Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government implemented relaxation rules as a National Economic Recovery ("PEN") for People's Business Credit ("KUR") debtors which are regulated in POJK 11/2020 and Permenko Perekonomian 19/2020, one of BRI KCP Sriwijaya's Small KUR debtor customers who received credit relaxation and failed to restructure will be reviewed from the Prudential Principles. The formulation of the problem discussed, how is the implementation of KUR relaxation at BRI KCP Sriwijaya Mataram during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of the Prudential Principles of the Banking Law and whether there are obstacles for BRI KCP Sriwijaya Mataram in implementing Small KUR relaxation during the COVID-19 Pandemic in terms of Prudential Principles. The research method used is normative, analytical descriptive research nature and the type of data used is secondary data supported by primary data, qualitative analysis with deductive inference. The conclusion in this study is that default is caused by the non-fulfillment of the Capacity aspect of both the debtor and the bank in predicting the business prospects of Small KUR debtors and BRI KCP Sriwijaya Mataram debtors, the majority of whom have businesses in the tourism sector.

Abstract

An unhappy marriage can lead to guardianship of children. The formulation of the problem Can a grandchild over the age of 18 be asked for guardianship according to the Marriage Law and the KHI? And is the judge's decision in accordance with the Marriage Law and the KHI? The research was carried out normatively, the descriptive nature of the analysis, sourced from secondary data, analyzed causatively and drew conclusions with deductive logic. The result is guardianship under the Marriage Law and KHI, there are significant differences. Where in the Marriage Law, guardianship applies if the age of the child is under 18 years old or unmarried or not under the power of his parents. The conclusion is that the pleading for the guardianship regarding the grandchild whose age  above 18 years old using the Article 50 Number 1 of Marriage law is not precisely applied 2) The verdict that have been ruled out by the judge is  not accordance with Article 50 Number 1 of Marriage Law.

Abstract

The problem that arises in the process of teaching and learning activities is the low level of student absorption in understanding the material presented by the teacher and student learning outcomes. The factor that really influences it is the use of learning media which has not been implemented optimally so that students are bored with the learning media which is still monotonously used by teachers in the learning process. Judging from its use at SD Negeri 4 Klegen, especially in the Pancasila Education subject in class IV, teachers have not utilized a variety of learning media in the learning process. This research aims to determine the learning outcomes of Pancasila education in class IV of SD Negeri 4 Klegen, Madiun City after using audio-visual media. This research stage begins with action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. Analysis of the final results shows that the learning outcomes for Pancasila Education on the Meaning of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia before using Audio Visual media were very low. It was proven that only 2 students or 17% completed above the KKM. Student learning outcomes have increased, the results of this research are in the form of increased student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject, material on the meaning of the unitary state of Indonesia. During the pre-test cycle I, the results obtained were that the percentage of student learning completion was (34%) with an average score of (64%) with the number of students who completed 4 people and 8 students who did not complete it or (66%). Meanwhile, in cycle II the average class score reached 82.5% with a completion rate of 83%. The conclusion is that with the implementation of audio visual media students are more enthusiastic and motivated in participating in the learning process compared to before the action was given.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using big book media to improve reading skills in class II students at SDN 04 Klegen. Classroom Action Research (PTK) is a type of research used to solve learning problems with the aim of improving the quality of learning in the classroom. This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Classroom action research was carried out in class II of SDN 04 Klegen with a total of 13 students. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, researchers used big book media. Data on the influence of using bigbook media to improve students' reading skills were collected using performance tests and observation methods. The results obtained during this research in cycle I were 53.84% and increased in cycle II by 84.61%. The increase in students' reading ability from cycle I to cycle II was 30.77%. It can be concluded that the use of big book media has an effect on increasing the reading skills of class II students at SDN 04 Klegen.

