Abstract

As a guide for judges in the Religious Court, the Supreme Court has issued Perma No.2 of 2008 concerning the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES). It contained Gashb and Itlaf, in Book II about the Covenant, whereas Gashb and Itlaf have interpreted as deprivation and destruction. Briefly, Gashb and Itlaf seem to be an offence because of the phrase taking or destroying someone else's property. Offence in the field of Islamic economics is the absolute authority of the State Court. For this reason, it is necessary to examine whether Gashb and Itlaf included in the context of Islamic economics. It also needs to be examined whether Gashb and Itlaf are the absolute authority of the Religious Court. Normative juridical research carried out by discussing Book II of KHES, specifically Chapter XV. It then analysed with the absolute competence of the Religious court, the provisions of Article 49 of the Law of Religious Court. The analysis complemented by a study of legal principles in Islamic economics. Comparisons also made with the concepts of legal relations in the Civil Code, especially regarding the binding and offence in the Criminal Code.The research results of Gashb and Itlaf do not originate from the contract and do not include business activities with Islamic economic principles. Thus Gashb and Itlaf are not included in the absolute authority of the Religious Court. Gashb and Itlaf are not intended as offences because the sanctions are compensation claims. Claims are filed based on lawsuits that violate the law and become the absolute authority of the State Court. Placement of Gashb and Itlaf in KHES is wrong because it does not include Islamic economic activities, so it must have removed from KHES.

Abstract

Organizing is an essential management function, including the division of tasks, delegation of authority, and coordination between members to achieve common goals. The Qur'an emphasizes the principle of unity and order in the organization, as reflected in Surah As-Shaff verse 4 which describes the importance of lining up in unity. In addition, the principle of cooperation (ta'awun) is also described in Surah Al-Ma'idah verse 2, which emphasizes collaboration in goodness and piety. This research is a library research that focuses on the study of the management function of organizing in the Qur'an, which is examined from the perspective of the Experts of the Interpretation of the Qur'an. Thus, this paper aims to show the relevance of the teachings of the Qur'an in building an effective and ethical organization and how these principles can be applied in the context of modern management..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the ethics of trust in modern leadership through the perspective of Surah Al-Ahzab verse 72 based on the Tafsir Al-Misbah by Quraish Shihab. The ethics of trust, which includes responsibility, trust, integrity, and consistency, is crucial in facing the demands of the modern era for transparency and accountability. The Tafsir Al-Misbah emphasizes that trust is a great responsibility that is even rejected by the heavens, earth, and mountains, but is accepted by humans as a moral and spiritual trust, especially in leadership. Previous studies have shown that the ethics of trust can improve the quality of decisions and trust in the context of business and education, but there is not much understanding of this concept with a deep interpretation of the Qur'an. The results of this study are expected to enrich the literature on Islamic leadership and provide ethical guidance for modern leaders to carry out trust responsibly, strengthen credibility, and meet public expectations. Abstract

