Abstract

Effectiveness is the main element in achieving a predetermined goal or goal. Effectiveness is the achievement of various goals that have been determined on time by using certain resources that have been allocated to carry out various activities. A job can be said to be effective if the results achieved are in accordance with the goals that have been set pre-determined and on time that has been determined. In simple terms, work effectiveness can be defined as the ability to do something right on target. As one of the public service offices, it will serve various kinds of transactions in their daily lives in providing protection for people's rights and legal certainty both for the people and for state administration as well as a means to resolve conflicts that arise between the government and the people. The State Administrative Court is tasked and has the authority to examine, decide, and resolve State Administrative disputes. As one of the public service offices, of course, the effectiveness and efficiency of services are very important, the greater the service services in the office, the more complex the types of actions and services that must be provided, all of which must remain in an integrated coordination.

Abstract

Archive manaegement is a process for organizing, managing, and maintaining important archives or documents. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of archive manaegement at the Citta sub-district office. This research approach is a qualitative research approach and a type of descriptive research. The data collection techniques carried out in this study are using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that all indicators used in the archive manaegement research at the Citta Sub-district Office are classified as less effective. This is evidenced by the indicator of archive creation that is classified as less effective because there are several disposition sheets that are allowed to accumulate so that the disposition sheets are scattered. Indicators of the use and maintenance of archives are classified as less effective because the archives that have been created are not properly maintained due to the lack of archival storage facilities provided, such as the absence of an ordner folder. The archive shrinkage indicator is classified as less effective because employees are less attentive in carrying out the archive shrinkage process so that the retention period in archives is neglected. This study presents new information by linking detailed theories and research loci that are different from previous research on archive manaegement so that it can be used as evaluation material for research loci to improve the quality of archive manaegement.

Abstract

Service is an activity carried out by someone in an institution or group to help or facilitate the community in achieving certain goals. And administration is a process of cooperation between two or more people to achieve targets by utilizing certain facilities and infrastructure in an efficient and useful manner. This research is qualitative descriptive research that aims to determine the Level of Community Satisfaction with Administration Services at the Salampe Village Office. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques in this study use data condensation techniques, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. The results showed that the level of Community Satisfaction with Administration Services at the Salampe Village Office, seen as a whole, was already in the satisfactory category. This can be seen from the fulfillment of eight indicators, namely simplicity is considered good, clarity and certainty have shown good, security is good enough, openness has been carried out well, efficient has been carried out well, economics has been implemented well, equitable justice has been implemented well. But in terms of punctuality, it is still less or not optimal. This research can be used as a reference in decision making in terms of improving customer service for community satisfaction at the village level because previous research focused on the district level.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires vocational schools to produce graduates with strong office technology competencies. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of practicum implementation in Office Technology learning for grade XI students of MPLB 1 SMK Negeri 1 Gowa. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis focused on five indicators: improving understanding, creating deeper impacts, better knowledge retention, breaking the monotony of memorization, and increasing confidence. The results reveal that practicum activities effectively improve students’ understanding of office technology concepts, strengthen their ability to apply knowledge in real contexts, and enhance confidence in performing administrative tasks. Students were also found to retain knowledge longer when learning through hands-on experience compared to theoretical instruction alone. These findings align with Kolb’s experiential learning theory, emphasizing that learning occurs through direct experience and reflection. The study highlights that limited laboratory facilities remain a challenge but can be addressed through creative scheduling and peer collaboration. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on evaluating practicum effectiveness from students’ direct learning experiences rather than conventional learning outcomes. The findings reinforce the importance of integrating practice-based approaches into the vocational curriculum to improve office technology competencies and workplace readiness.

Abstract

Student satisfaction represents something that is very useful in achieving school targets, for this reason school principals must pay attention to the quality of service and teacher performance because both are able to provide services for students to feel and see. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and educator performance on student satisfaction with administrative services at SMA Plus Budi Utomo Makassar. This research is included in descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 103 students at SMA Plus Budi Utomo Makassar using a simple random sampling technique. In this research, data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the various data analyzes in this research used descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and multiple linear regression. The results of the research explain that the service quality variable is at a good level, while the teacher performance variable is at a very good level, and the student satisfaction variable is at a very good level. Based on the results of the correlation test, the two variables, namely service quality and student satisfaction, have a moderate relationship, while the two variables, namely teacher performance and student satisfaction, do not have a significant relationship. Based on the partial test results, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on service quality on teacher performance, and no positive and significant influence on teacher performance on student satisfaction at SMA Plus Budi Utomo Makassar. Meanwhile, service quality and teacher performance simultaneously influence student satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and synthesize the dimensions of 21st-century teacher competencies through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA protocol. The main focus of this study is to formulate a new conceptual framework that is more holistic and responsive to the demands of today's education. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which is compiled based on the PRISMA. However, the results of the thematic readings also reveal the emergence of repeated implicit patterns regarding the importance of environmental sustainability, teacher welfare, learning innovation, and inclusive education. Based on the reflection on these findings, a new conceptual model was formulated called SPIRIT, an acronym for Sustainable, Professional, Innovative, Resilient, and Inclusive Teachers. The SPIRIT model offers a more integrative framework of teacher competencies, covering academic, social, emotional, and contextual dimensions. These findings not only broaden the understanding of the competence of today's teachers but also provide conceptual contributions that can be used in developing education policies, teacher education curricula, and ongoing professional training.