Abstract

 Background: The majority of Krangganharjo Village residents work as farmers, and the area is mostly rice fields. Health problems such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus and gout often occur in people aged 55 years and over. Even though health facilities are good, the public's willingness to participate in health activities such as posyandu (Posyandu) or health checks is still low.   Method: This activity aims to examine the impact of Maumere dance exercises on hypertension in elderly residents in Krangganharjo Village. Activity   Results: The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge about hypertension and Maumere dance after the intervention. In addition, the participants showed a significant reduction in blood pressure after the Maumere dance practice.   Conclusion: From this activity it can be concluded that community service activities such as education, blood pressure measurement, and the Maumere dance can effectively reduce hypertension in the elderly population. Thus the importance of physical activity, such as Maumere dance, in improving heart health and reducing hypertension.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has brought substantial changes to learning practices in elementary schools. Through the national digitalization program, the Indonesian government provides Smart TVs and Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) to enhance instructional quality and digital literacy, including in elementary schools across Rembang Regency. The integration of these devices not only transforms teaching methods but also introduces ethical and value-related challenges, particularly concerning moral responsibility, equity of access, and the humanistic dimension of learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness, value orientation, and ethical implications of Smart TV and IFP use based on an axiological perspective of the philosophy of science. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design in five beneficiary schools, data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and principals, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the use of Smart TV and IFP: (1) increases student engagement and interaction, (2) supports teachers in delivering more engaging and contextual material, (3) enhances students’ motivation and interest, and (4) fosters teacher creativity in technology-based instruction. However, challenges remain, including disparities in teachers’ digital competence and technical limitations in schools. From an axiological standpoint, the success of digital transformation depends not only on the availability of devices but also on value awareness, ethical responsibility, and a commitment to using technology as a means of character formation and human development.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) di destinasi wisata Krahiga melalui pelatihan pemasaran digital (digital marketing). Destinasi Krahiga memiliki potensi alam, budaya, dan sosial yang unik dan menarik, namun belum terkelola secara maksimal terutama dalam hal visibilitas dan daya tarik di mata calon wisatawan. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh Pokdarwis Krahiga adalah keterbatasan dalam strategi promosi yang efektif. Promosi konvensional saat ini tidak lagi memadai untuk bersaing di era digital, sementara mayoritas wisatawan, khususnya generasi muda, mencari informasi dan membuat keputusan perjalanan melalui platform digital. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis kepada anggota Pokdarwis dalam mengoptimalkan promosi mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif yang meliputi pemaparan teori, lokakarya praktis mengenai pengelolaan media sosial, teknik pembuatan konten yang menarik, dan dasar-dasar desain visual. Pelatihan ini fokus pada aplikasi nyata, memastikan bahwa setiap anggota Pokdarwis dapat segera mengimplementasikan keterampilan yang dipelajari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam penguasaan teknik digital dan kemampuan promosi digital oleh Pokdarwis. Peningkatan ini krusial untuk promosi yang lebih efektif, diharapkan dapat mendongkrak daya tarik dan visibilitas Krahiga, sehingga pada akhirnya dimungkinkan peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang signifikan. Pemberdayaan ini memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi Pokdarwis untuk mengelola citra destinasi secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan di dunia maya. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengukur dampak jangka panjang terhadap jumlah kunjungan dan dampak ekonomi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low science learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 006 Tri Mulya Jaya. Of the 20 students, only 10 students achieved mastery learning. The low learning outcomes were caused by several factors, namely: (a) the learning model used by the teacher was conventional, and (b) the learning process was teacher-centered, resulting in passive students. The purpose of this study was to improve students’ science learning outcomes through the implementation of the cooperative learning model Make a Match. This study was conducted using classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The data collected included teacher activity, student activity, and students’ science learning outcomes. The results showed that both learning activities and science learning outcomes improved in each cycle. Student activity increased from an average of 54.00% at the first meeting of Cycle I to 62.00% at the second meeting of Cycle I. In Cycle II, student activity further increased to 75.00% at the first meeting and 83.00% at the second meeting. In terms of learning outcomes, the percentage of students achieving mastery learning increased from 50.00% with an average score of 61 in the preliminary data to 75.00% with an average score of 79 in Cycle I, and further increased to 85.00% with an average score of 76.5 in Cycle II. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the Make a Match cooperative learning model can improve science learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 006 Tri Mulya Jaya.

Abstract

Child Adoption is a legal act intended to ensure the best interests of the child. In practice, adoptions carried out without compliance with applicable legal procedures are still found. The legal problem issue examined in this research concerns the implications of regulations governing adoption conducted without fulfilling legal procedures. This study employs normative legal research using a statutory approach, emphasizing principles of family law, particularly in the field of adoption. It is descriptive and analytical, utilizing secondary data analyzed qualitatively and through deductive reasoning. The findings result and conclusion show that adoption conducted without the prescribed legal procedures, particularly in the absence of a court determination, constitutes an unlawful act. Consequently, the legal status of the adopted child is not recognized, and no civil legal relationship arises between the adopted child and the adoptive parents. This condition results in the non-fulfillment of the child’s rights, including legal protection, certainty of identity, and welfare guarantees. Therefore, adoption must be carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions to ensure legal certainty and protection for the child
