getting tougher, to support this, companies must also improve their quality. On CV. Adiguna to increase the resources of his employees in improving the quality of his company is of course supported and influenced by the performance of employees who are competent in their field. Where in CV. Adiguna of Bengkulu City in giving awards to the best employees every year so far it is still done manually, this can certainly increase the enthusiasm of employees at work and always run a business by fulfilling several criteria set by CV Adiguna of Bengkulu City. Therefore to provide an objective assessment of employee performance, a Decision Support System is needed to select the best employees and provide rewards to employees, then to support the above, it is necessary to implement several Decision Support Systems at CV Adiguna of Bengkulu City based on the criteria that have been determined by the management of CV Adiguna of Bengkulu City. Decision support system for selecting the best employees at CV Adiguna of Bengkulu City by applying the Preferences Selection Index method is a desktop-based application that has implemented the Preferences Selection Index (PSI) method. This application can be used to assist in the process of selecting the best employees on CV Adiguna of Bengkulu City uses 5 predetermined criteria, then the assessment of these 5 criteria is processed using the Preferences Selection Index (PSI) method to produce a ranking that will be used to determine the best employee. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the decision support system for selecting the best employees at CV Adiguna of Bengkulu City by applying the Preferences Selection Index method is able to run well and can overcome data input errors besides that calculations are done manually with those carried out by the application producing the same output.

Abstract

The Executive Board of the Campus Putra Putri Association (IPPK) of Bengkulu Province has utilised computers in the data processing process both registration data and assessment data. The implementation of the Multi-Objective Optimization Method On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis in the selection of finalists for the Putra Putri Kampus of Bengkulu Province was built using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database which can be accessed online via the link https://ppkbengkulu.online/. The implementation of the Multi-Objective Optimisation On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis method can simplify the data management process and provide information in the form of recommendations for the selection of finalists for the campus princess in Bengkulu Province. Based on tests that have been carried out using sample data from the registration of the 2024 campus princess son participants as many as 40 participants divided into 20 boys and 20 girls, the results of recommendations through the Moora Method are the best 15 boys and the best 15 girls as the Finalists of the Putra Putri Kampus Bengkulu Province. Based on the results of Black Box testing, it shows that the application functions properly and is able to recommend the best finalists for the Putra Putri Kampus Bengkulu Province Selection using the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis Method.

Abstract

The Department of Agriculture, Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantations of Bengkulu Province is a government agency whose task is to collect data on horticultural commodities in the Bengkulu Province. In the Department of Agriculture, Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantations of Bengkulu Province, there is no specific system used to group data on horticultural commodity production results, so it is difficult to obtain information on horticultural commodities that fall into high, medium, and low production levels in Bengkulu Province. The application of the k-means method in grouping horticultural commodity production results at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantations of Bengkulu Province can help the department obtain information on the results of grouping horticultural commodity data in Bengkulu Province, and can help determine planning programs and provide counseling to farmers in horticultural commodities, especially those in the low production group to increase their production results. Based on the data used in 2023 with 3 categories of horticultural commodities, the results of the grouping in the vegetable category cluster C1 were 3 commodities, cluster C2 was 9 commodities, cluster C3 was 13 commodities, in the fruit category cluster C1 was 4 commodities, cluster C2 was 7 commodities, cluster C3 was 20 commodities, in the medicinal plants and spices category cluster C1 was 2 commodities, cluster C2 was 1 commodity, cluster C3 was 13 commodities. In the vegetable horticultural commodity category that includes high production results are Large Chili (Group), Cabbage, Eggplant, the fruit horticultural commodity category that includes high production results is Durian, Orange (Group), Siamese Orange/Tangerine, Banana, and the vegetable horticultural commodity category that includes low production results is Ginger, Rhizome (Group).

Abstract

Toko Izza Aquarium is a business that sells animal feed and aquarium equipment. This research analyzes the sales data of Toko Izza Aquarium by applying the Apriori algorithm with the aim of providing data-based strategic recommendations to increase sales and customer satisfaction. This research is also expected to contribute in the field of sales data analysis in small and medium enterprises. The application of data mining to analyze the sales data of the Izza Aquarium Store is to provide information. The results of the analysis of Monthly sales data for the Izza Aquarium Store. Can be used as a parameter for inventory management at the Izza Aquarium Store and also provides information about the best-selling items at the Izza Aquarium Store. In analyzing sales data, the Apriori method is applied, so that the final result stage of the analysis passes the Apriori Method stage by meeting the Minimum Support and Minimum Confidence that has been determined. Based on the results of tests carried out on a data sample of 20 transactions in August 2024, the sales products that are most in demand by the public meet Minimum Support of 15% and Confidence 90% It turns out that Misster Puss Salmon and Chat Choice Green.

Abstract

Decision Support System (SPK) is a system used to assist decision making in an organization or company. The development of a decision support system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method to determine the beneficiaries in determining the distribution of fertilizer assistance to farmer groups, and can minimize the inaccuracy in distributing the fertilizer assistance by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method and the Composite Performance Index method. This system is expected to help the government to determine the right recipient of fertilizer assistance, and be able to provide accurate and consistent recommendations, and increase transparency in the selection process. With this system, it is expected that the process of providing subsidized fertilizer assistance can run more fairly, efficiently, and on target.

Abstract

Identifikasi objek (object recognition) merupakan suatu bidang keillmuan dari komputer vision yang menggambarkan suatu objek yang didasarkan pada sifat utama dari objek tersebut. Identifikasi objek pada citra digital membutuhkan teknik dan metode yang mampu untuk mengekstraksi dan mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada citra digital, dimana komponen utamanya adalah warna sebagai dasar dari representasi objek pada citra digital. salah satu metode yang mampu menerapkan pengelompokan warna – warna objek pada citra digital sehingga dapat menjadi fitur utama dari objek pada citra digital adalah Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering. Analisa dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu analisis sistem dan analisis algoritma agglomerative clustering. Proses analisa kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap perancangan yang mana dimulai dengan perancangan use case diagram dan perancangan flowchart. Akurasi dari algoritma Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering cukup baik khususnya pada objek yang memiliki warna khusus atau warna yang telah menjadi ciri dari objek tersebut namun dapat menghasilkan pengenalan yang buruk jika objek yang berbeda memiliki warna dominan yang sama
