Abstract

Self-confidence is an important element in achieving success and happiness, and has a significant positive relationship with motivation to learn. However, many individuals face challenges in building their self-confidence due to social pressure and negative experiences. In this context, this study explores sources of motivation from a Quranic perspective, specifically through Surah At-Thaha verses 25-28, which describe Prophet Moses' plea to Allah for peace and ease in facing life's challenges. Tafsir Al-Misbah by Quraish Shihab provides the insight that self-confidence should be built on faith in Allah and recognition of one's potential. This study also highlights the importance of social support, appreciation, and a supportive environment in building self-confidence. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, the results show that self-confidence can be strengthened through spiritual connection, internal reinforcement, and recognition of personal weaknesses, which ultimately encourages individuals to express themselves and reach their full potential. This research is expected to inspire readers to apply Quranic values in their daily lives, in order to increase self-confidence and freedom of expression.

Abstract

abstrakEra digital saat ini telah membawa perubahan besar bagi segala aspek kehidupan, salah satunya dalam bidang bisnis. PT Jannah Firdaus merupakan salah satu penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah yang menggunakan konsep digital yakni penerapan platform Google Ads untuk memasarkan produknya.Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bentuk penerapan dan efektivitas Google Ads dalam penjualan produk umrah pada PT Jannah Firdaus. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai objek dengan wawancara, observasi dan mempelajari fenomena yang terjadi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Google Ads dalam penjulan produk umrah yang dilakukan oleh PT Jannah Firdaus dapat dikatakan efektif. Hasil efetivitas penerapan Google Ads dapat dibuktikan dari perbandingan antara jumlah jamaah yang mendaftar melalui Google Ads lebih banyak dari jumlah jamaah yang mendaftar secara offline. Abstract

Dalam ajaran Islam, layaknya seorang manusia dalam hidup sesuai dengan norma agama. Perubahan sosial yang sesungguhnya sangat mencakup dari seluruh sendi kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga menekan proses yang begitu panjang demi terciptanya suatu tatanan masyarakat yang madani sesuai dengan tuntunan Al-Qur’an. Untuk dapat melakukan hal tersebut maka manusia harus melakukan pembauran, atau manusia harus melakukan interaksi yang pada akhirnya mengambil bentuk integrasi. Dalam konteks teoritis, ilmu sosiologi menempatkan sebuah transformasi dalam lingkungan masyarakat sebagai salah satu peristiwa yang terjadi di sekitar masyarakat yang bersifat universal. Kajian tersebut diatas pada konteks kekinian seringkali dijelaskan dengan menggunakan term multikulturalisme. Dalam Al-Qur’an surat Al-Hujurat ayat 13 menyebutkan bahwasanya deskripsi tujuan diciptakan manusia oleh Allah dalam maksud yang bersamaan ialah tidak serta merta dalam arti yang sempit. M.Quraish Shihab mencoba memberikan jalan keluar walau pada ujungnya tetap lebih cenderung kepada aliran teologi rasional. Sedangkan Hamka memberikan jawaban melalui dakwah dengan tidak ada paksaan melalui tafsir Al-Azhar.

Abstract

This article explores the ecological mandate in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 30, which positions humans as khalifah entrusted with the responsibility of preserving the earth, and examines its connection with contemporary sustainability management. The study employs a qualitative approach based on literature review, analyzing Qur’anic exegesis alongside recent academic journals on Islamic environmental ethics and sustainability management. The findings demonstrate that the concept of khalifah in Islam is strongly aligned with modern principles of sustainable development, particularly in terms of justice, balance, and intergenerational responsibility. Its practical implications are reflected in organizational governance, the development of the green economy, and religious-based education that fosters collective ecological awareness. The conceptual synthesis further highlights that maqasid al-shariah can be expanded as a normative foundation for environmental protection, thereby enriching sustainability management paradigms that are not only technical and economic but also spiritual and moral. Thus, Islam offers significant contributions to the global discourse on sustainability by integrating religious values into contemporary management practices.

Abstract

This article discusses the social responsibilities of fellow humans in the company code of ethics. The aim of this research is to find out the social responsibilities of fellow humans in the code of ethics. Responsibility of fellow humans is important for everyday life. A code of ethics can also be known as a pattern of rules or procedures for carrying out activities within a company. This guideline applies to all aspects of human behavior in everyday life. Discussions about ethics and human responsibility can be carried out because they can be unethical, and there is a lot of evidence such as currently regarding responsibility in unethical companies. The method used in this research to analyze the social responsibility of fellow humans in ethics is descriptive qualitative research. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a sustainable effort to act in accordance with a code of ethics and hopes to contribute to the development of society and the company.

