Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara parsial ataupun simultan dari store athmosphere dan promosi terhadap keputusan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis, adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kosumen yang datang dan minum di coffee shop tersebut dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 100 responden, dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner tertutup maka diperoleh jawaban bahwa store athmosphere, promosi dan kuputusan sudah baik dan hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil uji hipotesis bahwa store athmosphere dan promosi memiliki pengaruh baik secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap keputusan

Abstract

Konsumen cenderung untuk membeli secara spontan, reflek, tiba-tiba dan otomatis datang ke kedai atau gerai kopi kenangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh hedonic shopping motivation  dan sales promotion  terhadap impulse buying  pada konsumen kopi kenangan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Pada penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel hedonic shopping motivation  dan sales promotion  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap impulse buying  (Y). Hasil Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 0,649, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel hedonic shopping motivation  dan sales promotion  secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 64,9% terhadap impulse buying  pada Kopi Kenangan. Sedangkan 35,1 % sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, citra merek, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel intervening pada PT RJI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 100 responden melalui teknik purposive sampling. Proses analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, serta Sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t sebesar 3,334 > 1,984 dan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Sebaliknya, citra merek berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (t = -5,770 < 1,984; sig = 0,000 < 0,05), sedangkan kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t = 8,341 > 1,984; sig = 0,000 < 0,05). Secara simultan, promosi, citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (F = 57,452 > 3,090; sig = 0,000 < 0,05). Selanjutnya, promosi, citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Namun, keputusan pembelian tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan (t = 1,662 < 1,984; sig = 0,100 > 0,05). Selain itu, promosi, citra merek, dan kualitas pelayanan juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan melalui keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel intervening (t = 1,615 < 1,984; sig = 0,053 > 0,05).

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the influence of interactive learning media on the numerical ability of early childhood learners at PAUD Gemilang. The research addresses the problem of low motivation and understanding in early numeracy among young children and aims to investigate how interactive media impact children's engagement, comprehension, and skill development in numerical concepts. Guided by constructivist learning theories and employing semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis, the study gathered rich qualitative data from both learners and educators. Findings reveal that interactive media significantly enhance children's motivation and participation by providing multi-sensory, playful, and self-paced learning experiences. Educators observed clearer understanding of numerical concepts and faster acquisition of counting and number recognition skills in children using interactive media compared to conventional methods. Challenges related to digital literacy and technical issues were mitigated by guided support and institutional backing. This study concludes that interactive media is an effective pedagogical tool for early numeracy development, offering recommendations for educators and PAUD institutions to optimize media use in classrooms. The results contribute to advancing educational practices in early childhood settings by integrating technology-enhanced learning tailored to young learners’ needs.

Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of Brand Image, Online Service Quality, and Ease of Use on purchasing decisions with Trust as a mediating variable. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased products on the Shopee e-commerce application in South Tangerang. The sample used in this study were 225 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis used statistical analysis with SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Trust. Online Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Trust. Ease of Use has a significant positive effect on Trust. Brand Image has a negative and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Online Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan brand image secara bersama - sama terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village. Metode yang di gunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu melakukan penelitian permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village, sedangkan pengolahan data bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software SPSS statistik. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang pernah menginap di Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village, dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode slovin didapat 97,17 responden dan jumlah tersebut dibulatkan jumlahnya menjadi 100 orang responden, dengan cara pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada responden, metode pengambilan data menggunakan non Probability Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village, yaitu dengan Sig > 0.110 > dari 0.05 Brand Image secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, yaitu sebesar 0.041 < dari 0.05, dan secara bersama-sama/simultan kualitas pelayanan dan Brand Image berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village dengan Sig sebesar 0.000 dengan uji t dan uji F di dapat hasil sebagai berikut: t hitung > tabel > 0.361 dan uji F r hitung > dari r tabel 0.6.

Abstract

This study explores primary school teachers’ perceptions of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted in selected primary schools in Ciamis, Indonesia. Participants were purposively selected and consisted of teachers who had experience implementing the Independent Curriculum. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and supported by observations and document analysis. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key patterns and meanings from participants’ experiences. The findings reveal that teachers generally hold positive perceptions of the Independent Curriculum, viewing it as a progressive reform that promotes instructional flexibility and student-centered learning. Teachers reported increased opportunities to address diverse student needs through project-based activities and formative assessment. However, significant challenges were also identified, particularly limited understanding of differentiated instruction, difficulties with authentic assessment, and increased administrative workload. These constraints often resulted in partial curriculum implementation. Institutional support emerged as a critical factor influencing teachers’ confidence and adaptability. Teachers who received continuous professional development and leadership support demonstrated greater readiness to apply innovative teaching strategies. In contrast, disparities in training opportunities and learning resources contributed to uneven implementation across schools. To address these challenges, teachers adopted adaptive strategies such as peer collaboration, joint lesson planning, and self-directed learning. The study concludes that while teachers largely embrace the philosophy of the Independent Curriculum, effective implementation requires sustained professional development, reduced administrative burden, equitable resource distribution, and strong school leadership. These findings highlight the importance of context-sensitive support systems to ensure meaningful curriculum transformation at the primary education level

Abstract

This research explores the impact of service quality and promotions on consumer purchasing decisions at Grand Bowling, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative associative approach. The sample was selected using a saturated sampling method using the Slovin formula, which resulted in a sample of 99 respondents. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire, while data analysis was carried out through simple and multiple regression analysis. The research results show that service quality and promotions positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions. This is proven through a multiple linear regression model, which produces the equation Y = 4.488 + 0.535X1 + 0.757X2. Overall, service quality and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as shown by the results of the F test with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050. These findings confirm that the quality of service and promotions influences consumer purchasing decisions at Grand Bowling.
