Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work motivation and work environment have on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura Support at the head office. The research method used is a quantitative method approach with data collection techniques using probability sampling with a population of 178 employees and samples taken using the slovin formula, namely as many as 65 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 16 software for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially, work motivation or work environment has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. Likewise, simultaneous testing of both motivational and work environment variables has a positive and significant relationship to the performance of employees of PT Angkasa Pura Support.

Abstract

Working capital is the amount of current assets used to carry out the company's daily operations, while capital structure refers to the proportion of capital obtained from various sources, such as debt and own capital. Profitability is a measure of financial performance that shows how effectively a company generates profits from its operations. This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital (WCT) and capital structure (DER) on the level of profitability (ROA) of companies. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data source is in the form of finances for manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling technique was porposive sampling so that 31 companies were netted. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, and f tests. The results of the study show that partially WCT has a positive and significant effect on ROA. partially DER has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously, both WCT and DER have a positive and significant effect on ROA. The practical implication of this research is that company management can use the findings of this research to optimize the management of their working capital and capital structure, so as to increase the company's profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) on stock returns in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used for data collection is a documentation technique by obtaining company financial report data, which can be accessed via www.idx.co.id. The research method used is a statistical quantitative method with data collection techniques using purposive sampling with a total sample of 26 companies. Data processing uses the SPSS 22 program which includes classic assumption tests, descriptive statistics, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results of the t test show that EVA has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns. MVA has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns. The F test shows that EVA and MVA have a positive and significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Influencer marketing and price perception are two important factors that influence consumer behavior, especially in the currently rapidly growing skincare industry. This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and price perception on purchasing decisions for Glad2Glow skincare products in Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a population of Glad2Glow product consumers. The research sample consisted of 96 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The collected data were processed using the SPSS application version 24 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count of 4.238 > t-table 1.616. Similarly, price perception also exerts a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count of 13.048 > t-table 1.616. Furthermore, influencer marketing and price perception simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-count of 391.777 > F-table 3.09. These findings suggest that effective marketing strategies through influencers combined with appropriate pricing can enhance consumer interest and strengthen purchasing decisions, thereby contributing to the competitiveness of local skincare brands.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Wijaya Kusuma School, North Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all employees of Wijaya Kusuma School, North Jakarta, with a total sample of 87 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques included instrument testing, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. Data processing and analysis were conducted using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance at Wijaya Kusuma School, North Jakarta. These findings suggest that improving employee motivation and creating a supportive and conducive work environment are essential strategies for enhancing employee performance in educational institutions.

Abstract

Students’ learning motivation is a crucial factor in determining the success of the learning process in schools and is influenced by various external factors, including teacher competence and learning facilities. Teachers with adequate competence are able to manage learning activities effectively, while sufficient learning facilities create a conducive environment that supports student engagement and enthusiasm for learning. This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher competence and learning facilities on students’ learning motivation at SMA Islam Al-Munir Bekasi City. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The research population consisted of all eleventh and twelfth-grade students of SMA Islam Al-Munir Bekasi in the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 55 students. A saturated sampling technique was applied, in which the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents and supported by interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation, meaning that higher levels of teacher competence in pedagogical, professional, personal, and social aspects lead to increased student motivation. In addition, learning facilities also have a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation, showing that adequate learning infrastructure and facilities are able to enhance students’ interest and enthusiasm for learning. Simultaneously, teacher competence and learning facilities have a significant effect on students’ learning motivation at SMA Islam Al-Munir Bekasi City. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of continuous efforts by schools to improve teacher competence and to provide and maintain adequate learning facilities in order to create a more effective learning process and to strengthen students’ learning motivation.
