Abstract

This research is quantitative research. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of coach leadership on motivation and also on achievement of students who are joined in basketball team of private Universities in Surabaya. Data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS help. The total sample in this research is 83 student respondents who are joined in basketball team of the private Universities in Surabaya. In this research, the data is collected by using questionnaires that are given to students who are joined in basketball team of private Universities in Surabaya with the limitation of basketball players who have ever participated in student competition team with a period approximately less than a year. Based on the result of the research that has been don , therefore it can be concluded that the coach leadership variable affects motivation variable with positive regression coefficient of 0.399. It is proved with significant value that is obtained as 0.000 (<0.05) and T calculation > T table (6.302> 1.989). In addition, coach leadership variable affects on achievement variable with positive regression coefficient of 0.199. This result is proved with significant value that is obtained as 0.000 (<0.05) and T calculation > T table (8,095> 1,989). The final conclusion that can be outlined based on the result of research that has been carried out shows that motivation variable affects on achievement variable with positive regression coefficient of 0.343. The effect of these two variables are proved with significant value that is obtained as 0.000 (<0.05) and T calculation is > T table (12.051> 1.989).

Abstract

Abstrak: PT Bintang Mitra Sejati (BMS) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam distributor makanan ringan yang bergerak di daerah Jember. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara  dengan Manajer Pemasaran BMS Jember dari hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa ada empat hal yang ditemui sebagai permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan yaitu pada service quality, customer trust, perceived value, customer satisfaction.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi customer satisfaction di PT Bintang Mitra Sejati (BMS) Jember. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut, maka sampel yang dapat digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 124 orang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probablity sampling. Jenis non-probablity sampling yang dimaksud adalah purpossive sampling.  Dalam penelitian ini pengujian data akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian akan terlebih dahulu di uji melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas beserta uji asumsi klasik. Penelitian ini melakukan rekapitulasi data isian google form untuk dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa service quality berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfacftion, customer trust berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfacftion, dan perceived value berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In the future, the food and beverage industry is very promising for industry players due to the trend growth of the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. The food and beverage business is starting to grow rapidly in Indonesia so that it attracts many people to innovate. One form of innovation is the frozen food industry. This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation on repurchase interest by looking at consumer satisfaction as a mediating effect on the frozen food industry. The population in this study were 147 people who were frozen food consumers. Sei. By using a purposive sampling approach and using the Slovin formula, it was determined that the number of samples in this study were 108 respondents. The results of this study indicate that product innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product innovation and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase interest. Consumer satisfaction can mediate the effect of product innovation on consumer repurchase interest. Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology with affordable prices raises new opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) in East Java in creating product innovation and marketing development. Various studies in the field of entrepreneurship and information technology have been carried out, but not many studies specifically examine the level of adoption of the Financial Technology system for business creation and development. This study focuses on the influence of organizational competence, organizational support, organizational productivity on financial technology adoption. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of SME businesses that use financial technology system adoption in the business that is run. The sample chosen using purposive sampling technique and selected 402 SMEs in East Java with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study found that the influence of organizational competence, organizational support, and organizational productivity had a significant influence on financial technology adaptation.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan bagi aseptor KB adalah menjadi hal yang penting khususnya di Surabaya. Kebijaksanaan tersebut menjadi tetap sangat relevan, mengingat meskipun Indonesia diakui oleh dunia internasional sudah berhasil dan memasyarakatkan gerakan keluarga berencana, namun masih terdapat berbagai kendala dalam mewujudkan keluarga sehat dan sejahtera, antara lain semakin besarnya pertumbuhan angkatan kerja termasuk angkatan kerja wanita, baik di desa maupun di kota. Sehubungan dengan usaha-usaha melembagakan norma keluarga kecil bahagia dan sejahtera maka perlu melakukan berbagai kegiatan usaha ekonomis produktif yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga akseptor. Adapun kegiatannya terdiri dari pelatihan tentang potensi diri, literasi perencanaan keuangan keluarga, hieginisasi produk, penyajian produk, cara menjual produk, pelayanan pada konsumen, promosi, dan penggunaan sosial media. Jumlah peserta 14 orang yang berasal dari keluarga akseptor di Kelurahan Kandangan Kecamatan Benowo dengan kriteria Akseptor Keluarga Berencana, pernah memiliki usaha mikro maupun yang belum pernah memiliki usaha apa pun. Hasil akhir berupa bazar dapat berlangsung dengan lancar. Semua peserta mendapat manfaat dengan pendapatan omset yang cukup baik dan mendapat hadiah sebagai hasil dari jerih payah peserta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, price consciousness, status consumption, dan inovasi produk terhadap minat beli produk T’Nuners. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah followers Instagram T’Nuners yang diambil sampel sebanyak 91 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dengan jumlah item pernyataan sebanyak 22. Skala pengukuran pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert dengan kisaran 1 sampai 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS version 26 for Windows. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk (X1), price consciousness (X2), status consumption (X3), dan inovasi produk (X4). Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah minat beli (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, price consciousness, status consumption, dan inovasi produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat beli. Variabel kualitas produk dan status consumption tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli, sedangkan variabel price consciousness dan inovasi produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

