Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research was persuasive paragraph writing learning activity in 10th grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah had not showed maximum result. This research was qualitative research through two cycles. Each cycle consist of four steps which were planning, action, observation, reflection. The subjects of this research were Teacher and students. Data collecting tool in this research was test activity. Data analysis in this research was words description form. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the use of Proshow Producer Media could improve the result of persuasive paragraph writing learning. The use of Proshow Producer media gave benefits to the students in finding ideas words would be used in writing persuasive paragraph. In the cycle I, the students’ average score was 72.64 with the lowest score was 55 and the highest was 80. After revising in cycle II, the students’ average score reached 79.11 with the lowest score was 65 and the highest score was 90. The score improvement which was gained by students in each cycle proved that the use of Proshow Producer Media in persuasive paragraph writing was effective. Keywords: Proshow Producer Media, writing, persuasive paragraph

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the low score of students in learning to write poetry in SMP Negeri 3 Semparuk therefore, the researcher is interested to apply contextual learning approach. This study is devoted to describe the learning process that can improve the skills of writing poetry, student responses, and the results of writing poetry using contextual learning approaches in A class of seven grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Semparuk. The form of this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Data in this research is the process of learning, student responses, and the results of poetry learning. Data collection techniques in this study using test techniques, observation, and documentation.The results showed that writing poetry using contextual learning approaches in students succeeded in improving students' poetry writing skills. The process of writing poetry writing by teachers is very good. Student responses use a good contextual learning approach. The average score of students between the cycles has increased, in the first cycle reached 74.80 and the second cycle reached 82.96. The percentage of students' completeness score among the cycles also increased, that is in the first cycle reached 52% and the second cycle reached 89%.  Keywords: improvement, skill, poetry writing, contextual learning approach.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was based on student got low score of writing description text of  X grade student DKV 1 SMKN 8 Pontianak academic year 2016-2017. student get low score because learning activities is done in one direction. The teacher still used lecturing in the process of learning and was became monoton to us. Alternative to solve the problem is use modelling technique to improve students writing skill description text. The purpose of this research is to describe learning of writing description text through modelling technique to the X grade students DKV 1 SMKN 8 Pontianak academic year  2016-2017. The method of this research was desciptive, in form of qualitative. The research was classroom action research and done through 2 cycle. Data source of this reseach was the teacher of Bahasa Indonesia and student of X DKV 1 SMKN 8 Pontianak. The data was taken through observation and test. After the implementation of modelling technique score of writing description text was increased from mean score 71 in first cycle to 75 in second cycle. The result of this research showed applying the effective method can fixed the problems and can increase the student’s achievement in teaching learning process in classroom.Keywords: Modelling Tecnique, Description Text, Writing.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to obtain information about planning, implementation, learning outcomes, and barriers to learning text of class VIII drama students based on the curriculum of 2013 at SMPN 10 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method and qualitative form. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The tool used to collect data in the form of observation guidelines and documentation tool in the form of mobile phones. Data analysis techniques employed data analysis techniques on sites developed by Miles Huberman. The results showed that the planning made the teacher has been well designed seen from the achievement of the criteria determined. the implementation of learning is done well although there are some learning activities that have not been maximized. Teachers' learning outcomes are not in accordance with assessment criteria because teachers do not use assessment rubrics. Barriers to learning experienced by teachers such as class mastery, time allocation, cover of learning and learning media. Keywords: Learning Implementation, Drama Text, Curriculum 2013