This research investigates amanah and justice as leadership management based on Tafsir al-Manar, an analysis of an-Nisa 58.  This verse emphasises the importance of fulfilling amanah and upholding justice as two fundamental principles in effective leadership and responsibility,  Muhammad Abduh and Muhammad Rasyid Ridha, in his work al-Manar, said that the concept encompasses broad responsibilities of moral and political aspects. Leaders are expected to entrust responsibilities to the right individuals who possess competence and skills, however, justice in this verse is also understood as a leader's obligation without discrimination in law and social context. Al-Manar, as a work of tafsir, is particularly significant because it focuses on social and political themes, aiming to establish a Muslim community connected to the modern era, and it is different from other tafsir such as al-Misbah, which focuses more on spirituality and morality. Furthermore, al-Manar has been claimed as most relevant in social and political themes in facing any challenges in the modern leadership context. This research attempted to conclude that amanah and justice as a concept of Islamic Fundamental Principles, can't be separated in fostering harmony and prosperity within society. In the modern era, both of these values are more relevant, especially in addressing leadership crises.  Amanah (responsibility) and justice are significant keys to developing a sustainable social order. Penelitian ini menganalisis konsep amanat dan keadilan dalam manajemen kepemimpinan berdasarkan penafsiran Tafsir Al-Manar terhadap QS. An-Nisa ayat 58. Ayat ini menegaskan pentingnya menunaikan amanat dan menegakkan keadilan sebagai dua prinsip utama dalam kepemimpinan yang efektif dan bertanggung jawab. Menurut Tafsir al-Manar yang dikembangkan oleh Muhammad Abduh dan Rasyid Rida, amanat mencakup tanggung jawab yang luas, mulai dari aspek moral hingga politik. Pemimpin diharapkan menyerahkan amanat kepada individu yang memiliki kompetensi dan integritas yang memadai. Selain itu, keadilan dalam ayat ini dipahami sebagai kewajiban pemimpin untuk bersikap objektif dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan, tanpa diskriminasi, baik dalam konteks hukum maupun sosial. Keunggulan Tafsir al-Manar terletak pada fokusnya yang lebih luas terhadap pembaharuan sosial dan politik. Tafsir ini berusaha mengembalikan umat Islam kepada nilai-nilai dasar agama yang berpadu dengan kemajuan ilmiah dan sosial, berbeda dengan tafsir lain seperti Tafsir al-Misbah, yang lebih menekankan aspek spiritualitas dan moral individu. Dengan demikian, Al-Manar lebih relevan dalam konteks reformasi sosial dan politik untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan seperti korupsi dan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan yang sering dihadapi dalam kepemimpinan modern. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep amanat dan keadilan menurut Al-Manar merupakan fondasi kepemimpinan Islami yang tak terpisahkan dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang adil, harmonis, dan sejahtera. Dalam konteks modern, kedua nilai ini sangat relevan, terutama dalam menghadapi krisis kepemimpinan, korupsi, dan ketidakadilan. Amanat yang dijalankan dengan adil, serta keadilan yang ditegakkan oleh pemegang amanat yang berintegritas, adalah kunci untuk membangun tatanan sosial yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Implementation (Actuating) as one of the functions and stages of management, is often interpreted as an effort to move or carry out. In an institution, organization or company, actuating can be interpreted as moving or giving direction to theresourcesin theinstitution,whether human resources or otherresources. Mobilizinghuman resources is a process that goes through starting from human resource planning, recruitment, education and training of human resources, as well as themotivation provided by those resources. while mobilizing otherresourcesis an effortto maximize the use of existing resources or mobilize organizational elements tocarry out all planned activities. In the context of implementing this management,the author discusses social entrepreneurship carried out by Generasi Lestari Farmwhich focuses on animal husbandry, namely sheep and goats. Socialentrepreneurship is a community-based alternative that hasthe potential to perfect the development process. combining innovative ideas for social change, carried out by applying business strategies and skills. And of course seeing how the social entrepreneurship journey process contains Islamic values as in the verses of theKoran which provide direction to Muslims to carry out a business or buying and selling (livestock) that is halal and good.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the palang pintu in the Betawi tradition that uses various attractions such as silat attractions, pantun exchanges and dustur shalawat as components in the Betawi palang pintu tradition. The palang pintu tradition, which is a Betawi ethnic tradition, is still carried out by the Betawi people who live in the Jabodetabek area, especially the Padepokan Beksi SangHiyang Putih and the Betawi Cultural Village Area Management Unit Setu Babakan. The object of this study is the Betawi community strategy implemented by both Padepokan in promoting the values of da'wah in the palang pintu tradition. The data collection technique in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, to reveal the promotional strategies carried out by the Betawi community on the values of da'wah. Research data collection includes observation, documentation and direct interviews at the Padepokan and the Betawi Cultural Village Area Management Unit, data collection from informants who are the founders of the Padepokan and Betawi cultural figures who have long carried out the Palang Pintu tradition. The results of the research show that in the Palang Pintu tradition, promotional strategies are implemented through traditional and religious approaches, such as the promotional strategy carried out, namely reading the Koran and practicing silat to students and teenagers, while the Betawi Cultural Village Management Unit holds the Betawi Cultural Festival, the Palang Pintu Setu Babakan art studio where the Palang Pintu Art Studio is a traditional Palang Pintu art institution as a medium for preserving ancestral traditions.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the concept of administration and management in general, and to view it from the perspective of the Qur'an. By understanding the principles of Qur'anic management, it is hoped that these values ​​can be applied in everyday life, so that a balance is created between achieving worldly and hereafter goals. In addition, this paper also explores how administration and management in Islam are not only oriented towards efficiency, but also on spiritual values ​​that bring benefits to life in the world and the hereafter. The research methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative research using the library research method. Administration is a joint effort process involving all parties to realize common goals and ideals. The term management actually refers to the process of implementing activities that are completed efficiently with and through the use of others. In the Qur'an, the term management uses yudabbiru, which means organizing, managing, engineering, implementing, taking care of well. Islamic management can be viewed from two sides, namely management as a science and management as an activity. As a science, management is seen as one of the general sciences that was born based on empirical facts that are not related to any values, civilizations (hadharah). However, as an activity, management is seen as a deed that will be held accountable before Allah SWT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi tentang Konsep bagaimana kita me- Manage wirahusaha dalam perspektif Al-Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan pada studi pustaka yang membahas wirausaha Enterpreneurship secara perspektif AL-Quran. Manajemen Dakwah yakni bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang dapat dipahami bahwa dalam konsep berdakwah bukan hanya kita menjadi seorang Da’I saja, dalam hal lain seseorang dapat memperluas ajaran agama Islam dari banyak hal. Sebab islam yang dapat difahami adalah Agama yang Universal, di dalam nya siapa orang yang memeluk agama islam dengan baik dengan seluruh aspek kehidupan yang telah diatur oleh Allah Swt, yang mana dalam aturannya itulah tidak membawa manusia dalam suatu kerusakan dan ke dhaliman. Sebab Allah tidak ada sedikitpun kepentingan dalam umat manusia apa yang telah di putuskan nya dalam menjalankan kehidupan di dunia, namun dalam aturan Firman-firman Allah Swt tidak lain memberikan manfaat yang banyak bagi manusia yang menjalankan nya. Misalnya seperti perdagangan; jika kita sebagai umat mukmin berdagang sesuai dengan aturan Allah Swt, maka tidak akan ada kerugian bagi siapa dia yang menjalankannya maupun bagi konsumen, produsen maupun masyarakat secara umum. Dan dalam produsen Allah melarang umat nya mencampurkan barang dagangan nya dengan barang haram (yang mana dapat membahayakan bagi tubuh) dalam suatu produksi, lalu dalam suatu pembuangan limbah yang umumnya dapat di perhatikan sebab pentingnya kesehatan bagi masyarakat lain. Maka dalam konsep berwirausaha bagi seorang mukmin baiknya harus menghadirkan Allah Swt dengan berlandaskan Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah guna tercapainya keuntungan Dunia dan Akhirat. Sebab secara konvensional keuntungan dalam berusaha bukan hanya secara materi, perlunya keberkahan dalam berniaga. Demikian juga dapat munculnya karakter Muslim dalam diri. Seluruhnya berlandaskan Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah.

