The research is a class action (Classroom Action Research). The aim of this research is to determine whether learning result can improve through learning mathematics Peer Teaching Method of factorization algebra material of students in class VIII3 at SMP Negeri 5 Parepare. The method of the researcher was Peer Teaching Method (a teaching method their peers in small groups). The subject of research is the students of VIII3 class at SMP Negeri 5 Parepare that is consisted of 18 students. The implementation of this research consisted of two cycles in each cycle consisting of four stages, such as: (a) planning stage, (b) action stage, (c), observation stage, (d) reflection stage. The collecting data analyzed by quantitative and qualitative analysis. The conclusion is the result of mathematic learning can improve through peer teaching method of the students VIII3 class at SMP NEGERI 5 PAREPARE.

Empirical Best Linear Unbiased Prediction (EBLUP) merupakan salah satu metode dalam pendugaan area kecil. Asumsi yang digunakan dalam EBLUP adalah bahwa pengaruh acak galat area saling bebas. Namun dalam beberapa kasus, asumsi ini sering dilanggar. Penyebabnya adalah keragaman suatu area dipengaruhi area sekitarnya, sehingga pengaruh spasial dapat dimasukkan ke dalam pengaruh acak. Akibat pelanggaran ini menyebabkan penduga EBLUP menjadi bias dan memiliki ragam yang besar. Solusi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan memasukkan informasi pengaruh spasial ke dalam model. Pendugaan area kecil yang memperhatikan pengaruh acak spasial area dikenal dengan istilah penduga Spatial Empirical Best Linear Unbiased Prediction (SEBLUP). Penduga SEBLUP memberikan pendugaan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan penduga EBLUP dengan membandingkan nilai ARRMSE dari masing-masing metode pendugaan.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of applying video-assisted flipped classroom learning models in integral calculus courses. The effectiveness of learning in this study was measured based on the achievement of learning outcomes, student activities during learning, and student responses. This study was a pre-experimental study with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used two tests, observation sheets, and two questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were conducted by using statistical and inferential descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis showed: (1) The score of student learning outcomes has increased reaching a minimum completeness score of 70 with an average score of student learning outcomes in posttest 1 and posttest 2 of 75.28 and 78.09, (2) The average student activity is in the very active category, and (3) The average percentage of student response questionnaires on two response questionnaires, namely student response to the implementation of mathematics learning is amounted to 88%, and student response to instructional video media is amounted to84%. In general, it can be concluded that the video-assisted flipped classroom learning model is effective to be applied in mathematics learning.

This activity was carried out with the aim of: (1) Increasing teacher knowledge in processing and analyzing research data; (2) Developing teacher awareness and knowledge about the importance of data management in research data analysis; (3) Improving the insight, ability and skills of teachers in utilizing data to make it more informative by analyzing data using excel software; and (4) Reducing the number of teachers who perform data processing and analysis intuitively and manually in the computing era. The results of the implementation of this activity were: (1) The knowledge of teachers in processing and analyzing research data was increased; (2) The awareness and knowledge of teachers about the importance of processing and analyzing research data were developed; (3) The insight, ability and skills of teachers in utilizing data to be more informative with proper data processing and analysis were improved; and (4) The number of teachers who perform data processing and analysis intuitively and manually in the computing era was reduced. Abstrak Pengolahan data menggunakan Anaysis Toolspack dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan bagi guru-guru di Kab. Barru bekerjasama dengan UPT SMA Negeri 1 Barru Kabupaten Takalar. Pelatihan bertempat di SMA Negeri 1 Barru Kabupaten Barru dan dilaksanakan secara daring dengan menggunakan Zoom. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar guru terampil dalam menggunakan paket statistik yang dimiliki Excel untuk mengolah data dan mengolah data menjadi satu informasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan statistika pada paket excel analysis tools pack dalam mengolah dan mengolah data setelah pelatihan lebih baik (meningkatkan) daripada sebelum pelatihan.