Abstract

In Islamic teachings, a human being lives according to religious norms. Real social change really covers all aspects of social life, thereby requiring a very long process to create a civilized social order in accordance with the guidance of the Al-Qur'an. To be able to do this, humans must mingle, or humans must interact which ultimately takes the form of integration. In a theoretical context, sociology places a transformation in the social environment as an event that occurs around society that is universal. The above studies in the current context are often explained using the term multiculturalism. In the Al-Qur'an, Al-Hujurat verse 13 states that the description of the purpose of creating humans by Allah for the same purpose is not necessarily in a narrow sense. M. Quraish Shihab tried to provide a way out, although in the end he still tended towards rational theology. Meanwhile, Hamka gave answers through preaching without any coercion through Al-Azhar interpretations.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the study of thematic motivation of the Qur'an, The data collection technique is using library research or library study research with data collection techniques carried out by examining literature, documents, and other sources of information related to the topic of researchers. The results of this study Motivation in the perspective of the Qur'an has a very strong foundation, where all forms of encouragement and human intentions to take an action must be based on the pleasure of Allah. In Islamic teachings, true motivation is not only to pursue worldly success, but also to achieve happiness and safety in the hereafter. The Qur'an emphasizes the importance of sincerity in every action, as reflected in verses that motivate humans to do good and be pious. Keywords: Al Quran, Motivation, Thematic Interpretation

Abstract

This research aims to examine and explain in depth the concept of leadership from the perspective of the Qur'an through a descriptive qualitative approach with a thematic interpretation method (tafsir maudhui). The focus of the study is directed to verses that contain leadership values and principles, such as the caliphate, imamah, wali and ulil al-amr, which are the basis for the formation of the character and responsibilities of a leader in the Islamic view. The main data are obtained from the verses of the Qur'an and classical and contemporary tafsir such as Tafsir al-Ṭabari, Tafsir al-Qurṭubi, and Tafsir al-Mishbah. Through thematic analysis, this study found that the concept of leadership in the Qur'an is rooted in spiritual and moral values A leader in the view of the Qur'an is not only a holder of power, but also a servant of the ummah who is obliged to uphold justice, maintain trust, and direct society towards the common good. These values show that leadership in Islam has a strong ethical and social dimension, not just administrative or political. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of the concept of Islamic leadership derived from the Qur'an and provide practical guidance for modern leaders in applying Qur'anic values in social and institutional contexts. The results of this study confirm that the Qur'anic leadership model is relevant to build a leadership system that is just, trustworthy, and oriented towards the benefit of the ummah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam metode dakwah, khususnya dalam menjangkau generasi muda yang akrab dengan media sosial. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi perencanaan dakwah di era digital menurut perspektif Al-Qur’an serta menelaah praktik dakwah influencer Muslim di media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka terhadap literatur, jurnal, serta ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dakwah merupakan fondasi penting dalam mencapai efektivitas penyampaian pesan Islam, yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Qur’ani tentang persiapan, hikmah, dan strategi komunikasi. Influencer Muslim memanfaatkan platform digital seperti YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, dan media sosial lainnya untuk menyampaikan pesan Islam dengan pendekatan yang personal, kreatif, serta relevan bagi kebutuhan spiritual generasi Z. Dakwah digital yang efektif ditandai dengan perencanaan konten, pemahaman karakter audiens, dan penggunaan media yang tepat, sehingga dapat menghadirkan dakwah yang inklusif, moderat, dan berdampak luas. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Qur’ani dengan teknologi digital menjadi kunci keberhasilan dakwah di era modern.

Abstract

Konflik adalah salah satu bagian tak terpisahkan dari dinamika sosial, apabila tidak dikelola secara tepat maka dapat berkembang menjadi kekerasan dan perpecahan. Dalam Islam, Al-Qur’an memberikan pedoman yang komprehensif untuk mengelola konflik secara damai, adil dan beretika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai anti kekerasan dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an melalui pendekatan tafsir tematik (maudhui) dengan menitikberatkan pada penerapan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dalam manajemen konflik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain pendekatan studi literature (library research). Data dikumpulkan dari buku-buku akademik, artikel jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan tema anti kekerasan dan manajemen konflik dalam Islam. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa Al-Qur’an menolak segala bentuk kekerasan karena sangat bertentangan dengan prinsip rahmatan lil’alamin. Temuan nilai-nilai anti kekerasan dalam artikel ini meliputi negosiasi, tabayyun, musyawarah, tahkim dan islah. Kelima nilai ini berfungsi sebagai instrument manajemen konflik Islami yang berorientasi pada keadilan, perdamaian dan kemaslahatan sosial. Implementasi nilai-nilai tersebut membentuk paradigm manajemen Qur’ani yang menolak dengan tegas pendekatan represif serta menumbuhkan budaya damai yang konstruktif, dialogis dan solutif ditengah masyarakat multicultural.
