Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kedoya, Jakarta Barat, dengan fokus pada digitalisasi pencatatan laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi Livin Merchant. Berdasarkan survei awal, ditemukan bahwa lebih dari 75% UMKM masih menggunakan pencatatan keuangan manual, yang tidak efisien dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Hal ini menghambat pengambilan keputusan bisnis serta mempengaruhi akses mereka terhadap pendanaan formal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari empat tahap utama, yaitu: (1) Sosialisasi, (2) Pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, (3) Implementasi teknologi dalam pencatatan keuangan peserta, dan (4) Pendampingan serta evaluasi keberhasilan program. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi selama pelatihan, serta wawancara dengan peserta untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman dan adopsi pencatatan digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat peningkatan pemahaman akuntansi dan pencatatan digital sebesar 40% berdasarkan hasil post-test dibandingkan pre-test. 75% peserta telah berhasil menggunakan aplikasi Livin Merchant untuk pencatatan transaksi mereka. 60% peserta telah menyusun laporan keuangan digital menggunakan aplikasi setelah pelatihan.  Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan kesulitan adaptasi teknologi, berhasil diatasi melalui pendampingan tambahan dan penyediaan modul pelatihan dalam format digital. Program ini berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) Universitas Dian Nusantara dalam bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta mendukung program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) melalui keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan. Diharapkan bahwa melalui pelatihan ini, UMKM di Kedoya dapat meningkatkan daya saing usaha mereka, memperkuat posisi keuangan, serta mengoptimalkan pencatatan laporan keuangan digital untuk mendukung keberlanjutan usaha mereka.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how relevant and engaging content, engagement and interaction, trust and reputation influence the intention to follow or someone's desire to follow a TikTok account as an effective marketing tool for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the digital era. Primary data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents in DKI Jakarta. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 3.0) to test all relationships between content and reputation variables affecting interaction, and whether interaction also affects the intention to follow. The findings of this study provide insights into the strategic use of TikTok for enhancing SME marketing efforts, emphasizing the importance of creating engaging content and building a trustworthy reputation to drive user engagement and following intentions.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha pemula di bidang makanan kemasan melalui pelatihan strategi branding dan kewirausahaan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Desa Taman Rahayu, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, dengan peserta sebanyak 30 pelaku UMKM. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan konsep merek, pembuatan logo dan kemasan, storytelling produk, serta strategi kewirausahaan berbasis pasar lokal. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari ceramah interaktif, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya branding dalam membangun citra produk dan kemampuan dasar kewirausahaan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu mendorong tumbuhnya usaha mikro yang berkelanjutan dan kompetitif di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Investasi saham berbasis Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) semakin diminati karena relevansinya dengan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy, literasi keuangan, dan pengaruh sosial terhadap keputusan investasi saham ESG di kalangan mahasiswa Sastra Inggris Universitas Dian Nusantara. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan 171 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel, yaitu self-efficacy, literasi keuangan, dan pengaruh sosial, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi saham ESG. Literasi keuangan menjadi faktor paling dominan dalam memengaruhi keputusan investasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi keuangan dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan investasi yang lebih bijaksana dan bertanggung jawab terhadap keberlanjutan. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi preferensi investasi generasi muda terhadap saham ESG. Abstract

Abstract: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)-based stock investment is gaining popularity due to its relevance to sustainability. This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, financial literacy, and social influence on ESG stock investment decisions among English Literature students at Dian Nusantara University. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, involving 171 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The research results indicate that all three variables, namely self-efficacy, financial literacy, and social influence, have a positive and significant influence on ESG stock investment decisions. Financial literacy is the most dominant factor in influencing investment decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of developing students' financial competence and self-confidence in supporting wiser and more responsible investment decision-making towards sustainability. In conclusion, this research contributes to understanding the factors influencing young generation's investment preferences towards ESG stocks. Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and internal locus of control on the financial management behavior of Generation Z in Jakarta. In today's fast-paced digital era, Generation Z faces increasingly complex challenges in managing personal finances. Despite having extensive access to financial information, many still lack a grasp of basic financial concepts. This gap in knowledge and attitudes can lead to unhealthy financial management behaviors, such as consumer debt and poor financial planning. Therefore, this study is important to provide insights into improving financial literacy and behavior among the younger generation. