Abstract

The availability of standard integrated diagnostic assessment tools for measuring students' learning interests with technology for the Entikong border area is not yet available, so an instrument is needed to help educators measure students' initial assessments. This study aimed to analyze non-cognitive diagnostic assessments of website-based learning interests. The Research and Development (R&D) method was used in this study, with three stages of activity, namely Need Analysis & Design, Development, and Evaluation. The subjects of validation were 10 assessment experts and five website graphic experts. A limited trial for practicality testing was carried out during the Evaluation stage. The instruments used were interview guidelines, validity questionnaires, and response questionnaires for practicality testing. Data analysis was quantitative and qualitative, using the Lawshe formula to measure validity. The results showed that the assessment developed had an average CVR value of 0.99 and 1 with a valid category and a practicality test of 93.75% with a convenient category. This study concludes that the non-cognitive diagnostic assessment instrument for website-based learning interests developed meets the requirements for validity and practicality. This research implies that educators can use the website-based non-cognitive diagnostic assessment instrument as a reference in designing learning according to student needs based on the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

Bakteri Azospirillum sp, merupakan salah satu bakteri penambat nitrogen bebas yang bersifat non simbiotik, bakteri ini hidup di daerah perakaran tanaman dan berkembang biak membentuk koloni terutama pada daerah perpanjangan akar dan pangkal bulu akar. Bakteri ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk hayati yang membantu penambatan nitrogen di udara. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan aplikasi bakteri pemfikasi nitrogen adalah bahan pembawa atau carrier. Bahan pembawa berperan menjaga viabilitas dan efektivitas mikroba dalam pupuk hayati sebelum diaplikasikan. Bahan pembawa yang sering digunakan yaitu kompos. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama pengomposan jerami padi terhadap populasi bakteri Azospirillum sp. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan yaitu lama pengomposan jerami padi 1 minggu, 2 minggu, 3 minggu dan 4 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan lama pengomposan jerami padi satu minggu menghasilkan jumlah populasi tertinggi yaitu 21,13x106 CFU/g, dan Kandungan C/N terbaik 25,11 yaitu pada perlakuan dengan lama pengomposan 4 minggu.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui peningkatan prilaku inovatif guru, partisipatif dan kolaborasi. Perilaku guru yang inovatif perlu menjadi pusat pengembangan profesional guru. Studi pendahuluan penilaian kepala sekolah melalui kuesioner mengenai perilaku inovatif guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Peusangan diperoleh informasi bahwa secara keseluruhan baru 53,50% guru yang telah memiliki perilaku inovatif yang baik. Perilaku inovatif menjadi tuntutan kepada guru dalam menghadapi tantangan di era digital, guru dihadapkan pada persoalan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang berkembang lebih pesat dari ilmu-ilmu lainnya. Pustekkom Kemendikbud tahun 2018 merilis bahwa 60% guru masih gagap TIK. Dengan demikian, guru harus memahami inovasi dan mendukung penerimaan teknologi jika mereka ingin mempertahankan tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan cara dan strategi untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui peningkatan perilaku inovatif guru, partisipatif dan kolaborasi, untuk dijadikan masukan dan rekomendasi kepada kepala sekolah, pengawas, dinas pendidikan, dan kemendikbud. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kombinasi (mixed methods), yakni metode penelitian yang menggabungkan antara penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk digunakan secara bersama sama dalam penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung prilaku inovatif terhadap profesionalisme guru yang dibuktikan oleh nilai koefisien jalur ρ1y= 0,470 (p < 0,05) dengan thitung = 7,938 > ttabel = 0,127. 2) terdapat pengaruh langsung partisipatif guru terhadap profesionalisme guru yang dibuktikan oleh nilai koefisien jalur ρ2y= 0,130 (p < 0,05) dengan thitung = 1,782 > ttabel = 0,127. 3) terdapat pengaruh langsung kolaborasi guru terhadap profesionalisme guru yang dibuktikan oleh nilai koefisien jalur ρ1y= 0,234 (p < 0,05) dengan thitung = 2,444 > ttabel = 0,127. 4) terdapat pengaruh langsung prilaku inovatif guru terhadap kolaborasi guru yang dibuktikan oleh nilai koefisien jalur ρ13= 0,218 (p < 0,05) dengan thitung = 3,247 > ttabel = 0,127) terdapat pengaruh langsung partisipatif guru terhadap kolaborasi guru yang dibuktikan oleh nilai koefisien jalur ρ23= 0,232 (p < 0,05) dengan thitung = 3,247 > ttabel = 0,127. Abstract