The research is done to find out the effect of perceived price, product quality, and perceived value on purchase decision of ricebowl Babibong. This research is based on by research to find out what affects consumers in buying Babibong ricebowl product, that leads to perceived price, product quality and perceived value variables. The purpose of this research is to find out what indicator that affects purchase decision of Babibong customers. The method that is used for data collection in this research is purposive sampling, that is, the population that is filtered with certain criteria, and its population is gathered from Babibong Instagram social media. The sample that is used for this research is 154 people who are distributed through online media by using online questionnaires and have fulfilled the criteria that is required. Data process method uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedaticity test, multicollinearity test, F test, t test, correlation coefficient test (R), determination coefficient test (R2). The result of this research concludes that perceived price, product quality, and perceived value affect significant on purchase decision. From the test result of those three variables can be considered vital for customers’s purchase decision, because it is commonly used and happened daily.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia Technology Trend is a distribution business of technology and other trendy products. Theory of Cognitive Psychology is a theory which states that human behavior can’t be measured and explained without involving other mental processes. This research was conducted to determine the effect of (1) service quality on customer satisfaction (2) customer trust on customer satisfaction (3) corporate image on customer satisfaction of Indonesia Technology Trend. The method used for this research is descriptive quantitative by distributing surveys to 75 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling technique to random Indonesia Technology Trend consumers. The analysis tool of this research is SPSS. The result showed that service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction, customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and corporate image has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study is for learning attitude, subjective norms, and perception control behavior, which can influence interest in investing Surabaya students in the capital market. The research uses quantitative methodology. Besides that, the method of taking a purposive sample was used for the retrieval process sample. Data was collected through a distribution questionnaire to 110 respondents from University Ciputra and the University Airlangga who have invested in the capital market. An online questionnaire was used to collect data. Online questionnaires refer to Google Forms as a medium for filling out questionnaires. The collected data was processed using the Partial Least Square method with the analysis software SmartPLS 3, which aims to test the connectedness between variables. Testing this shows that attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have significant connections to interest investment students in Surabaya City in investing in the stock market. Implications study this is to encourage the Indonesian Stock Exchange as a regulator, companies as intermediary trading shares, and companies engaged in the finance field to collaborate to give education and insight into investment shares among students.

Abstract

Indonesia kaya akan sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Seiring berkembangnya zaman, semakin banyak lapangan kerja baru terbuka dan menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang semakin melimpah. Pada sisi lain, masih banyak lapisan masyarakat yang potensinya belum dijangkau. Hal ini menjadi pertimbangan perlunya program pelatihan yang merata untuk memaksimalkan potensi dan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Program pelatihan dapat dimulai dengan sektor pendidikan sebagai penyumbang generasi muda. Di lingkup sekolah, para siswa diajarkan keterampilan serta nilai luhur yang dapat diterapkan saat terjun dalam dunia kerja. Tetapi sebelum mempelajari seluruh keterampilan yang diperlukan, skill komunikasi merupakan modal dasar dalam mengembangkan skill lainnya. Komunikasi membantu siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Pelatihan yang tepat dan efektif dapat membuat potensi siswa siswi tersalurkan pada bidang yang sesuai dan turut memberikan dampak, memajukan perekonomian Indonesia dan keberlangsungan. Hal ini perlu adanya upaya yang cukup baik untuk mewujudkan apa yang telah menjadi visi dan misi.
