Background. School-age children who are the next generation are among the groups that are vulnerable to Covid-19, the cases of children confirmed positive for Covid-19 in Indonesia are still very high at around 7.2%. The Aim of The Study. Knowing the relationship between knowledge and Covid 19 prevention behavior in school-age children in South Jakarta. Subjects and Methods. This study used an observational analytic method with a correlational design. The subjects of this study were elementary school children in grades 4 to 6, the sample was taken using the cluster random sampling method. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation. Results. The majority of respondents have good knowledge, which is 58% and the majority of respondents have poor behavior in preventing Covid-19, which is as much as 78%. There is a relationship between knowledge and Covid-19 prevention behavior in school-age children (p = 0.001). Conclusion. There is a relationship between knowledge and Covid-19 prevention behavior in school-age children in South Jakarta. Learning is the interaction of students with education and learning resources in a learning environment. Based on the researcher's experience while serving as a lecturer, it was known that the objectives to be achieved from learning were still relatively low. Indicators of the problems that occurred included complaints from lecturers about the lack of responsiveness of learning in participating in lecture activities, namely the final grades obtained by students for several courses were not evenly distributed. In teaching and learning activities, motivation could be said as the overall driving force in a person that causes learning activities and ensures the continuity of learning activities, and provides direction to learning activities so that the goals desired by the learning subjects can be achieved. The research design in this study was a research design with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this research were all health students at STIKes RS Husada, and two other higher education institutions, the samples used were students of level 1, II, and III Health Administration. in STIKes RS Husada, STIKes Pamenang Pare Kediri, STIKes Brebes, the time in this study was from April to December 2022. The univariate was concluded that from 131 respondents, it was found that the quality of learning at most was good with a total of 89 (67.9%), based on the student motivation variable, the results were 126 (96.2%), while the results of the bivariate analysis were based on the Chi-Square table. Tests showed that there is a strong and positive relationship between the quality of learning and student motivation to learn with a sig value of 0.000, which is <0.05.

The elderly population is a vulnerable group because they experience the aging process and the function of the system declines. One of the health problems experienced by the elderly is gout arthritis. Gout arthritis is a disease caused by increased levels of purines that accumulate in the joints, causing joint pain. This study aims to determine the Effect of Epsom Salt Therapy on Pain Scale and Uric Acid Levels in Elderly with Gout Arthritis. The results showed that there was a significant difference between uric acid levels before and after Epsom salt therapy in patients with gout arthritis (p value 0.000) and there was a significant difference between pain intensity before and after Epsom salt therapy in patients with gout arthritis (p value). 0.000). This research is expected to be an alternative to complementary therapy in nursing care and to develop care, further research can be carried out such as massage therapy or acupuncture.

Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan. Masalah stunting penting untuk diselesaikan, karena berpotensi mengganggu potensi sumber daya manusia dan berhubungan dengan tingkat kesehatan dan kematian anak. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan kader tentang stunting sehingga mampu melakukan tindakan pencegahan stunting pada anak di Posyandu Nusa Indah RW13 Kelurahan Sunter Agung Jakarta Utara. Metode pengabdian yakni dengan penyuluhan, diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan kuesioner dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan adanya peningkatan kategori pengetahuan ibu dan kader mengenai stunting, sehingga dapat mengimplementasikan tindakan pencegahan stunting pada anak.

Hal yang harus menjadi perhatian suatu perusahaan ketika mengatur fungsi - fungsi manajemen yaitu: “bagaimana mengatur sumber daya manusia untuk dapat meningkatkan efektif dan efesiensi kerja”. Keberhasilan dari suatu perusahaan yang sedang berjalan salah satunya adalah: kinerja para pegawainya dilihat dari hasil kinerja yang tercapai oleh stafnya maupun karyawan, oleh sebab itu, suatu perusahaan diminta untuk memperhatikan seluruh karyawannya agar mampu menunjukkan kinerja yang optimal, sebab bagus dan kurangnya kinerja yang dicapai oleh pegawai akan mempengaruhi hasil yang diperoleh. Jenis riset ini merupakan “kuantitatif dengan desain Cross-Sectional”. Riset ini dimulai pada bulan Juni 2021, dengan total sampel 50 responden metode pengumpulan sample pada riset ini menggunakan “non probality sampling”, analisis data pada rist ini menggunakan uji univariat dan bivariate dengan metode chi-square Tests. Hasil analisis univariat disimpulkan bahwa dari 50 responden didapatkan hasil: umur tertinggi umur 31-40 tahun 38% , jenis kelamin wanita 76.0%, pendidikan SMA/SMK dan D3 34%, pekerjaan 5 tahun sebesar 44%, Motivasi tinggi sebesar 52%, kinerja baik sebesar 56%. Sedangkan hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antar motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai administrasi RS Husada Jakarta dengan nilai P Value 0,00.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kinerja, Administrasi.

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) can now be used as a support in the teaching and learning process in the world of higher education, especially in nursing education. This study examines the effectiveness of learning with e-learning methods in nursing students. The method used in this literature view is based on 7 articles ranging from 2019 – 2023 with online databases used are PubMed, Scopus, Proquest, SAGE, CINAHL, and Google Scholar. The keywords used in article searches are e-learning and student and nursing. Nursing education supported by technology is essential to develop clinical reasoning and communication skills in health professionals, especially nursing.

Motivation is the driving force for a person or individual to carry out activities toward obtaining the desired thing, both positively and negatively. With this motivation, an effort is made to encourage employees to be more active at work to achieve maximum service to the community. Performance is how employees show their work performance through concrete actions. Employee performance is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include work motivation, personality, attitudes, and behavior. While external factors include superior leadership style, employee relations, and the work environment, The purpose of this study aimed to examine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of administrative employees at Tugu Koja Hospital. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, and the test used was Spearman's rho. This res earch was conducted at Tugu Koja General Hospital in the administrative section with a total of 37 respondents. The results obtained after the Spearman rho test were 0.861, with a significant value of 0.000. Based on the test results, it was concluded that there is a strong relationship between the performance of health administration employees and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Tugu Koja Hospital.

Posyandu plays a crucial role in improving community welfare in various regions, and the presence of health cadres as the spearhead of Posyandu implementation. The purpose of this activity is to enhance the ability of Posyandu cadres in providing services through effective communication skills improvement. The methods used in this activity include lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, as well as pre-tests and post-tests. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the effective communication skills of Posyandu cadres. This increase can be seen from the gain score values that improve the effective communication skills of Posyandu cadres. Participant S achieved the highest gain score value of 0.9 and a percentage increase of 90.0%.

Motivation discusses how to encourage someone's work enthusiasm, so that they want to work by providing optimal abilities and expertise to achieve goals (Danang Sunyoto, 2015). Providing excellent service is an action that must be carried out by workers/service providers in serving the people or residents around them. If the service provider is not satisfactory, do not hope that the client will return to our services, he will switch to another health facility that provides excellent service. It cannot be denied that when we come to a health facility, even a type of Posyandu facility, sometimes we still find the health workers and cadres who work less friendly, less energetic in serving the people who come, seem less enthusiastic about the various factors that make them like that, with their attitude. health workers like this illustrate the lack of excellent service. By looking at conditions like this, the author is interested in providing/sharing knowledge related to how to increase the motivation of Posyandu cadre officers in providing excellent service in RW 06 Susukan Village
