Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis perlu ditingkatan sejak dini untuk dapat berinteraksi, mengelola informasi, dan menentukan solusi dalam mengatasi tantangan pada kehidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas IV melalui model pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning (PBL) pada mata Pelajaran IPAS. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) melalui 2 siklus sesuai dengan tahapannya yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik kelas IV, pada siklus I dengan presentase 45.5 % dan pada siklus II lebih meningkat dengan presentase 85.4 %. Peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis tersebut dilihat melaui aspek-aspek berpikir kritis, diantaranya menginterpretasi, menganalisis, mengevaluasi, menyimpulkan, dan menjelaskan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Trosemi 02 Gatak pada mata Pelajaran IPAS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengukur efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis masalah yang dipadukan dengan media ular tangga dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa kelas V pada materi "Bumiku Lestari". Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus ini menggunakan observasi dan tes pilihan ganda sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Hasil analisis komparatif menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keaktifan siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran. Meskipun pada siklus awal masih tergolong rendah (rata-rata 40,37%), pada siklus kedua terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan (77,27%). Integrasi media ular tangga dengan materi pelajaran berhasil menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan mendorong siswa untuk terlibat aktif.

Abstract

Math is one of the materials that students are afraid of. The lack of student interest in mathematics is due to the absence of interesting learning media, especially in arithmetic operations. The objectives of this study are: 1) to increase students' interest in mathematics subjects, especially counting operations, 2) to test the effectiveness of environmentally friendly media "situng" in the learning process of grade 1 mathematics. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) development research that uses the 4D model with the Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate process. This research data collection technique uses observation, interviews, questionnaires, pre-test and post-test questions. While the data collection instrument of this study used student questionnaires. The assessment instrument based on the validity test of media experts and teachers based on the Aiken's V validity test with the results of 0.916 with a very high description, the validity test score with the results of r count higher than r table is declared (Valid), the reliability test with the final result of 0.924 with a critical limit of 0.6 is declared (Reliable), the Normality test with a significance result of 0.797 with a significance limit of more than 0.05 is said (Normal) and the T test with a significance of 0.047 has a value less than 0.05 said to be influential. Thus, the environmentally friendly math learning media "situng" is declared valid, and effective for increasing the interest in learning mathematics of first-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to develop "I Am Smart" media and evaluate its effectiveness in increasing the learning motivation of students with autism spectrum disorders. In order to accomplish this objective, this form of investigation was created. Consequently, the R&D model was utilized in this investigation. Potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product design revision, and trial use were the phases of the development model. Twenty autistic third-graders from SD Muhammadiyah 01 Tanjung Enim made up the sample for this investigation. This study's sample consisted of one pupil. The sampling method utilized was non-probability sampling. Observation, assessments, interviews, and questionnaires were employed as methods for data collection. This development research employs descriptive analysis, learning content analysis, and analysis of test results for its analysis. This study's primary data came from questionnaires, assessments, and interviews with field informants, so they conveyed pertinent information. These data were collected from students and their teachers. In this study, the secondary data were books, journals, and mass media about learning media. The average score for the "I Am Smart" media validation assessment by media experts was 90% (very valid), while the average score for the validation assessment by material experts was 80% (valid), and the average score for the validation assessment by field test experts was 87% (very valid). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the "I Am Smart" learning media is valid for use with students with autism. Before receiving "I Am Smart" learning media on the first to third trials, the subject received a score of 30; however, after receiving "I Am Smart" learning media, the subject demonstrated that "I Am Smart" learning media could help the subject increase in value by achieving the highest score of 75. According to the results of the initial trial and the results of the final trial, "I Am Smart" learning media effectively encourages or motivates students with autism spectrum disorders to engage in learning activities, making it appropriate for students with autism spectrum disorders.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low basic division skills at SDN Ngadirejo 01 Kartasura. This is due to the lack of learning media and also learning is dominated by teachers. So that student activities are limited which results in low basic division skills. Therefore, this research was conducted to improve basic division skills using congklak game media with 28 students. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle has four phases consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in the form of tests and observations and interviews. The results of the study showed that students' division skills increased in each cycle. This increase is based on the results of the students' numeracy test. This is evidenced by the first cycle, the students' division skills, namely 31%, were categorized as lacking and in the second cycle, the students' division skills, namely 83%, were categorized as good and stated that basic division learning through congklak games had achieved the minimum completion criteria or were declared successful. Therefore, the results of the study prove that the application of congklak game media can improve students' abilities in mathematics subjects in basic division material for class 3 SDN Ngadirejo 01 Kartasura so that congklak games can be used as learning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dalam materi FPB (Faktor Persekutuan Terbesar) dan KPK (Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil) melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournaments). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan di kelas V SD Negeri Trangsan 03 Gawok dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 25 peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi “observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model TGT mampu meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Pada pra-siklus, tingkat partisipasi peserta didik sebesar 68%, meningkat menjadi 71% pada siklus I, dan mencapai 87% pada siklus II. Selain itu, hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Pada pra-siklus, 7 peserta didik dinyatakan tuntas dengan rata-rata nilai 57,86 dan persentase ketuntasan 28%. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata kognitif peserta didik mencapai 69,6 dengan ketuntasan 48%, dan meningkat menjadi 85,33 dengan ketuntasan 92% pada siklus II.” Dengan demikian, penerapan model TGT terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dalam materi FPB dan KPK.

Abstract

Violence against children tends to rise from year to year, with no exception to violence in school neighborhoods. The negative impact of violence on children varies, from short-term to long-term. Therefore, extra attention is needed from schools such as teaching tolerance to students. The study aims to look at and create learning models that can be used by primary schools in the cultivation of tolerant attitudes in children so that it is expected to reduce the rate of violence in children. This model of tolerance learning includes teaching tolerance in the classroom ranging from preparation, implementation, to evaluation, and is supported by the school curriculum. The research was carried out at Puro State SD 4 Sragen. The research uses a qualitative approach to case studies by conducting observations, interviews, lifts, and documentation. Research shows that by cultivating tolerance towards others and regularly adopting ethical behavior, children can change their attitudes for the better so that violence can be reduced. Therefore, this model of cultivating tolerance values is designed to serve as a benchmark for a primary school in applying tolerance teaching and good habits to children.
