Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan circuit traning atas hasil daya tahan otot lengan dan akurasi memanah atlet panahan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperiment kuantitatif dengan design penelitian one grup pretest posttes design . Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 atlet. Sampel di tentukan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 12 atlet yang di beri treatment sebanyak 16x pertemuan. Instrumen yang digunakan test daya tahan otot lengan dan scoring memanah jarak 50m. Data yang terkumpul akan di uji normalitas menggunakan teknik Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji homogenitas memakaiuji Levene Test Wilk . Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik uji-t bahwa t hitung = -0,10 lebih kecil dari t (0,05) (12) = 2,22 pada taraf signifikansi 0,08 % sehingga tingkat kebermaknaan Hipotesis nul (Ho) diterima. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan, (a) terdapat peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan pada atlet panahan Kabupaten Banyumas setelah melakukan latian; (b) terdapat peningkatan latihan circuit traning pada hasil akurasi memanah atlet panahan Kabupaten Banyumas setelah melakukan latihan. Oleh karena itu dengan diberikan latihan circuit traning dapat dijadikan alternatif latihan fisik.

Abstract

Konsentrasi ini sangat penting dibutuhkan untuk atlet panahan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan panahan di jarak 50 meter. Jenis penelitian ini korelasi untuk mengetahui sebuah hubungan. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling jumlah sampel 12 atlet panahan di Kabupaten Banyumas yang masih berstatus Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Instrumen yang digunakan angket konsentrasi dengan 20 butir pertanyaan dan tes memanah jarak 50 meter. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS dengan uji statistik. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas menggunakan teknik Kolmogorov Smirnov didapatkan hasil sig. 0,167 (konsentrasi) dan sig. 0,200 (memanah jarak 50 m) p>0,05 data berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji homogenitas menggunakan teknik Levene's Test of Equality didapatkan nilai sig. 0,133 (p>0,05) disimpulkan bersifat homogen. Berdasarkan hasil tes konsentrasi menggunakan kuesioner ini terdapat 4 atlet (33,3%) yang tingkat konsentrasi dirinya dalam kategori sangat tinggi, 2 atlet (16,7%) kategori tinggi, 3 atlet (25%) kategori sedang, dan 3 atlet (25%) kategori rendah. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsentrasi yang tinggi terhadap kemampuan memanah atlet pada jarak 50 meter dengan hasil sig. 0,000 (p<0,05), yang berarti memanah membutuhkan konsentrasi yang tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dumbell thera band and bow training on accuracy of archery athletes. This research is an experiment with a two groups pretest posttest design. The sample consisted of 24 athletes who were given treatment for 16 meetings. The instrument used the archery scoring test at a distance of 40m. The test for normality was done using skolmogorov smirnov and the homogeneity test with levene test at the significance level of 5% (p> 0.05). Hypothesis testing was performed using paired samples t-test. The results indicated that (a) there is an effect of dumbell thera band exercise on the accuracy of archery athletes, (b) there is an effect of bow training on the accuracy of archery athletes, and (c) there is a difference in the influence between the exercises dumbell thera band and bow training in increasing the accuracy of archery athletes, where dumbell thera band exercise has a greater effect in improving archery accuracy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of smartphone use and physical fitness. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with an ex post facto approach. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, totaling 212 students. Determination of the sample size in this study using the Slovin formula with a sampling error of 10% totaling 68 students. Instruments to measure physical fitness are TKJI tests aged 13-15 years and the intensity of smartphone use is measured using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SPSS 2020. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the intensity of smartphone use and physical fitness, with a calculated r value of -0.619.

Abstract

Olahraga panahan mempunyai peran stategis untuk membentuk karakter atlet pelajar di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post facto untuk menemukan penyebab perubahan perilaku, gejala atau fenomena yang disebabkan oleh peristiwa pribadi, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Populasi dalam peneltian ini ada 88 atlet pelajar yang di ambil dengan purpose sampling didapat sempel 30 atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang telah diujicobakan dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diketahui validitas 0,312 dan reabilitas 0,911. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan presentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian karakter atlet pelajar panahan di Kabupaten Banyumas sebagian besar pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 37,5 %, pada ketegori cukup sebesar 25 %, pada kategori kurang sebesar 17,5 % dan pada kategori sangat kurang sebesar 10 %, dan kategori sangat Baik 10 %. Hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan diketahui karakter atlet pelajar panahan di Kabupaten Banyumas adalah baik

