Abstract

AbstractSMPN 6 Pontianak has recently implemented the 2013 Curriculum. This research discussed the planning, implementation, and evaluation in implementing the curriculum in the Indonesian language subject. This study aims to describe learning to write responses to fiction books based on the 2013 curriculum in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data sources in this study were teachers and students. The theory used as the reference in this study is the theory of Indonesian language learning based on the 2013 curriculum. Based on the findings, it was concluded that (1) the first and second lesson plans designed by the teacher were in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, (2) the implementation of learning fiction and nonfiction books conducted by teachers based on Teacher Ability Assessment Tool 2 (APKG 2) has been implemented well, and (3) assessment of the learning of fiction and nonfiction books conducted by the teacher is in accordance with the assessment provisions based on the 2013 curriculum. Keywords: Learning Instruction, Writing Responses, Fiction Books

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the lack of interest of students to the literary works, one of whom wrote poetry. So the problem that arises is how the learning to write poetry on the students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Segedong Mempawah lesson year 2017/2018. This research method is descriptive. Form of research used qualitative. Sources of data in this study are Indonesian teachers and students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Segedong. Data collection techniques use observation and test techniques. Data analysis technique using qualitative descriptive model. The results or conclusions of this study are: 1) Implementation of learning in the form of preliminary activities undertaken by the teacher has been implemented all well; 2) Implementation of learning in the form of core activities that are divided in the mastery of the material, the application of learning strategies, learning to write poetry, process assessment and learning outcomes, and the use of language; 3) Implementation of learning in the form of closing activities is the teacher with students concluded the material has been studied. The teacher asks a message that can be taken from the material, the teacher also conducts an assessment of the learning activities; 4) Assessment of the final results using the assessment rubric. The technique of writing poetry writing skills using product assessment techniques (work).Keywords: Learning, Writing, Poetry

Abstract

AbstractLearning to write news texts is an important thing to do. This is due to advances in technology and information in today's modern era. Information that is around us can be known by the crowd. One way is to create news. News as a true event of its existence and has happened can be interesting if the data is packed well too. As a writing skill, learning to write news text can be implemented using learning models in Curriculum 2013. This research was conducted in class XII Administration Office SMKN 3 Pontianak. The purpose of research in learning to write this news text is to describe and conclude about the implementation process, obstacles and the results of learning to write news text. The method used in this study is qualitative, that is to describe the results of research using words. The result is the process of writing textual news execution using Problem Based Learning model. The student barriers include the use of punctuation and the application of predefined spellings, as well as the determination of topic and news writing. The result of learning text writing news students quite well. There are three components that have not been well practiced students, namely word selection, application of structure and sentence formation.       Keywords: learning writing, news text, learning model Curriculum 2013.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and learning outcomes of writing official letters in class VII SMPN 4 Monterado. The research method used was descriptive. Data were taken from two teachers, 21 students of class A and 23 of class B. Research instruments used were Teacher Ability Measurement Tools (APKG I & II), observation guidelines, and a camera. Based on the findings, the lesson plans designed for both classes were appropriate based on the lesson plan components. However, the class B lesson plan was less appropriate in terms of assignment and assessment. The learning implementation in class B was not based on the lesson plans made. Learning outcomes in both classes based on student worksheets reached an average of <70, but the assessment was not optimal due to the absence of an assessment rubric. In class A, the teacher did not carry out an assessment of the aspects of attitude and knowledge, but only the aspect of skills. While in class B, the teacher did not carry out a skill assessment, but only aspects of attitude and knowledge. Therefore, the implementation of the assessment by taking into account the three aspects needs to be reviewed for future improvement.Keywords: Learning Intruction, Official Lerrers.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the curiosity of researcher towards the learning process of the text poetry people (pantun) in class VII of MTs Miftahul Huda in Landak Regency. The research was conducted by teacher who teaches in class VII. Researcher chose the research focus on 2013 curriculum based learning, including the planning, implementation, and the results of the text poetry people learning. This study describes Indonesian language teachers lesson plan, Implementation, and evaluated teaching learning achieved Teaching and Learning Wrote the Text Poetry People (pantun) Based on the 2013 Curriculum to the Seventh Grade of Miftahul Huda Landak Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive in the from qualitative research. The data sources of this study were Indonesian language subject teacher and seventh grade, they were 22 students. The date in this study are in the form of planning, implementation, and the result of teaching learning the text poetry people. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and interview. Meanwhile, data collection tools are observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and recording devices. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was backgrounded by the disclosure of class X students at SMA 7 Singkawang who have poor writing skills. The students were not able to collect information, start the beginning of the story, sequence a series of stories experienced by the figure, and have low motivations. Therefore, this research aimed to represent the planning, implementation and results from the instruction using the Picture and Picture method. This class action research was conducted in two cycles, of which each cycle comprised steps such as planning, acting, observing, and reflection. The method used was descriptive in the form of qualitative research. Data was presented qualitatively to see the level of achievement and quantitatively to identify the learning outcomes using a simple statistical method. The findings demonstrated that the selected method increased the learning results in writing biographical text. This is confirmed from (1) The instruction in cycle I and II had been organized based on the steps of the Picture and Picture method, however, one of the steps of the selected method was not incorporated in the lesson plan, and was reviewed in cycle II; (2) The implementation in cycle I was appropriately conducted; however, one step in the lesson plan was not done and thus revised in cycle II; (3) The learning outcomes improved with the average scores of the test by 69.79 in cycle I and 77.86 in cycle II. Abstract

