Abstract

Pemasaran jasa telah mengalami transformasi signifikan seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital dan perubahan perilaku konsumen. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur terkait strategi pemasaran jasa yang berfokus pada inovasi dan kepuasan pelanggan di era digital. Studi ini mengidentifikasi elemen kunci dalam pemasaran jasa, seperti inovasi layanan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan peran pengalaman pelanggan. Hasil studi literatur ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam bagi akademisi dan praktisi dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran jasa yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar saat ini.

Abstract

Scholarships are a form of educational aid to support students’ academic pursuits, especially for those with outstanding performance or financial constraints. However, the scholarship recipient selection process at MTS Nurul 'Ula is still conducted manually, which often results in inefficiency and a lack of objective assessment standards. This manual process leads to subjective evaluations, takes a considerable amount of time, and may result in inaccurate scholarship decisions. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the scholarship selection process. The SAW method was chosen because it allows for clear weighting of each selection criterion, such as academic grades, attitude scores, parental income, number of dependents, and extracurricular achievements. With this system, the selection process can be carried out more objectively based on structured mathematical weighting and calculations. The system is developed using the Delphi and MySQL database, following the Waterfall development model. The results of the study show that the implementation of the SAW-based DSS can accelerate the selection process, reduce subjectivity, and ensure that scholarships are awarded to students who meet the predetermined criteria. Thus, the system is expected to be a fairer, more accurate, and more efficient solution for supporting scholarship selection decisions at MTS Nurul 'Ula. Based on the results of the SAW calculations, an accuracy rate of 85% was achieved, indicating that the system provides accurate and reliable results in determining scholarship recipients.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the demand for mobile phones is increasing, with a wide range of specifications and price points available. PT. Topsell Raharja Indonesia, as one of the leading mobile phone retailers, faces challenges in providing fast and accurate recommendations that align with the needs of prospective buyers. The manual phone selection process currently used by sales staff often leads to errors in decision-making, resulting in service delays and customer dissatisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assist the store in recommending optimal mobile phones based on specific criteria. The AHP method is utilized to analyze and compare several key criteria—including price, RAM capacity, camera quality, battery life, performance, and design—in order to determine priority rankings for phone selection. The results demonstrate that the proposed system improves the efficiency of recommendations, reduces selection errors, and accelerates the customer service process. The implementation of the AHP method enables objective and accurate suggestions, achieving up to 98% accuracy. By systematically calculating the weight of each criterion, the system generates optimal alternatives tailored to the preferences and needs of prospective buyers

Abstract

It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as input and consideration for companies in making decisions and establishing policies to overcome problems related to the level of Non-Performing Loans of banks, especially Rural Banks. The population of this research are customers who use credit services who have experienced problems, especially in the non-performing loan category. The research uses quantitative research methods with analysis using the SPSS application and using multiple regression analysis techniques. In this research, the results can prove that the results of Non-Performing Loans will influence the increase in income. The results of the t-test analysis = 3.578 means that the hypothesis can be accepted, because the t-test > tcount. namely 3.578 > 3.078, meaning there is a correlation between the Non-Performing Loan variable and an increase in company income. Abstract

