Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of leadership, Islamic motivation, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on performance, analyze the influence of leadership, Islamic motivation, and organizational commitment on performance, analyze the influence of leadership, Islamic motivation, and commitment to performance through job satisfaction. The object of this research is the Land Agency Office of Gowa Regency with a total sample of 125 employees from a population of 182 employees (based on position). This sample was taken based on the probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using the AMOS SEM program. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Islamic motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance, Islamic motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, leadership style through job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, Islamic motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has an effect positive is not significant on performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja TAGANA Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan terhadap kinerja TAGANA Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja TAGANA Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan (4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompenasasi terhadap kinerja TAGANA Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan menyebarkan kuisioner untuk menganalisis fakta dan data-data yang dapat menunjang keterangan yang diperlukan untuk mendukung pembahasan penelitian. Sedangkan, jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel independen yang terdiri atas; Kompetensi, Pendidikan, Pelatihan Dan Kompensasi terhadap Variabel dependen, yakni kinerja relawan TAGANA Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel (1) Variabel Kompetensi (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) TAGANA Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, (2) Variabel Pendidikan (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) TAGANA Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, (3) Variabel Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja TAGANA Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, (4) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja TAGANA Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in regional economic development. However, their business sustainability is often hindered by limited financial literacy and poor financial management practices. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial management on the financial performance and sustainability of MSMEs, as well as to examine the mediating role of financial performance in these relationships. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method involving 354 MSME actors in Wajo Regency, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 software . The results reveal that both financial literacy and financial management have a positive and significant influence on MSMEs’ financial performance. Financial literacy also has a significant direct effect on business sustainability, whereas financial management does not. Furthermore, financial performance significantly mediates the effect of both financial literacy and financial management on MSME sustainability. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing financial capabilities among MSME actors to promote business sustainability, and the need for adaptive policy support aligned with the real conditions faced by small business operators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Bandara I Laga Ligo Bua Palopo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bandara I Laga Ligo Bua Kota Palopo dengan jumlah 80 responden. Metode pengumpulan data berupa metode Angket atau Kuesioner. Selanjutnya, model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Semakin tinggi motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja pegawai maka akan membuat kinerjanya semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the management of zakat, efforts to optimize zakat management for poverty alleviation and to determine the results of the implementation of zakat on poverty reduction in the city of Makassar. The type of this research is qualitative research. This research conducted at Baznas Makassar City. Types of data are primary and secondary data sourced from informants and documentation. Data collection techniques with interview and documentation methods. The results of the study found that the zakat management mechanism at the Makassar City Baznas begins with planning, organizing and implementing the collection, distribution and utilization of zakat. Makassar City Baznas efforts in optimizing zakat management towards poverty alleviation are carried out by distributing zakat through consumptive zakat distribution patterns (short-term benefits) and productive zakat (zakat utilization) in accordance with the rules of Islamic law. The implementation of productive zakat utilization in the form of providing funds as business capital to mustahik. With the utilization of zakat, it is able to exclude 51 people from the poor population based on BPS. However, this is not considered optimal because it still does not meet the target of 67 people or 76%.Keywords: Optimization, Zakat Management, Poverty Alleviation, Maqasyid Syariah

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate and analyze the influence of incentives, work environment, and leadership on the performance of employees at RSUD Benyamin Guluh Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi. The target population of this research comprises 72 individuals associated with Employee Performance, all of whom served as respondents, using a Multiple Linear Regression analysis model The study's results indicate that all variables namely, incentives, work environment, and leadership have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the Employee Performance at RSUD Benyamin Guluh Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi. Meanwhile, on a partial basis, the work environment factor was found to have the most dominant significant influence on Employee Performance at RSUD Benyamin Guluh Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi. Abstract

The current study aims to investigate the impact of motivation, reward, and work discipline affect the performance of employees in the regional banking sector. Multiple regression analysis based on data from 70 employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Tbk. Census sampling method was performed to prove the research hypothesis. The results show a positive and significant relationship between rewards, work discipline and employee performance. In contrast, the motivation found did not play a role in improving employee performance. Theoretically, these findings provide an indication of new enrichment regarding the interaction of the synergy of motivation, rewards and work discipline to influence employee performance in an area. Managerially, leaders can develop strategic human resource management plans that are relevant to the company context.