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires compiled using a Likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study was Generation Z in Jakarta aged 19–28 years and already earning an income. This population is very large and the exact number cannot be known in detail because it involves various occupational backgrounds, educational levels, and diverse economic conditions. Therefore, this study did not take the entire population, but only a representative portion through sample determination. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely selecting respondents based on certain criteria in accordance with the research objectives. The number of samples used was 100 respondents, which was considered adequate and representative for analysis, so that the results of the study can describe the financial management behavior of Generation Z in Jakarta more accurately. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of Generation Z, meaning that the higher the financial knowledge, the better the financial management. Furthermore, financial attitude also has a positive and significant effect, indicating that a positive financial attitude encourages financial discipline and control. In addition, internal locus of control has been shown to have a positive and significant effect, so that Generation Z who believe in their own abilities tend to be more responsible in managing finances. Simultaneously, these three independent variables have a significant influence on the financial management behavior of Generation Z in Jakarta

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel profitabilitas rasio, likuiditas rasio, leverage rasio dan rasio aktifitas terhadap kesulitan keuangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data tahun 2020 – 2023. Teknik pemilihan sampel adalah purposive sampling total perusahaan yang akan diteliti 27 perusahaan dengan data sebanyak 108 sampel. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan data yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI. Analisis data menunjukkan secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, aktivitas berpengaruh terhadap kesulitan keuangan. Dan secara parsial profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap kesulitan keuangan. Leverage dan aktivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesulitan keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of income, hedonic lifestyle, and online shopping habits on the personal financial management of the people of Kabayan Village, Cileles, Lebak, Banten, with a focus on how these three factors affect an individual's ability to manage finances effectively. Using a quantitative approach and survey method, a population of 133, using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% and a non-probability sampling technique, a sample of 100 people was obtained, data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that income (X1) had a significant effect on financial management, with a calculated t value of 2.587> t table 1.985 and a sig. value of 0.011 <0.05; Hedonic lifestyle (X2) also had a significant effect on personal financial management with a calculated t value of 2.241> t table 1.985 and a sig. value of 0.027 <0.05; Online shopping habits (X3) have the most dominant influence with a calculated t value of 5.176 > t table 1.985 and a sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05; Simultaneously, the three variables show a significant influence on personal financial management with a calculated F value of 62.191 > F table 2.70 and a sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.660, meaning that 66% of the variation in financial management is explained by these three factors, while 34% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi struktur modal (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER) pada perusahaan kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021–2024. Tiga variabel independen—profitabilitas (ROA), likuiditas (Current Ratio/CR), dan ukuran perusahaan (ln Total Aset)—dipilih berdasarkan landasan teori struktur modal (signalling theory, pecking order theory, dan trade-off theory) dan temuan studi terkait ((Myers & Majluf, 1984); (Ross, 1977); (Harris & Raviv, 1991)). Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan berbagai uji asumsi klasik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ROA berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DER; CR dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DER (F=4,936; p=0,003) dengan Adjusted R²≈0,125. Temuan menegaskan preferensi pendanaan internal pada saat profitabilitas tinggi sebagaimana diprediksi pecking order theory, serta menyiratkan bahwa kebijakan struktur modal perusahaan sawit tidak semata-mata ditentukan oleh ukuran dan likuiditas. Implikasi manajerial dan agenda riset lanjutan turut dibahas.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve English pronunciation skills among teenagers in the North Meruya Youth Community in West Jakarta. The implementation method included training based on artificial intelligence (AI) applications such as Elsa Speak, which provides automatic feedback to improve articulation, intonation, and word emphasis. The activity was accompanied by mentoring through online groups and pre- and post-test evaluations using a scoring rubric on a scale of 1-5. Results showed that more than 90% of participants experienced a pronunciation score increase of at least 30%, with participant satisfaction levels reaching over 80%. The training successfully established independent study groups and increased participant confidence. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of using AI technology in community-based English learning, with potential for replication in other regions.
