Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh organizational justice yang terdiri dari distributive justice, procedural justice dan interactional justice secara signifikan dan parsial, serta untuk mengetahui variable yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement karyawan PT. Geoservices Samarinda. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa distributive justice,  procedural justice dan interactional justice berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement.

Abstract

Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. is a factory that produces cement as a raw material for construction for small to large scale. The cement industry is one of the industries that in the production process consumes a large amount of energy, the costs incurred for energy consumption in a cement factory range from 20% - 30% of the total cost of production. The largest energy requirement comes from the combustion process in the kiln. Rotary Kiln is the main equipment in the manufacture of cement which requires heat of combustion for the kilnker formation process. The main source of heat of combustion comes from coal. The evaluation of the rotary kiln was carried out to determine the performance of the calcination process on the rotary kiln which will affect the clinker formation in terms of processing time to the load on process costs. While the calculation method used by calculating the mass balance of each input and output component, as well as the heat balance of each input and output component. Then from the heat balance calculation can be used to calculate efficiency. From the calculation, the average actual efficiency is 60.33% with an average specific fuel consumption of 867.21 kcal/kg. The heat efficiency in the rotary kiln is not efficient because the efficiency of the rotary kiln is below the standard 80-85%.

Abstract

Kalciner merupakan alat bantu pemanasan yang digunakan semua produk rotary kiln modern. Kalciner merupakan alat pemanasan awal dan tempat terjadinya reaksi kalsinasi awal sebelum masuk ke kiln. Kalciner telah beroperasi pada waktu yang cukup lama, mengingat penggunaannya maka diperlukan analisa mengenai efisiensi kinerja alat Kalciner. Alat Kalsiner yang merupakan alat yang digunakan sebagai tempat terjadinya proses kalsinasi batu kapur dan pembakaran bahan bakar secara simultan di suatu pabrik semen. Penambahan kalsiner pada pabrik semen bertujuan untuk mengurangi burning zone load di kiln karena bahan bakar ke kalsiner mencapai 60%, meningkatkan kapasitas produksi kiln, serta membuat pengoperasian kiln lebih stabil. Kalciner menggunakan batubara sebagai bahan bakar yang kontak dengan udara panas dari kiln (udara tersier) yang berasal dari grate cooler. Dalam pengembangan sistem calciner ini, masing-masing pabrik semen mempunyai desain yang berbeda-beda, namun mempunyai tujuan yang sama yaitu menaikkan derajat kalsinasi dan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi serta menurunkan konsumsi energi, terutama energi panas yang digunakan pada kiln. Tujuan dari penggunaan Kalciner adalah mengurangi beban pembakaran dari rotary kiln. Pada PT Semen Baturaja (Persero). menggunakan preheater dengan 5 tingkat, dimana calciner ditempatkan setelah siklon IV kemudian hasil Kalciner ke siklon V. Kalciner memiliki tinggi total 59,75 meter dengan diameter dalam 7,6 meter. Pada bagian atas dan bawah berbentuk cone dimana cone atas lebih besar diameter dari pada cone bagian bawah. Hal ini, karena feed berupa padatan dan pada bagian bawah masuk udara tersier yang berupa gas pada PT Semen Baturaja Tbk.

Abstract

Abstrak PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, adalah perusahan yang memproduksi semen yang terletak di beberapa daerah di pulau Sumatera Selatan dan salah satu pabrik terbesarnya yaitu berada di daerah Baturaja, Ogan Komering Ulu. PT Semen Baturaja memiliki beberapa tahapan, yaitu: proses penambangan, proses penggilingan dan pengeringan bahan mentah, proses pembakaran raw meal, proses penggilingan klinker, dan proses pengantongan semen. Pada tahap penggilingan klinker terjadi di alat cement mill. Alat cement mill dibantu oleh mill fan yang berfungsi untuk mengenerate air flow dalam mill air flow sistem sehingga proses penggilingan, pengurangan moisture, pemisahan, dan transport material berlangsung dengan sempurna. Untuk mengetahui dan memastikan kinerja alat yang beroperasi yaitu alat mill fan berfungsi dengan baik maka dilakukan perhitungsn efisiensi. Perhitungan efisiensi mill fan yang didapatkan dari data 10 hari berturut-turut dari Central Control Room (CCR) adalah 70,01%,72,00%,70,88%,72,00%,73,14%. Terjadi kenaikan dan penurunan efisiensi ini disebabkan oleh bedanya jumlah produksi semen tiap hari dan speed impeller yang rendah. Abstract PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, is a company that produces cement located in several areas on the island of South Sumatra and one of its largest factories is located in the Baturaja area, Ogan Komering Ulu. PT Semen Baturaja has several stages, namely: the mining process, the grinding and drying process of raw materials, the raw meal burning process, the clinker grinding process, and the cement bagging process. At the stage of grinding the clinker occurs in the cement mill. The cement mill tool is assisted by a mill fan which functions to generate air flow in the mill air flow system so that the milling process, moisture reduction, separation, and material transport take place perfectly. To find out and ensure the performance of the operating tool, namely the mill fan, is functioning properly, an efficiency calculation is carried out. The calculation of mill fan efficiency obtained from 10 consecutive days of data from the Central Control Room (CCR) is 70,01%,72,00%,70,88%,72,00%,73,14% The increase and decrease in efficiency is caused by the difference in the amount of cement production each day and the low impeller speed

Abstract

This study examines the role of Muslim influencers in presenting high-quality Islamic content and influencer physical attractiveness on social media consumption, with a focus on the mediating effect of influencer likeability. Drawing on Uses and Gratifications Theory (UGT), the research contributes to theory development by exploring how Muslim influencers fulfill the social and religious needs of their audience through engaging content and physical attractiveness. The study targets 396 public university students who actively engage with influencer content on social media. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) confirms that influencer likeability significantly mediates the relationship between Islamic content quality, physical attractiveness, and social media consumption. The findings show that both Islamic content quality and physical attractiveness positively influence likeability, which in turn enhances social media consumption. From a theoretical perspective, this research advances UGT by highlighting how religious and cultural factors shape media consumption in the digital age. Managerially, it provides marketers and content creators with insights on balancing content quality and influencer physical attractiveness to boost engagement and consumption, particularly in culturally and religiously sensitive markets.

