Abstract

The phenomenon of cooperatives in Indonesia As of December 2017, as many as 40,013 cooperative units were disbanded. Where 7,235 cooperatives were dissolved by the Region and 32,778 were dissolved by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. However, under the same conditions, the existence of Financial Technology (Fintech) has a role and function so that cooperative management can be done digitally and controlled, as well as member services that can be even better. The research method used a qualitative approach, using literature review. The literature review in question is to analyze the relationship patterns and forms of the POAC management life cycle in the context of fintech and innovation of Indonesian cooperatives. The research subjects were Indonesian cooperatives that existed until December 2017. The object of research was the product management life cycle. Data collection comes from secondary sources (websites, books, other documents) that are relevant according to the study of this research. The results of research on the Financial Technology (Fintech) review of the types of Indonesian cooperative activities are: Financial Technology (Fintech) can be classified into two types of Indonesian cooperative activities, namely goods and services. The cooperative product management innovation life cycle is in the introductory (initial) cycle.

Abstract

Kondisi persaingan dunia kuliner sedang melemah yang disebabkan oleh pandemi covid 19, sehingga pebisnis dituntut untuk memenuhi dan mengimbangi perubahan yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh yang signifikan harga. kualitas pelayanan dan tempat usaha terhadap omzet penjualan, secara individual dan bersama-sama terhadap omzet penjualan Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin Kertosono. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian kausalitas. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Sampel berjumlah 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling insidental. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.. Kesimpulan adalah 1) Ada pengaruh signifikan harga terhadap omzet penjualan Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin Kertosono. 2) Ada pengaruh signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap omzet penjualan Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin Kertosono. 3) Ada pengaruh signifikan tempat terhadap omzet penjualan Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin Kertosono. 4) Ada pengaruh signifikan harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan tempat terhadap omzet penjualan Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin Kertosono.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan tahun 2021 ditinjau dari konflik, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian dilakukan di tempat usaha umkm criuzz Dsn.Prapatan Ds.Asmorobangun Kec.Puncu Kab.Kediri Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan survey dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan cara pembagian kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan umkm criuz yang berjumlah 30 0rang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan antara konflik, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja umkm criuzz.

Abstract

Kebutuhan konsumsi manusia tidak terbatas. Salah satunya yaitu, usaha produsen tahu dapat menghasilkan tahu yang memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dalam negeri. UD Jawa Mandiri bergerak di bidang produksi tahu yang mengutamakan strategi pemasaran. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan parsial dan simultan, pada variabel promosi, kualitas produk dan harga terhadap volume penjualan. Jumlah responden yang digunakan sebesar 96 orang menggunakan pendekatan accindental sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap volume penjualan (Y) produk tahu di UD. Jawa Mandiri secara parsial sebesar 3,001 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,032. Variabel Harga (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap volume penjualan (Y) produk tahu di UD. Jawa Mandiri secara parsial sebesar 2,559 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,026. Variabel Promosi (X3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap volume penjualan (Y) produk tahu di UD. Jawa Mandiri secara parsial sebesar 2,667 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,030. Variabel Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2) dan Promosi (X3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap volume penjualan (Y) produk tahu di UD. Jawa Mandiri secara simultan sebesar 5,705 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,025 dengan determinasi seluruhnya adalah 49%. UD. Jawa Mandiri harus selalu konsisten dalam menjaga kualitas produk, memberikan harga kompetitif dan teknik promosi menarik untuk mendapatkan nilai volume penjualan sesuai visi dan misi yang dibentuk.

Abstract

Consumer buying interest assessment is required by employers to know the development of consumers to the advantages and disadvantages that exist to the selection of the intended product. In order for the business to be achieved consumer buying interest, the entrepreneur must look at the factors of product quality, place, and service that affect the consumer's buying interest in this culinary business. This research uses quantitative approach with Survey method. sampling is used with nonprobability sampling and sampling techniques by Accidental sampling, research samples as many as 40 respondents. instruments in the study are questionnaires (questionnaires), data analysis using linear regression. The results of the study found that the quality of products, places, and services partially influenced the consumer buying interest Resto Salesa Trenggalek, and the quality of products, places, and services simultaneously significantly influenced the buying interest of consumers Resto Salesa Trenggalek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara content marketing dan social media influencer pada TikTok terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat yang membeli prooduk skincare PrettyWell melalui TikTok shop. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif kausalitas. Pengolahan data menggunakan alat SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa variabel content marketing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,035 dan variabel social media influencer juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,044. Sedangan secara simultan, content marketing dan social media influencer pada TikTok berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003.

Abstract

The current research has an interest in knowing the relationship between product variations, service quality and purchasing decisions at Ndalem Simbah cafe. The study uses a causal quantitative approach, with primary data distributed boldly to respondents. The sample used in this study were visitors to the Ndalem Simbah cafe, with a total of 40 respondents. By using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and f test, and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS 23 program. The results obtained by word of mouth partially have no effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value 0.784 , but product variations and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with sig values ​​of 0.012 and 0.000. Meanwhile, simultaneously product variation, service quality and word of mouth have a significant effect with a sig value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze effect of price, promotion and product diversity on buying interest at the prosperous sami shop in the village of Gondang Bojonegoro. This study uses quantitative causality approach. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to consumers who had bought or who were about to buy at the Sami Prosperous shop in the village of Gondang Bojonegoro. The population this study unlimited. Results of next study were tested with multiple linear regression and to test this, first the data met the requirements of the classical assumption test, also to find out the contribution of price, promotion and product diversity to buying interest was tested with a coefficient determination. The results of the two tests, namely price, promotion and product diversity have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shopping lifestyle, store atmosphere, and product quality partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampung Distro Kediri. This study uses causality quantitative research methods. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Meteor Kampung Distro Kediri products. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling which determined a sample of 40 respondents. Data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination ( ), t-test, and f test. The results of the t-test data analysis state that shopping lifestyle and product quality partially affect purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampong Distro Kediri, while store atmosphere has no partial effect on purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampong Distro Kediri. Furthermore, the results of the f-test data analysis state that shopping lifestyle, store atmosphere, and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampung Distro Kediri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, quality of goods, and the COD payment system on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with the regression method. The sample used in this study included 40 consumers and was analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS for windows version 22. The conclusions from this research are (1) price partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at the shopee marketplace in Pare District. Indonesia, while product quality, the COD payment system partially has a significant effect on financial performance in purchasing decisions at the shopee marketplace in Pare District. (2) product quality, and the COD payment system simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at the shopee marketplace in Pare District.
