Abstract

Social media platforms such as Instagram have become essential spaces for fans of the Indonesian National Football Team to articulate their reactions and support. Systematically analyzing these comments offers a valuable window into the collective sentiment and perception surrounding match outcomes and team management decisions. This research applies the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC), a widely recognized probabilistic method for text classification, to categorize Instagram comments into sentiment classes. The NBC operates on the principle of conditional probability and is particularly advantageous due to its efficiency with limited training data. Between September 5, 2024, and March 25, 2025, a dataset of 1,500 comments was assembled from 15 Instagram posts reflecting different match results—victories, draws, and defeats. The analysis revealed that while NBC attained an overall classification accuracy of 90%, its performance varied across sentiment categories. The model was especially adept at identifying Neutral comments, achieving high precision and recall, but demonstrated limitations in reliably classifying Positive and Negative sentiments. These findings highlight both the potential and the challenges of deploying NBC for sentiment analysis in imbalanced social media datasets.

Abstract

Background: Bullous Pemphigoid (BP) is the most common subepidermal bullous autoimmune disease, typically presenting as tense bullae. Atypical presentations of bullous pemphigoid often mimic TEN or impetigo, creating diagnostic ambiguity. Effective management of these cases requires integrated strategies to address systemic health factors and extensive oral mucosal involvement. Objective: This report highlights the Oral Health Care Management of atypical oral and cutaneous manifestations of Bullous Pemphigoid. Case: A 58-year-old woman with a history of Diabetes Mellitus and heart disease was referred with extensive bullae, erosions, and "honey-like" crusts involving over 30% of her body surface area. Her condition worsened despite two weeks of treatment with acyclovir, which was administered for suspected herpes. The presentation was highly suggestive of TEN and impetigo. Case Management: Management of the oral and perioral lesions focused on infection prevention and pain relief. Debridement was performed using sterile gauze soaked in normal saline and 0.2% chlorhexidine. This was followed by the application of Aloevera extract gel/spray. Comprehensive systemic therapy, including corticosteroids and immunosuppressants, was coordinated by a multidisciplinary team to control the autoimmune disease and its comorbidities. Conclusion: The presence of comorbidities, such as diabetes, further complicates systemic management and heightens the risk of secondary infections, requiring meticulous wound care. A multidisciplinary diagnostic algorithm, supported by supplementary examinations, is crucial for differentiating atypical BP from TEN and impetigo infection. Adequate management of associated oral and perioral manifestations is an integral component of comprehensive patient care.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Unit Pengelola Pelabuhan Kelas III Indramayu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin pentingnya MSDM dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi di instansi pemerintah, khususnya yang bertanggung jawab atas pelayanan publik dan manajemen operasional maritim. Kinerja pegawai secara luas diakui sebagai penentu penting keberhasilan organisasi, dan praktik MSDM telah diidentifikasi sebagai pendorong utama untuk meningkatkan motivasi, kapabilitas, dan produktivitas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier sederhana, penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara MSDM (variabel independen) dan kinerja pegawai (variabel dependen). Data dikumpulkan dari pegawai Kantor Unit Pengelola Pelabuhan Kelas III Indramayu melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa MSDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,3565. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa MSDM berkontribusi sekitar 35,65% terhadap variasi kinerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 64,35% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar cakupan penelitian ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif—seperti pelatihan, komunikasi, supervisi, penempatan kerja, dan penilaian kinerja—memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas di organisasi pemerintah. Namun, nilai R² yang relatif moderat juga menyiratkan bahwa kinerja pegawai dibentuk oleh faktor-faktor organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan yang lebih luas. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil kinerja yang lebih tinggi, terutama dalam konteks pelayanan publik di mana akuntabilitas dan keandalan operasional sangat penting.