Abstract

Restrictions on community activities due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus have changed sports in Indonesia, forcing athletes to practice independently in their respective homes with training programs created by coaches. This study aims to find out the effect of circuit body weight training on arm muscle endurance and archery accuracy of archery athletes. This research is an experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design. This study employed purposive sampling with the criteria of elite archery athletes, still in high school, male, and willing to participate. Total of 12 athletes was given treatment with 8 movements for 16 meetings. The instrument is a holding bow digit test for arm muscle endurance, while archery accuracy uses 50 meters of archery. The collected data were examined for normality and homogeneity, then followed with t-test with the result that t count = 0.00 less than t (0.05). Based on the results, it is concluded that circuit bodyweight training positively improves arm muscle endurance and accuracy of archery athletes. Therefore, giving circuit bodyweight training can be used as a recommendation for physical exercise to increase arm muscle endurance and archery accuracy in archery athletes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna di Fitness Center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengguna fitness center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sejumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah survei menggunakan instrumen angket. Objek penelitian ini berupa kepuasan pengguna fitness center HSC yang meliputi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengkonversikan menjadi kategori sangat memuaskan, memuaskan, tidak memuaskan, dan sangat tidak memuaskan. Penelitian mengambil subjek pengguna fitness center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta menurut jenis kelamin antara pengguna laki-laki sebanyak 73 orang dan perempuan sebanyak 23 perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan yang diterima oleh pengguna fitness center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta adalah memuaskan dengan presentase sebesar 82%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara umum kualitas pelayanan jasa yang diberikan adalah memuaskan baik yang dirasakan oleh member laki-laki maupun perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan terhadap bagaimana kualitas pelayanan jasa yang diberikan fitness center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kepada pengguna agar di masa yang akan datang dapat memberikan pelayanan jasa yang lebih baik.User satisfaction on quality of services in hsc fitness center Faculty of Sports Science Yogyakarta State UniversityAbstractThis study aims to determine user satisfaction with quality in the HSC fitness center, Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were users of the HSC fitness center, Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University. This study used a sample size of 100 respondents. Sampling using the purposive sampling method. The method used in data collection is a survey using a questionnaire instrument. The object of this research is the satisfaction of users in the HSC fitness center which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis by converting into categories of very satisfactory, satisfactory, unsatisfactory, and very unsatisfactory. The study took the subject of users of the HSC Fitness center, Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University according to gender, between 73 male users and 23 female users. The results showed that the satisfaction received by users of the HSC fitness center, Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University was satisfactory with a percentage of 82%. Based on the results of the study, in general, the quality of the services provided is satisfactory for both male and female members. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the quality of services provided by the HSC fitness center, Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University

Abstract

Sesungguhnya string yang ideal harus dibuat sendiri dengan melihat karakteristik atlet dan jenis peralatan yang dugunakan secara langsung supaya menghaslkan string yang tepat sehingga dalam penelitian ini tentang studi pendahuluan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pemahaman pelatih panahan di yogyakarta dan jawa tengah yang berhubungan dengan pembuatan, fungsi dan tehnik membuat string dan serving untuk olahraga panahan yang berkualitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Populasi penelitiannya adalah pelatih yang berada di Kota Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah. Jumlah populasi 40 pelatih yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Seluruh sampel tersebut dengan kriteria merupakan pelatih panahan di Jawa, serta bersedia menjadi sampel serta Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup. Tehnik pengumpulan daata dengan cara menyebar angket melalui goggle from selanjutnya para pelatih mengisi angket tersebut namun sebelum disebarluaskan angket tersebut sudah di uji validitasnya dengan rumus korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas cronbach's alpha dengan nilai 0,896, yang artinya angket sudah valid dan reliabel. Terdapat hasil pelatih di Jawa dilihat dari hasil analisis tingkat pengetahuan terkait dengan alat elektrik string server in archery 3 in 1 masih kurang dengan bukti 23 pelatih masih belum mengetahui alat elektrik string server in archery 3 in 1 dan ada beberapa yang baru mendengar nama alat ini.

Abstract

Archery is an individual sport that requires consistent technique therefore this study aims to determine how good the basic archery techniques are for the male and female athletes of the archery club in Banyumas with a quantitative descriptive design using descriptive methods. The research population is archery athletes at the Taurus Archery School club, a total of 28 athletes. Samples were taken using purposive sampling totaling 14 athletes, with criteria for male and female adolescent athletes not in a state of illness. The instrument used is a Rubik or an assessment sheet by observing the object under study and analyzing using descriptive percentages. The results of the research on basic archery techniques for male athletes in the very poor category are 0.00% (0 athletes), less 71.43% (5 athletes), good 28.57% (2 athletes), and very good 0. 00% (0 athletes). While the basic archery techniques for female athletes are in the very poor category of 0.00% (0 athletes), less than 100.00% (7 athletes), good 0.00% (0 athletes), and very good 0.00% (0 athletes). Based on the average value of basic archery techniques for female athletes of the Taurus Archery School club in the less category.

Abstract

Physical fitness is needed by every human being to support his activities. Vocational Students are no exception when entering the industrial world. Because people who have good physical fitness will not feel tired quickly and still have other energy reserves to continue other activities. Vocational students who are basically required to have 70% skills must a healthty and fit body. As for the research objective, namely to determine the effect of the simple fitness training model to improve the physical fitness of Vocational students. The population of this research is vocational students with a sample of 24 students. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample with the criteria of final semester Indonesian Traditional Medicine Study Program students who are willing to take part in the study. This study uses mix of methods (qualitative and quantitative) with qualitative using the literature review and quantitative using the two group pretest and posttest design approach. Data were collected using the focus discussion grup and Cooper test instrument to determine cardiopulmonary fitness and the push-up sit-up test to determine the endurance of the arm and abdominal muscles. The results showed that the simple fitness training model had an effect on the physical fitness of vocational students with an average increase of 16%, the abdominal and arm muscle endurance groups by 15%. Based on the result of the sit up test and push up test. With the existence of a simple fitness training model, it can be carried out and is useful for students, especially vocational students.
