Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supply chain management on competitive advantage and company performance in the culinary industry SMEs in West Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with the subject of this research is the culinary industry SMEs in West Jakarta. The number of samples is 92 and the instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument quality testing includes validity and reliability tests using IBM SPSS 26. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results show that supply chain management affects company performance, supply chain management affects competitive advantage, superiority Competitive advantage affects the company's performance, and supply chain management affects the company's performance through or without competitive advantage. However, it tends to have a direct effect on company performance. This analysis was only conducted in the West Jakarta area and this study only examined the supply chain management, competitive advantage. So there are other variables that affect the company's performance that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the expected product performance (results) to the expected performance. This research is quantitative with associative design. This type of quantitative research is research obtained from the processing of numbers. In this study the variables are queues (X1) and service satisfaction (X2) which are independent variables and customer satisfaction (Y). The results showed that the queuing variable and service quality together affected the customer satisfaction variable due to the significance value <0.05. The limitations of the study are several factors that further researchers can pay more attention to to further refine their research because the research itself certainly has shortcomings that need to be improved.

Abstract

Pelatihan komunikasi antar pribadi terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan ini adalah: meningkatkan teknik untuk membangun keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif, memahami etika dalam berkomunikasi, baik etika komunikasi langsung maupun internet, baik komunikasi verbal maupun nonverbal Metode Pelaksanaan dalam melakukan Pelatihan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui tahapan yang terdiri dari tahap pertama ini merupakan hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebelumnya, dimana berdasarkan hasil evaluasi Tenaga Penunjang Akademik Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton memerlukan pelatihan tentang cara berkomunikasi yang efektif di masa pandemi. Tahap Kedua, Merupakan tahap persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan mulai dari izin dari pengelola Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton kemudian berkoordinasi dengan kepala sekolah, untuk menentukan waktu dan kondisi Pelatihan Komunikasi Antar Pribadi Terhadap Pelanggan Kepuasan Hasil Pelatihan ini adalah: meningkatkan teknik untuk membangun keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif, memahami etika dalam berkomunikasi, baik etika komunikasi langsung maupun melalui internet, baik komunikasi verbal maupun nonverbal, Menjadi pribadi yang berkualitas dengan komunikasi, mampu menangani dan menangani keluhan/keluhan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kualitas kerja dan menguatkan kinerja teh M.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate purchasing interests in preloved products from reputable brands as an environmental care effort. The advantage of conducting this study is to provide a resource for readers and researchers considering similar issues. In this descriptive qualitative research, purposive sampling was used to select the samples. The samples that met the criteria of this study were those who had previously bought the branded product from offline or online shops. Ten respondents were involved in the survey of this study. The questionnaires were distributed via Google form and conducted from November 2022 to January 2023. The findings reveal purchasing pre-owned branded goods contributes to environmental protection by minimizing unrecycled fashion trash and animal exploitation. The respondents recommended purchasing pre-owned branded goods responsibly to protect the environment and get products at reasonable rates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Innovation dan Green Organizational Culture terhadap Company Performance melalui Green Competitive Advantage pada gerai kopi XYZ di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 68 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti adalah kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 23. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Green Innovation dan Green Organizational Culture berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Green Competitive Advantage, Green Innovation dan Green Organizational Culture berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Company Performance melalui Green Competitive dan Green Competitive Advantage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Company Performance.

Abstract

Perusahaan dituntut untuk menerapkan konsep green innovation untuk meminimalisasi pencemaran dan menjadi peluang memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green innovation, green intellectual capital dan organizational environmental management terhadap green competitive advantage pada PT Batik Danar Hadi Surakarta sebagai salah satu perusahaan Batik di Surakarta yang telah menerapkan konsep green innovation, green intellectual capital dan organizational environmental management dalam proses produksinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian asosiatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti adalah kuesioner. Pengujian kualitas pada instrumen penelitian yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tools Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara green innovation, green intellectual capital dan organizational environmental management terhadap green competitive advantage dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,936. Analisis ini hanya dilakukan pada satu perusahaan manufaktur dan tidak memperhitungkan variabel lain atau variabel moderator yang ikut mempengaruhi green competitive advantage.

Abstract

Industry is a major problem in environmental pollution that has affected the earth for decades. Inorganic waste such as hazardous waste and toxic materials contribute to environmental pollution. Indonesia produces 60 million tons of hazardous and toxic waste in 2021. This study aims to determine the effect of Green Product Innovation and Green Process Innovation on Green Competitive Advantage at PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari. The method used in this study uses a quantitative associative approach with a total sample of 78 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests are part of testing the quality of the instrument in this study. Data were analyzed by descriptive and correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of Green Product Innovation on Green Competitive Advantage and Green Process Innovation has no effect on Green Competitive Advantage..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Strategic Supplier Partnership and Green Innovation on Competitive Advantage in XYZ cosmetics in DKI Jakarta. This study was conducted using quantitative approach with a sample of 57 respondents. The instrument used by researchers is a questionnaire. Instrument testing includes validity tests and reliability tests using SPSS analysis tool version 23. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Strategic Supplier Partnership and Green Innovation have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage and Strategic Supplier Partnership and Green Innovation (together) have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Information sharing dan Long Term Relationship terhadap kinerja perusahaan Chigo area Jakarta dan Tanggerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2022 – Agustus 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berada di outlet berjumlah 101 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Long Term Relationship terhadap kinerja perusahaan dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan , information sharing terhadap kinerja perusahaan adalah tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

This community service is carried out to develop business competence and entrepreneurial English among MSMEs who carry out exports. The entrepreneurs selected are Small and Medium Industrial Entrepreneurs assisted by the Tomohon City Industry and Trade Service. Community service partners are 1. Manado City Industry and Trade Service. 2. Tomohon City Industry and Trade Service 3. Bitung City Industry and Trade Service 4. Creative Innovative Entrepreneurs Association 5. Dian Nusantara University Export-Import Center. From the situation analysis carried out, it appears that the problem faced by partners is a lack of English language skills and correspondence in English because of the basic assumption that English is a difficult subject. From the pretest carried out there were several basic business materials that were difficult to understand, especially reading, lack of understanding of topics, main ideas, and answering WH Questions as well as entrepreneurs' lack of focus in following the learning process. Teaching uses a motivational persuasive communication approach, holding initial tests, teaching topics, main ideas, and WH Questions with material enrichment. After the treatment process, an evaluation test (post test) was held which showed that the entrepreneurs were starting to be motivated to learn English, focused and independent with good average test results. The contributions and benefits obtained by the target audience are motivation to learn Reading, focus and independence in learning English to support correspondence for export.