Abstract

The success of the school does not only come from the leadership but all those involved, including all teachers, staff and student cooperation who are willing to follow all the rules that apply in the school. This study is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to find out how the picture of organizational culture at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro, to find out how the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Pangkep Regency, and to find out how much influence organizational culture has on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro. The population in this study amounted to 35 people. Data collection is carried out by observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. Data was obtained from research results processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application consisting of Validity and Reliability Tests. Descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the indicators used on each of these variables showed where the organizational culture was in the good category. For teacher performance indicators are in the good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a strong/high relationship between the two variables. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro. This research can be used as a reference for future research that discusses organizational culture on teacher performance because previous research discussed more about organizational culture on principal leadership.

Abstract

A learning environment is a diverse platform where users interact with each other and learn something new. In order for the growth and development of students to be carried out effectively and efficiently and for the goals to be fully achieved, an ideal learning environment must be built and maintained. If there is a good teaching and learning environment, students will be more interested in following the learning steps. The purpose of this study is to study how college students learn affects their motivation to learn. This quantitative study shows cause and effect. A simple random sample method was used to select 53 subjects in this study. Questionnaires, observations, and documentation are data collection methods. Descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis were used. The results show that the learning environment in the Office Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State University of Makassar is in the fairly good category with three indicators: family environment, school or campus environment, and community environment. The existence of desire and desire to succeed are six indicators that show that learning motivation is in the "Quite High" category. Students must have motivation and need for learning, future ideals and expectations, awards, engaging activities, and a conducive learning environment. The relationship between variables is strong, according to the results of the product moment correlation test. In addition, according to the results of a simple linear regression analysis, the learning environment has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Students of the Office Administration Education Study Program need typing skills, especially in terms of accuracy and speed, so that they can perform academic tasks and administrative work. However, many students do not have this ability.  The aim of this study was to find out whether students' typing skills improved after using rapid typing applications, especially in terms of accuracy and speed.  This study employed a quantitative approach. This type of experimental research uses a pretest-posttest one-group design, or a research model that involves initial and final measurements of the same group without a control group.  The sample of this study consists of 35 students of the Office Administration Study Program, State University of Makassar, class of 2025.  Microsoft Excel and SPSS programs process data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics.  The results of the study show that using the Rapid Typing application improves typing skills.  The results of the t-sequence sample test showed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which showed a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results; the average typing speed increased from 15.66 words per minute (WPM) in the pre-test to 25.60 WPM in the post-test.  The normality tests of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk indicated that the data showed a normal distribution.  Based on these findings, it can be concluded that fast typing apps can serve as an effective learning tool to improve students' typing skills, both in terms of accuracy and speed.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas Pemerintah Kabupaten Tambrauw dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengembangan sektor pariwisata dan pelestarian budaya yang berkelanjutan berbasis konservasi dan kearifan lokal. Kabupaten Tambrauw merupakan salah satu wilayah di Papua Barat Daya yang memiliki potensi unggulan pada sektor Blue Wonder (ekowisata bahari) dan Green Wonder (ekowisata pegunungan dan budaya adat), namun belum terkelola secara optimal karena berbagai keterbatasan perencanaan, infrastruktur, promosi, dan kapasitas kelembagaan. Metode kegiatan meliputi seminar awal, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara mendalam, serta analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas kebijakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pariwisata dan kebudayaan Tambrauw menghadapi lima permasalahan utama: ketiadaan dokumen operasional rencana wisata, keterbatasan aksesibilitas, lemahnya partisipasi kelembagaan adat, minimnya promosi digital, serta potensi konflik antara konservasi dan eksploitasi sumber daya alam. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan model kebijakan pembangunan pariwisata dan budaya berbasis konservasi, dokumen rekomendasi kebijakan daerah, serta peta potensi unggulan Tambrauw 2025. Penguatan kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah, lembaga adat, akademisi, dan LSM konservasi menjadi faktor kunci dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan di wilayah timur Indonesia. Hasil pengabdian ini berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian pilar Indonesia Emas 2045 melalui penguatan ekonomi hijau, pelestarian budaya bangsa, dan pariwisata berkelanjutan.