Pendidikan Indonesia sebagai pewujudan cita-cita penerus bangsa menjadi bangsa yang berdaulat, mandiri, berkepribadian melalui terciptanya pelajar Pancasila akan haus bernalar kritis, kreatif, mandiri, beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, bergotong–royong, dan berkebhinekaan global. Di dunia yang saling terhubung secara global dan digital, semua guru, peserta didik, bahkan orang tua memerlukan keterampilan–pengetahuan baru agar berhasil dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Sampel penelitian meliputi: Kepala sekolah/ atau Wakil (Komite Sekolah), Guru wali kelas I, dan 5 Peserta didik Kelas I. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Kualitatif bersifat Teks Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Kebermaknaan (P5) proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila melalui dimensi Kebhinekaan Global di sekolah tersebut sudah menerapkan dan dilaksanakan dengan adanya pembiasaan yang dibuat pihak sekolah. Dari pemahaman tersebut agar dapat mampu mewujudkan peserta didik dalam memahami Kebermaknaan (P5) sesuai pada dimensi Kebhinekaan Global yang terdapat disalah satu proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning management of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri in Bireuen Regency in improving graduate quality. A descriptive qualitative method was applied, using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results revealed that learning planning was based on initial student assessments, character-based and Islamic values-integrated modules, and contextual methods. Organization involved student grouping, flexible class arrangements, and varied learning media. Implementation was interactive, integrative, and participatory. Supervision was conducted through structured classroom observations, document evaluations, and reflective discussions. Effective learning management had a positive impact on the quality of madrasah graduates.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of clinical supervision of school principals through coaching techniques in improving the performance of kindergarten teachers in Bireuen Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that clinical supervision planning is carried out through teacher needs analysis, supervision schedule preparation, and classroom observation instrument design. Organization of supervision is carried out by forming an internal supervision team and clear division of tasks. The implementation of supervision runs effectively through the application of coaching techniques, personal discussions, and direct guidance in class. Supervision evaluation is carried out periodically through reflection of supervision results and training follow-up. The implementation of clinical supervision with coaching has been proven to be able to improve teacher performance in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning.

Abstract

Previous research tends to show different results regarding the impact of fintech on banking performance. Therefore, the aim of this research is to examine the impact of fintech peer to peer (P2P) landing as a competitor on banking performance in Indonesia within the scope of conventional Persero banking. This research uses the ECM (Error Correction Model) regression test method where the research object used is conventional state-owned banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The dependent variable is banking performance using ROA, LDR and BOPO, while the independent variable is peer to peer lending which uses the number of borrower accounts and loan amount, and there are control variables namely bank size (size) and CAP. The research results show that P2P Lending is not yet disruptive and cannot become competition that threatens the performance of state-owned banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

The main problems in this study are 2, namely: Administrative Managerial of the Principal in improving quality in Elementary Schools and Operational Managerial of the Principal in improving quality in Elementary Schools. This research was conducted in Elementary Schools. This type of research is field research using descriptive qualitative analysis research methods, namely researchers observe and interact directly with the principal, teachers, quality and human resource development fields through interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study indicate that the administrative managerial of the principal in improving quality has been implemented quite effectively, which is indicated by all elements of administrative managerial having run according to the program from planning to supervision. The operational managerial of the principal in improving quality has been implemented quite effectively, which is indicated by all elements of operational management running functionally.

Abstract

Shopee is one of the most popular online marketplaces in Indonesia, with more than 103 million users in 2023. Most users consider factors such as customer reviews, ratings, prices, and free shipping promotions before making a purchase. Analyzing user reviews is essential to understand consumer perceptions of services, identify satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and detect potential issues that need to be addressed. However, sentiment analysis faces challenges in processing text with diverse language styles, structures, and informal expressions. To overcome these challenges, this study applies machine learning algorithms—Support Vector Machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN)—for classifying sentiment in Shopee user reviews. Data labeling using the Lexicon InSet method produced 9,509 positive reviews (47.55%), 7,686 negative reviews (38.43%), and 2,805 neutral reviews (14.03%). Based on the Confusion Matrix results, SVM outperformed KNN, particularly in classifying negative and neutral sentiments with higher accuracy. These findings indicate that SVM is a more effective and efficient model for sentiment analysis of user reviews on the Shopee platform.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine academic supervision through the implementation of training in improving teacher pedagogical competence in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency. The approach to this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that: (1) At the planning stage of academic supervision through the implementation of training in improving teacher pedagogical competence in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency, it shows that the planning of academic supervision by the principal in improving teacher pedagogical competence can be said to be running well and also what has been planned has produced results and has been achieved optimally. (2) At the stage of implementing academic supervision through the implementation of training in improving teacher pedagogical competence in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency, it shows that the implementation of supervision is as effective as possible so that it can be a solution to various deficiencies in problems related to educators in general. The principals of State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency can provide understanding and are able to carry out supervision. (3) At the stage of evaluating academic supervision through the implementation of training to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency, it was shown that the evaluation of academic supervision in State Kindergartens throughout Bireuen Regency was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers.