Abstract

AbstractThis research is based on the weakness of MTs student skill. Darul Amin Pontianak in writing poetry. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). Qualitative research forms and descriptive methods. The data sources of this research are teachers and students of class VIII of 31 students. Data in this research is planning, implementation, and result of writing poetry. The technique in this research is the technique of test and technique of nontes. Results obtained from the study average student learning outcomes on pretest with an average of 64.37. Results of writing students in the first cycle using the contextual approach has increased by an average of 75.48. The value in cycle II with an average of 79.35. Based on the data of student writing, from cycle I cycle II also increased. The use of contextual approach in the process of writing poetry learning can foster motivation and enthusiasm of students in learning. Students are required to actively seek and find their learning in a way, kontruktivisme, inquiry, ask community, modeling, reflection, and real assessment.Keywords: poetry writing skill, contextual approach.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the desire to know the process of learning to write poetry, and find out whether the teacher has implemented poetry writing learning based on the signs in the 2013 Curriculum. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method in question is to describe the planning, implementation, and learning outcomes of writing poetry carried out by the teacher in the class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The data of this study are the results of observations of the lesson plans made by the teacher, the results of observations on the implementation of learning, and the learning outcomes obtained by students. Sources of data in this study Indonesian Language students and teachers SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. The results of the analysis show that the learning planning (RPP) formulated by the teacher in learning to write poetry has reflected the 2013 curriculum based learning. The implementation of learning that has been done by the teacher is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. and skills assessment results. The results of the assessment are for the attitude value of class X IPA 1 to IPA 5 the overall average has shown good categories, for the results of the value of knowledge X IPA 5 the overall average score is 78 (Enough), IPA 2 78.86 (Enough ), IPA 4 81.48 (Good), IPA 3 81.46 (Good), and IPA 1 83.06 (Good). Furthermore, the results of the value of poetry writing skills have shown a fairly good category and only the class X IPA 5 of science has not reached the KKM on average. The average overall score for the skill grades of grade class X IPA 5 is 74.64, IPA 2 75.03, IPA 4 76.36, IPA 3 75.37, and IPA 1 75.90. Keywords: Learning Process, Writing Poetry, 2013 Curriculum

Abstract

AbstractThis study describes (1) the lesson plan of biography text based of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak, (2) the implementation of teaching and learning biography text of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak, (3) the result of biography text teaching and learning of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak.The method used in this study is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data sources of this study were the teacher of Indonesian language and tenth grade students of IIS 1, they were 31 students. The data in this study are in the form of planning, implementation, and the results of teaching learning biography text. Data collection techniques of this study were observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data collection tools are observation guidelines and recording device. Data analysis in this study includes three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and data inference.The results of the study found that the lesson plan of teaching learning biography text still had weaknesses; specifically the teacher did not arrange teaching indicators lead to the demand of basic competence. Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by high school drama text learning which is still suspected to have constraint, this is because in general the teacher in delivering the material is not in accordance with the planned implementation of learning that has been designed. Common problems in this study are planning, implementation, and learning outcomes. The general purpose of this research is to describe the learning of drama text based on the curriculum of 2013 on the students of class XI IIS semester 2 SMA Negeri 1  Sungai Ambawang. The method used in the research is descriptive method because the research describes the planning, implementation and learning outcomes implemented by teachers. The form of this research is qualitative data in the form of words. Research data is teacher planner made by teacher, implementation of learning in class and result obtained by student. Sources of data in the study were Indonesian students and teachers.it can be concluded that the planning made by the teacher is in accordance with the planning component. Implementation of lessons learned by teachers is less appropriate with planning. The value obtained by students is 71.88 still under KKM. Keywords: Learning, Drama Text, Curriculum 2013

Abstract

AbstractSMPN 11 Pontianak has recently implemented the 2013 Curriculum. This research discussed the implementation, difficultief student, and evaluation in implementing the curriculum in the Indonesian language subject. This study aims to describe learning to write official letter in class VII students of SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data sources in this study were teachers and students. The theory used as the reference in this study is the theory of Indonesian language learning based on the 2013 curriculum. Based on the findings, it was concluded that (1) plans designed by the teacher were in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, (2) the implementation of learning write official letters conducted by teachers based on Teacher Ability Assessment Tool 2 (APKG 2) has been implemented well, and (3) assessment of the learning of write official letters conducted by the teacher is in accordance with the assessment provisions based on the 2013 curriculum. Keywords: Learning Instruction, Writing official letters

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the researcher?s curiosity towards the learning process of fable story based on the 2013 curriculum in the seventh grade students of SMP conducted by the teacher. Project-based learning, frequently asked questions, discussions, and assignments. The purpose of this research is to describe planning, implementation, and evaluation in learning fable story based on curriculum 2013 on VII students of SMPNegeri 20Pontianak Utara.The method in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research form. Data collection techniques used in this study is using direct observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that in the process of learning planning, the implementation of learning fable stories based on the 2013 curriculum in the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 20 Pontianak Utara is good and in accordance with the curriculum 2013. Studens results in learning fable story is also good. Obtaining knowledge value is 88,65 and skill value is 71,41. Keywords: Learning, fable story, curriculum 2013, descriptive