The application of fast calculation techniques in supporting the learning mathematics in this training activity aimed to increase the understanding of elementary school mathematics teachers about the fast calculation method that can be applied in basic algebraic calculation. The implementation of this activity was expected to improve the quality of Elementary School Mathematics education in Takalar Regency. This training used demonstration and question-and-answer methods about the fast calculation technique performed by elementary school teachers in Takalar Regency. The implementation of this activity began with observations and interviews with the Head of the Teacher and Education Personnel Division at the Takalar Regency Education Office. This activity was carried out by Syncronouse Online using the Zoom meeting application due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. There were 33 participants who attended the training. Based on the results of a questionnaire on the teacher’s perceptions about the use of fast calculation techniques, all teachers find this technique helpful. Therefore, the teachers will use this technique in teaching arithmetic to their students. Abstrak Penerapan teknik berhitung cepat sebagai penunjang pembelajaran Matematika dalam Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru- guru matematika sekolah dasar akan sebuah metode berhitung cepat yang dapat diterapkan dalam operasi dasar berhitung aljabar. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya mutu pendidikan Matematika Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Takalar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini berupa metode demonstrasi dan tanya jawab tentang teknik berhitung cepat yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru sekolah dasar Se-Kabupaten Takalar. Adapun kegiatan ini dimulai dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala bidang guru dan tenaga kependidikan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Takalar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara Daring Syncronouse menggunakan aplikasi meeting Zoom dikarenakan wabah Pandemi Covid – 19 masih mengganas. Peserta yang hadir saat pelaksanaan pelatihan sebanyak 33 orang. Hasil angket persepsi guru tentang penggunaan teknik berhitung cepat semua guru-guru merasa senang dengan kemampuan ini, demikian pula bahwa guru-guru akan memanfaatkan teknik ini dalam membelajarkan berhitung bagi murid-muridnya.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar,  (2) untuk mengetahui efikasi diri siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar, (3) untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar, (4) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar, (5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama kecerdasan emosional, efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar. (6) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar. (7) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar. (8) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto yang bersifat kausalitas dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 229 siswa dari kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makasar tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen: (1) angket kecerdasan emosional, (2)angket efikasi diri, (3) angket motivasi belajar, dan (4) tes hasil belajar matematika. Data dianalisis dengan statistika deskriptif dan statistika inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kecerdasan emosional, efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar. (2) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar. (3) efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar. (4) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Makassar. Kata Kunci:         Kecerdasan Emosional, Efikasi Diri, Motivasi Belajar, dan Hasil Belajar Matematika

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine: (1) how is the description of critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence and learning independence of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (2) whether there is an influence on the ability to think critically, emotional intelligence and independent learning together on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (3) whether there is a positive influence on the ability to think critically on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (4) whether there is a positive effect of emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (5) whether there is a positive effect of independent learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. This type of research is an ex-post facto research which is causality with a research sample of 57 students from class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa in the 2019/2020 school year using the sampling technique using cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques using tests, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that: (1) critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence and learning independence of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa were in the good category while the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa were in very high criteria. (2) the ability to think critically, emotional intelligence and independent learning together have an effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sunggguminasa. (3) the ability to think critically has a positive effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (4) emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (5) independent learning has a positive effect on mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa.

The purpose of the study was to describe the types of student errors and the factors that caused students to make mistakes in solving a two-variable system of linear equations based on Watson's criteria for class VIII MTs Pattuku. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII MTs Pattuku then chose 3 subjects to be interviewed who had the most types of errors based on Watson's criteria. The research instrument used was a diagnostic test consisting of 3 questions about a two-variable linear equation system and interview guidelines. From the results of this study, it shows that there are no students who make mistakes in missing data (committed data) and indirect manipulation (undirected manipulation). 16% made incorrect data errors (innapropriate data), 40% made incorrect procedural errors (innapropriate procedure), 68% made an omitted conclusion error, 24% made a response level conflict error, 36% made mistakes in the skill hierarchy problem, and 48% made mistakes other than the 7 categories above (above other).

This research aims to develop and produce digital teaching materials products using Macromedia flash application that are valid, practical and effective. This research method refers to a 4D development, and disseminate. Research instruments in the form of validation sheets by material expert and media expert to measure validity; questionnaires of learners; responses to measure practicality; and test of learning outcomes to measure effectiveness. The trial of teaching materials was conducted to class VII learners at SMPN 6 Makassar. The result showed that digital teaching materials developed using Macromedia flash applications in class VII junior high school comparison materials had valid criteria with validity score of 3.70 for the material and 3.50 for media, practically score of 3.60 for small groups and 3.51 for large groups, and effective with an effectiveness score of 90% for small groups and 86%.

Data analysis is an absolute step in quantitative research, the teacher's lack of understanding in conducting data analysis has an impact on the teacher's lack of enthusiasm in conducting research and writing scientific articles. This data analysis training uses excel software. Partners of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are mathematics teachers who join the Bantaeng district MGMP. This training is carried out offline at SMPN 3 Bantaeng Regency. This training aims to help teachers to be skilled in statistical data processing, understand the steps in conducting research with quantitative data. Passion for writing scientific articles for publication in journals. Through this training, it is hoped that these teachers will be able to process raw research data using excel software and interpret the output. This training is held in the form of material presentation, hands-on practice with excel software, and `task work'. The results achieved are 1) Teachers are skilled at processing research data using excel software, 2). Teachers better understand the steps in conducting research, 3). Able to write scientific articles properly and correctly.