Abstract

A solid society based on nationalism is absolutely necessary for the Indonesian nation during the Pandemic. However, in reality there are still internal conflicts due to excessive religious practices (tatharruf) which are based on the verses of the Qur'an. The forms of tatharruf include the existence of a discourse on the basis of the state, acts of intolerance, and narrow interpretations of religious texts. This is certainly an obstacle in efforts to deal with the impact of the pandemic. Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 143 confirms that the position of Islam is to be in the middle (wasatiyah), not to overdo it and not to underestimate it. This study will examine the reconstruction of verses that have the potential to be taharruf with the Islamic perspective of wasatiyah in the pandemic era. This research is the result of a descriptive qualitative literature review with an inductive approach. The results of the study show that wasatiyah Islam as an interpretive strategy is reflected in 'moderate' theology in the al-Asy'ariyyah doctrine which emphasizes two things, namely: a contextual approach by considering the context of space and time; and pay attention to aspects of benefit. As a tatharruf solution, Islam wasatiyah as an interpretation strategy provides the following views: On the issue of the basic discourse of the state, the caliphate is not a solution that can be applied in viewing the issue of government failure during a pandemic because it is prone to causing conflict in a multicultural society. On the issue of intolerance, Wasatiyah Islam recognizes the right for adherents of other religions to allow them to choose and carry out the guidance of their respective religions. Then on the issue of narrow religious interpretations about Covid-19, it is important for us to anticipate fear by considering the benefit, as stated in the MUI Fatwa.

Abstract

Career calling is essential in individual career development, especially for women, such as nurses, who are prone to potential work and family conflicts. They are faced with tough challenges in order to enjoy satisfaction in their careers. This study explores the role of career calling as a moderator in the relationship between work-family conflict and career satisfaction. This study focuses on 120 nurses as respondents spread across three cities and regencies in East Kalimantan. This number of samples was obtained with a purposive approach, five times the number of indicators. The results with SEM-PLS show that work-family conflict negatively affects career satisfaction, while career calling positively affects career satisfaction. Moderation effect testing shows that career calling significantly amplifies the effect of work-family conflict on career satisfaction. Managers in health agencies must minimize the work-family conflicts of their nurses and develop a sense of calling in a nursing career to increase career satisfaction. Implication of the result: The HR function needs to manage conflict between work and family wisely and evolve people to be more inclusive with their calling in the job.

Webinar pengembangan karir diselenggarakan sebagai upaya untuk membekali alumni mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman dalam menghadapi dinamika dunia kerja yang terus berubah. Melalui pendekatan pendidikan masyarakat, peserta diajak untuk memahami perubahan tren industri, mengeksplorasi potensi diri, serta merumuskan strategi karir yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

The rise of social media has altered how young Muslims learn about their faith, but the effect on their everyday religious practices is unclear. To comprehend how Islamic content and influencers impact religious practices, this study makes use of the Social Learning Theory and the Uses and Gratifications Theory. It also examines social media contribution as a potential link in the chain. 180 Muslim students from 13 faculties at the University of Mulawarman were given a structured questionnaire as part of a quantitative study. Purposive sampling was used to choose respondents, considering the population's infinite size and two particular requirements: frequent interaction with Muslim influencers and Islamic content on social media and active use of social media. Data were gathered using adapted instruments from earlier research, and PLS-SEM was used for analysis. The findings demonstrate that the quality of Islamic content significantly influences religiosity practices both directly and indirectly (through social media contribution). The practice of religiosity is not directly impacted by Muslim influencer expertise, but it does have a notable indirect impact through social media contributions. These results emphasize how crucial interactive engagement and high-quality Islamic teachings are in promoting religious behavior. These findings highlight the importance of high-quality Islamic teachings and interactive engagement in encouraging religious behavior. The study offers helpful insights for Islamic education by highlighting the need for relatable, reliable content and influencers who can promote value-driven engagement. It enables us to comprehend how youth religiosity is shaped by digital spaces and how structured online interaction can reinforce it.

Abstract

Salah satu strategi yang efektif dalam pemasaran digital dalam industri kuliner adalah kolaborasi dengan food vlogger yang memiliki kredibilitas dalam memberikan ulasan makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh informative value dan influencer expertise dalam konten ulasan kuliner akun Instagram @Smrfoodies terhadap purchase intention audiensnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan 100 responden, yakni pengikut akun @Smrfoodies. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik informative value maupun influencer expertise berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi kualitas informasi dan keahlian influencer dalam menyajikan ulasan kuliner, semakin besar minat beli audiens terhadap produk yang diulas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku usaha kuliner dalam memanfaatkan food vlogger sebagai media promosi yang efektif di era digital
