Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the times that many tours are found in the Bonto Bahari District area, of course, there needs to be a special strategy carried out as an effort to remain competitive with other existing tours. With the existence of Tanjung Bira Beach tourism, of course, it can have a positive and negative impact on the economy of the people on Tanjung Bira Beach. The purpose of this study is to describe the tourism development strategy in improving the community's economy at Tanjung Bira Beach, describe the impact of tourism development at Tanjung Bira Beach in improving the community's economy, and describe the obstacles faced in developing tourism at Tanjung Bira Beach and the solutions taken. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Tourism development strategies in improving the economy of the surrounding community in the form of adding objects of attraction, developing accessibility, amenity, public facilities, institutions, and the potential that tourism objects already have with facilities and infrastructure that are already owned. (2) The impact of tourism development is income from foreign exchange, additional community income, additional government revenue, opening up jobs, multiplier effects, utilization of facilities by local communities, and no negative impact. (3) The obstacles faced in the development of tourism on Tanjung Bira beach are limited funds, lack of creativity of managers, and lack of cohesiveness or community involvement. The solution is in the form of regular evaluations, and receiving suggestions from visitors regarding development and what needs to be developed again.

Abstract

This research looks at how the independent factors of company capital, social contact, level of education, and land area affect the dependent variable of income of seaweed cultivators either directly or indirectly. The quantitative research methodology was used to conduct explanatory investigations. Seaweed cultivators became the research target group, and 30 respondents from Pabiringa Village in Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency, were selected using a saturated sampling methodology. The data was collected and processed using IBM SPSS 25 using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing after the respondents filled out the questionnaire. The research findings show that: (1) Working capital has a beneficial and significant effect on the income of seaweed cultivators; (2) Social interaction has a positive and significant effect on the income of seaweed farmers. (3) The level of education has no positive or significant effect on the income of seaweed cultivators. (4) Land area has a positive and significant effect on the income of seaweed farmers. (5) Business capital, social interaction, and level of education are all profitable and have a significant effect on the income of seaweed cultivators.

Abstract

Purpose — This research was conducted to find out how entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial experience, and entrepreneurial motivation influence the management of farming in urban areas.Method — This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with associative methods and employing multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The research population consisted of members of the Citra women's farmer group, totaling 20 people located at BTN Citra Tello Permai, Tello Baru Village, Panakkukang District, Makassar City.Result — The results of the research indicate that the entrepreneurial education variable has a positive and significant effect on the management of urban farming businesses, the entrepreneurial experience variable also has a positive and significant effect on the management of urban farming businesses, while the entrepreneurial motivation variable, partially, shows no positive and significant effect on the management of urban farming businesses.Contribution — This research makes a valuable academic contribution by addressing a population gap, as prior studies primarily centered on MSMEs, with limited exploration of the crucial urban agricultural sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see whether Brand Equity, Price, and Product Quality have partial and simultaneous effect on the Decision to Purchase Iphone Brand Mobile Phones in Minasatene Village, Pangkep Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study involving 50 participants. Information was collected by distributing Likert scale questionnaires. Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the study reveal that the variables of Brand Equity (X1), Price (X2), and Product Quality (X3) all have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of iPhone Brand Mobile Phones in Minasatene Village, Pangkep Regency.Keywords: Brand equity, Price, Product Quality, Purchase DecisionDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v6i1.31-41

Abstract

Involving monetary consideration as a mediator variable, this study expects to decide what financial technology and financial literacy affect the culinary business performance in Makassar's Rappocini Region. Perceptions, interviews, and the conveyance of surveys to 120 respondents-an example looked over the current populace were utilized to gather information for the review. This study fits the portrayal of a quantitative illustrative review. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable for dragon fruit products in Tottong Village, Donri-Donri District, Soppeng Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was consumers of dragon fruit products in Tottong Village whose population was unknown, and in determining the sample using the Cochran formula a sample size of 97 people was obtained, which was taken using a non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research used a list of questions/questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this research use Path Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and f Test), Correlation Analysis and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used IBM SPSS software program version 26. This research resulted in findings that: (1) product quality significantly influences consumer satisfaction with Dragon Fruit products in Tottong Village, (2) promotion significantly influences consumer satisfaction with Buah Naga products Dragon in Tottong Village, (3) product quality significantly influences purchasing decisions for Dragon Fruit products in Tottong Village, (4) promotions significantly influences purchasing decisions for Dragon Fruit products in Tottong Village, (5) consumer satisfaction does not significantly influence purchasing decisions on Dragon Fruit products in Tottong Village, (6) purchasing decisions as an intervening variable cannot mediate between product quality and consumer satisfaction on Dragon Fruit products in Tottong Village, (7) purchasing decisions as an intervening variable cannot mediate between promotion and satisfaction consumers of Dragon Fruit products in Tottong Village.Keywords: Product Quality, Promotion, Consumer Satisfaction, Purchasing Decisions
