Abstract

The development of science and technology is currently so rapid and has become an inevitable need. Religion through its noble books certainly has a lot of knowledge. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out scientific integration between science and Islam, in this case Al Qur’an and Hadith. However, there are pros and cons to this view. In accordance with the establishment of UIN Suska as an Islamic University that provides education based on Islamic values, the aim of this study is to support the integration of Islam in the science learning process so that it can increase our understanding of the concept of tawhid, not reverse. The research method developed was a literature review by collecting data from various sources, both books, journals, and scientific articles. The result of this study is a literature review of tawhid as a basis for the science development. Thereby, in this case, science goes hand in hand with Islamic understanding so that it can strengthen the faith and tawhid on mankind as signs of the Oneness and glory of Allah SWT.Keywords: Tawhid, Science, Knowledge, Islam

Abstract

BUMDesa Lamantuha Sejahtera Bersama di Desa Pasir Panjang memiliki peran yang strategis untuk mengelola potensi desa demi kesejahteraan masyarakat namun dalam implementasinya ditemukan permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pada BUMDesa Lamantuha Sejahtera Bersama, faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat, serta upaya yang dilakukan agar implementasi kebijakan BUMDesa tersebut dapat berjalan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan BUMDesa Lamantuha Sejahtera Bersama belum efektif meskipun telah memberikan manfaat dan menumbuhkan pemberdayaan bagi masyarakat. Faktor pendukung yang ditemukan yaitu upaya yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat dalam mendukung BUMDesa, potensi yang dimiliki desa, potensi BUMDesa ke depan, serta munculnya peran serta masyarakat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya dukungan sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya kejelasan tata kelola organisasi, kurangnya faktor operasional, pengawasan dan peran Pemerintah Desa, minimnya pelatihan bagi unit usaha serta adanya bencana tidak terduga. Untuk mewujudkan implementasi yang efektif, komitmen tindakan korektif yang dilakukan oleh para aktor adalah dengan melakukan restrukturisasi pengurus dan unit usaha, meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola BUMDesa, lebih melibatkan BUMDesa dalam kegiatan strategis dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap unit usaha yang kurang berkembang serta membuka peluang bagi unit usaha baru.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the satisfaction level of narcotics prisoners regarding the services provided at the Class IIB Nunukan Penitentiary. The research employs a qualitative research method, utilizing interview and literature review techniques. The data analysis technique utilized is qualitative data analysis, involving data presentation, data verification, data reduction, and the re-presentation of the reduced data. The results of the study indicate that inmates at Class IIB Nunukan Penitentiary are pleased with the caregiving and medical services that meet the standards of Law No. 12 of 1995. However, the service delivery faces hindrances such as budget constraints, inadequate facilities, limited transportation, and insufficient staff. Additionally, surveys and interviews reveal issues related to the non-objectivity and lack of empathy from officers, as well as insufficient communication between officers and inmates. Abstract

Because waste management has the potential to affect public health, the role and process of waste management need collaboration between policymakers and implementers of existing waste management efforts. The objective of this research was to evaluate and analyze collaborative governance in the district of Pulau Tiga Barat, Natuna Regency, with the goal of resolving waste management issues. This study employs a qualitative method in conjunction with a descriptive approach. Primary and secondary data sources were used in this investigation. The study's findings reveal that collaborative governance in waste management in the Pulau Tiga Barat District has been operating relatively well, as evidenced by the Starting Condition, Collaborative Process, Facilitative Leadership, and Institutional design. Additionally, the issues that impede the collaborative process are reflected in financial statistics, most notably the district of Pulau Tiga Barat's insufficient budget allocation for trash management

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Net Profit Margin, Price Earning Ratio, dan Return On Equity terhadap Debt to Equity dan Return Saham. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ45. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan periode 2010-2018 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal sedangkan PER dan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal (DER). Sementara itu NPM, PER dan ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.

Abstract

The Sekolah Penggerak program is one of the Indonesian Government's efforts to realize the vision of Indonesian education, namely an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent, and possesses the Pancasila personality. As the leading actors in education, teachers play an important role in implementing educational programs. This study was carried out to examine the experiences of teachers involved in the Sekolah Penggerak program regarding the impact of implementing the program. This study is qualitative with an exploratory case study design and a retrospective approach. The participants in this study were 15 mover teachers willing to participate, selected using a purposive sampling technique. To collect data, an open-ended questionnaire, and semi-structured interviews were used. The results of the study reveal that, in general, the Sekolah Penggerak program has a positive impact on teachers, namely helping them change mindsets to be more innovative in utilizing student-focused learning, and on students, namely increasing their motivation and critical skills. The experiences after participating in the Sekolah Penggerak program also direct teachers to be involved in collaborative reflective practice of program implementation to produce teachers who are more professional so that this program runs more effectively in the future.

Abstract

Bank Mandiri is the bank that receives the most customer complaints. Customer complaints reflect the suboptimal performance of employees in providing services, whether through digital channels or offline services at branch offices. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees at Bank Mandiri Smart Branch Duri Sudirman. The research is quantitative descriptive in nature. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The sample consisted of 119 bank employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression. The results of the study indicate that motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank Mandiri Smart Branch Duri Sudirman, whereas leadership style does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the branch.