Abstract

Manusia diciptakan oleh Allah ﷻ dengan karakter sebagai makhluk sosial yang tidak bisa hidup sendirian dan akan selalu butuh manusia lainnya di semua bidang yang bersinggungan dengan kehidupan di dunia baik disadari maupun tidak. Kondisi inilah yang mengharuskan manusia itu mengelola kehidupannya dengan terorganisir, terstruktur dan tertata rapih dengan konsep serta perencanaan yang tersusun dalam menajalankan dan memanfaatkan fungsi manajemen yang baik agar tidak menyusahkan atau membebani manusia lainnya. Fungsi manajemen Organizing atau pengorganisasian ini hakikatnya merupakan fitrah atau naluri bawaan manusia itu sendiri dan juga sebagai sunnatullah yaitu suatu kegiatan yang menjadi takdir manusia yang diciptakan oleh Allah ﷻ yang juga dilakukan oleh Sang Pencipta saat mengatur dan mengorganisir seluruh makhluk di alam semesta setelah tercipta dengan sempurna. Adapun manusia bisa mengetahui bagaimana cara melaksanakan pengorganisasian ini dengan jalur syariat Islam adalah melalui penghayatan dan penelitian Al-Qur’an kemudian diimplementasikan di kehidupan sehari-hari dan dalam seluruh kegiatan dakwah Islam agar menghasilkan yang terbaik untuk ummat dan bangsa. Barometer inilah yang bisa difahami tentang perilaku pengorganisasian melalui perspektif Al-Qur’an dengan mengungkap ayat-ayat Qur’an bersamaan dengan perkataan ulama tafsir di kitab-kitab tafsir. Ini menjadi bukti kongkrit yang sangat jelas bahwa tidak dipungkiri betapa agama Islam yang dipedomankan dengan kitab suci Al-Quran ini berfungsi sebagai way of life yakni pedoman hidup manusia yang didalam isi kandungannya tidak hanya membahas ibadah, kisah dan hukum-hukum akan tetapi seluruh kehidupan manusia dari hal terkecil sampai terbesar termasuk membahas salah satu fungsi manajemen yang penting ini yaitu Organizing atau Pengorganisasian.

Abstract

Administration and management are fundamental concepts in human activity, dating back to creation in Islamic perspective. The Qur'an contains various management principles that emphasize not only efficiency and effectiveness but also the ethical and spiritual values underlying every action. This study aims to explore the concepts of administration and management from the Qur'anic perspective and to apply Qur'anic management principles in everyday life. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this research identifies managerial values such as consultation (shura), optimal hard work (itqan), and honesty as guidance for Muslims to achieve a balance between worldly and spiritual goals. In conclusion, Qur'anic-based management not only directs operational success but also yields broad spiritual and social impacts.