 AbstractIn relation to this research is "How is the ability to write paragraphs of argumentation by students of grade X of Semester 2 of SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak Lesson Year 2016/2017?". The subproblems of this study are how the ability to write paragraphs of argument by the students of grade X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak Lesson Year 2016/2017 viewed from the aspect of content, the aspects of unity (cohesion), and aspects ketuan (coherence).This research uses descriptive method with quantitative research form. The technique used with it, the researcher is interested to examine students' ability to write paragraphs of Argumentation. Common issues In taking samples is a random sample technique (random). Data collection technique is done by indirect communication technique. The data collection tool used, the written test. Based on the results of data analysis is known the ability to write paragraphs of argumentation by students of class X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak academic year 2016/2017 seen from the aspect of content is the percentage of 59.4% with enough category, seen from the aspect of unity (cohesion) is the percentage of 56.3 % With enough category, seen from aspect kemuan (coherence) is the percentage of 90,63% with very good category, and seen from all aspect is the percentage equal to 65,98% with enough category. Keywords: Ability, writing, paragraphs of argument, paragraph content, unity                        (Cohesion), cohesion (coherence).

Abstract

Abstract This research was motivated the MTsN 2 school in Pontianak city was one of the schools that used K13, curriculum carried out the activities of implementing students to become more active. Thus, a follow-up to documenting the school is deemed necessary, because it can be an example and reference to prospective teachers and teachers who have taught in schools. This study aims to describe the lesson plan, implementation, and results  for writing text reviews on class VIII MTsN 2 Pontianak City 2018/2019. The results of (1) Learning Implementation Plans (LIP) designed by the teacher are in accordance with the LIP component. Viewed from several aspects the teacher has included the components made in accordance with the format of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 22 of 2016. (2) The implementation has referred to the LIP made, namely from the preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. The learning process uses a scientific approach and the learning method used is the Descovery Learning method. (3) The results of the acquisition of students for the implementation of the learning that has been carried out have been quite good.Keywords: Review Text, Teaching Learning

Abstract

AbstractThis research was based on learning to write explanatory texts in the Pontianak Mujahidin Private High School. Overall, the planning, implementation and evaluation carried out by the teacher has been systematic, even though there are obstacles experienced by the teacher when teaching but all can be handled well. Indonesian language subject teachers are very responsive to the problems that occur around the school and when conducting the learning process. The method used in this research is descriptive method with the form of qualitative research, and the type of teaching research. This study describes the planning, implementation, and learning outcomes of writing explanatory texts carried out by the teacher on the first semester XI grade students of Pontianak Mujahidin High School. The data sources in this study were Indonesian language teachers and students at the Pontianak Mujahidin High School. The data of this study are the results of observations of the plan for the implementation of learning and implementation of learning as well as the results of student learning evaluations. Based on the results of the analysis carried out it can be concluded that the planning made by the teacher is in accordance with the planning component which includes core competencies, basic competencies, objectives, material, methods, media, and assessment instruments. Keywords:  Learning to Write Explanatory Text

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the low interest in reading and student motivation in learning to read comprehension of grade  VII  SMPN 5  Samalantan district of Bengkayang regency. The problem of this research is on planning, implementation and outcomes to improve the ability to understand the text fable using  Directed Reading Activity method. This study is expected to provide benefits to researchers, teachers, students and schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method to form a Class Action Research.Sources of data in this study were teachers and students. Data in this research are documents in the form of lesson plans, and the result test conducted by student about the ability to understand  the contents of fable text using the DRA  method.The data collection technique used is the technique of direct observation. The results obtained in this study experienced improvement in every process. Based on the result of research in the first cycle the average value of student learning outcomes only reached 65.14 and is under the minimum value of the specified completeness criteria which is 72. In the second cycle average value of student learning outcomes reached 83, 90 which means it meets the minimum completeness criteria or is above the prescribed standard is 72 to 86% Percentage of completeness.