Tidak dapat disangkal bahwa perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini menyebabkan peningkatan kebutuhan akan informasi. Peningkatan ini memicu timbulnya kejahatan terhadap informasi yang ditukar, baik dalam bentuk pencurian maupun penyadapan informasi. Akibatnya, informasi yang seharusnya bersifat rahasia menjadi dapat diakses oleh pihak yang tidak berkepentingan. Untuk menjaga kerahasiaan informasi, diperlukan metode tertentu. Salah satu metode yang bisa dipakai adalah algoritma kriptografi ElGamal dan Vigenere Cipher. Algoritma ElGamal adalah algoritma kriptografi kunci publik yang menggunakan kunci publik untuk enkripsi dan untuk dekripsi nya menggunakan kunci privat. Sementara itu, Vigenere Cipher adalah metode enkripsi alfabetik di mana teks dienkripsi melalui pergeseran karakter yang berbeda dalam teks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan pesan teks dengan menggabungkan algoritma ElGamal dan Vigenere Cipher. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pesan teks yang dienkripsi dengan menggunakan Vigenere Cipher dan ElGamal menjadi makin sulit untuk diakses oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang karena adanya banyak pergeseran karakter serta penggunaan kunci yang lebih kompleks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam mendiagnosa penyakit pada burung merpati balap. Sistem ini menggunakan kombinasi antara metode forward chaining dengan naive bayes. Forward chaining digunakan untuk menelusuri gejala-gejala yang dialami kemudian membuat konklusi penyakit sedangkan algoritma naive bayes digunakan untuk mencari nilai probabilitas tertinggi dari kemungkinan penyakit yang dialami berdasarkan pada gejala yang dirasakan. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data gejala, data penyakit dan data aturan. Hasil percobaan yang dilakukan menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi forward chaining dan naive bayes mampu menghasilkan keputusan yang akurat dan presisi untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada burung merpati balap.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged small and medium-sized enterprises to shift from manual operational procedures to structured digital systems. However, many small printing businesses continue to face delays, data inconsistencies, and limited real-time monitoring due to conventional order management practices. These challenges highlight the need for a more responsive and efficient ordering system capable of improving transaction accuracy and service delivery speed. This study addresses the issue by developing a web-based ordering system using an iterative Agile Scrum approach, followed by a comprehensive performance evaluation through simulated concurrent user testing. The results show a substantial improvement in system responsiveness, with user data retrieval time decreasing from 11,228 ms to 2,148 ms (an 80.9% improvement) and order processing time reduced from 16,954 ms to 4,697 ms (a 72.3% improvement), resulting in an overall average efficiency gain of 76.6%. The integration of Redis caching significantly enhances system performance, stability, and load distribution, addressing the current gap in Redis implementation for small-scale printing environments. This study demonstrates that adopting a hybrid data-handling architecture can provide a scalable, reliable, and high-performance solution for digital ordering processes, enabling small enterprises to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Stunting remains a persistent public health challenge in Indonesia, mainly due to chronic malnutrition and limited parental literacy regarding balanced diets. To address this issue, this study developed an integrated nutrition education system using YOLOv11 and Generative AI, structured based on the ADDIE framework. This system aims to bridge the literacy gap by automating food identification and transforming technical nutritional data into easy-to-understand insights for stunting prevention. The study used a dataset of 2,413 images, which was expanded to 4,687 through augmentation. Technical evaluation showed strong performance with a Mean Average Precision (mAP@0.5) of 97%, ensuring reliable detection of important protein sources such as eggs. In addition to accuracy, the system applies a heuristic nutritional assessment algorithm visualized through a ‘Traffic Light’ system to reduce the cognitive load on users. Qualitative evaluation with posyandu cadres showed a significant increase in nutritional understanding, with 90% of users able to explain appropriate dietary interventions based on AI recommendations. These results conclude that the integration of computer vision with structured educational design effectively transforms mobile devices into real-time decision support systems for stunting prevention initiatives at the community level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana kemudahan penggunaan dan fitur aplikasi pemesanan makanan online mempengaruhi perilaku serta kepuasan konsumen, serta bagaimana kualitas informasi yang disediakan oleh aplikasi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah oversaturation pasar aplikasi pemesanan makanan yang membingungkan konsumen dan kualitas informasi yang tidak konsisten, seperti akurasi ulasan dan relevansi promosi, yang dapat mengurangi kepuasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok fokus (FGD), dan analisis konten ulasan pengguna untuk mendapatkan wawasan mendalam mengenai preferensi konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan dan fitur aplikasi yang intuitif secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna, dengan fitur pelacakan pesanan dan promosi sebagai faktor penting dalam keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, kualitas informasi seperti akurasi ulasan dan relevansi promosi berperan besar dalam membangun kepercayaan dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang mudah digunakan, menyediakan informasi berkualitas tinggi, dan menawarkan promosi yang relevan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efektivitas strategi pemasaran. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk merancang aplikasi yang lebih user-friendly dan memastikan kualitas informasi yang akurat.

Abstract

Graphic design is a communication process that uses visual elements, such as writing, shapes and images that are intended to create a perception of a message to be conveyed. Canva is an online graphic design application that can be used to design various types of designs, including presentations, resumes, posters, brochures, booklets, graphs, infographics, banners, markers, bulletins and so on. At SDN Jabon 1, computer learning, especially design, is included in extracurricular activities, due to limited facilities, so that learning is less than optimal. Graphic design training at SD Jabon 1 aims to equip students with graphic design skills. The stages of implementing community service activities that we carry out are preparation, opening, delivering materials, questions and answers, practice, evaluation, closing. The results of this community service activity are: The training activity went smoothly, attended by 30 participants, students were able to follow the creation of graphic designs practiced by the instructor and were able to design based on the instructor's direction. Students were able to design posters independently, knowledge and understanding of Canva graphic design and how to make it increased, used as a means to channel students' creativity and as a form of early technology adaptation. With this training, students are happy because they gain new knowledge about Canva.
