Abstract

Selection and application of specific learning strategies to study religion. Likewise, learning with Hinduism learning strategies at Sekolah Luar Biasa C Negeri Bangli, with their disability from mental and weak dimensions or low IQ, the right strategy and in accordance with the student's background is one of the determining factors for achieving goals and the spirit of the learning process itself. The results of the study show the following results: Strategy of learning Hinduism in Special Schools C Country Bangli is an individual learning strategy (individual learning) and exposition learning learning strategies. The stages of learning Hinduism in Sekolah Luar Biasa C Negeri Bangli are: 1) student factors, students often desire themselves and are difficult to regulate; 2) teacher factors, teachers who often have difficulty understanding students from different IQ levels of students; 3) School factors, lack of educators, facilities and planning make the teaching and learning process stunted, especially lack of learning media facilities. Efforts made in learning Hinduism in Special Schools in Bangli State C are as follows: 1) attachment of special educators to Hinduism educators; 2) Provide special educatio n to teaching staff such as for special education for Sekolah Luar Biasa C Negeri Bangli; 3) the teacher simplifies learning so that students have more material provided by the teacher; 4) The school strives for the appointment of classrooms, provides learning media with interesting drawings, gives more attention and prepares students from facilities in learning, and provides special learning programs for SLB C / Mentally disabled children, namely self-development and self-development.

Abstract

Dalam kurun waktu belakangan ini di Indonesia maraknya peristiwa berbagai tindak kriminalitas, tindak kekerasan, dan beredarnya video porno yang dilakukan oleh beberapa artis merupakan contoh penyimpangan-penyimpangan perilaku amoral. Krisis multidimensi dan keterpurukan bangsa, pada hakekatnya bersumber dari jati diri, dan kegagalan dalam mengembangkan pendidikan karakter bangsa. Pendidikan diharapkan dapat memberikan wahana pembelajaran yang memberikan peluang bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan sikapsikap seperti religiusitas, sosialitas, gender, keadilan, demokrasi, kejujuran, integritas, kemandirian, daya juang, serta tanggung jawab. Pendidikan karakter, moral dan budaya sebenarnya sudah dirintis oleh Ki Hadjar Dewantara dengan tri pusat pendidikan yang dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan lingkungan sosial. Lingkungan sekolah (guru) saat ini memiliki peran sangat besar pembentukan karakter anak/siswa. Peran guru dalam dunia pendidikan modern sekarang ini semakin kompleks, tidak sekedar sebagai pengajar semata, pendidik akademis tetapi juga merupakan pendidik karakter, moral dan budaya bagi siswanya. Guru haruslah menjadi teladan, seorang model sekaligus mentor dari anak/siswa di dalam mewujudkan perilaku yang berkarakter yang meliputi olah pikir, olah hati dan olah rasa. Konsep pendidikan menurut Ki Hadjar Dewantara dengan menerapkan“Sistem Among”, “Tutwuri Handayani” dan “Tringa”. “Sistem Among” yaitu cara pendidikan yang dipakai dalam Tamansiswa, mengemong (anak) berarti memberi kebebasan anak bergerak menurut kemauannya, tetapi pamong/guru akan bertindak, kalau perlu dengan paksaan apabila keinginan anak membahayakan keselamatannya. “Tutwuri Handayani” berarti pemimpin mengikuti dari belakang, memberi kemerdekaan bergerak yang dipimpinya, tetapi handayani, mempengaruhi dengan daya kekuatan, kalau perlu dengan paksaan dan kekerasan apabila kebebasan yang diberikan itu dipergunakan untuk menyeleweng dan akan membahayakan diri. “Tringa” yang meliputi ngerti, ngrasa, dan nglakoni, mengingatkan terhadap segala ajaran, cita-cita hidup yang kita anut diperlukan pengertian, kesadaran dan kesungguhan dalam pelaksanaanya. Tahu dan mengerti saja tidak cukup, kalau tidak merasakan, menyadari, dan tidak ada artinya kalau tidak melaksanakan dan tidak memperjuangkan.

Abstract

This article discusses moral values and economic ethos from a Hindu perspective. The aim of this research is to find out how Hindu moral values and economic ethos teach and practice. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Susila is one of the three basic frameworks of Hindu religious teachings, which is good and noble behavior that is in line with the provisions of Dharma (good deeds) and Yadnya (holy sacrifice). The aim of morals is to foster a harmonious relationship between a person and the living creatures around him. Susila has a very broad meaning, so the author limits the scope of morality to economic ethos. The word economy cannot be separated from welfare and prosperity. In Hinduism, economics is called Artha. Morals are the most important, therefore moral values as well as economic ethos in Hinduism are very important things to balance life and prosperity. The results of this research will provide an understanding of Hindu teachings regarding the moral values and economic ethos of Hindu society.

Abstract

This study aims to implement and find out the inhibiting factors, supports, and results of the implementation of the habit of reading the Bhagavad Gita through learning Hindu Religious Education in building religious character in Hindu students at SMP Negeri 3 Muncar, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive through primary primary data sources; observations, interviews, documentation, and secondary supporting data; literature. Practically, the data analysis techniques of this research are described according to the stage of implementation, namely: (1) data collection techniques; (2) data reduction techniques; (3) data presentation techniques; and (4) conclusion drawing techniques. The implementation of this research is carried out through the preliminary stage of the Bhagavad Gita, the stage of the procedure for reading the Bhagavad Gita, and the stage of the meaning of reading the Bhagavad Gita. The inhibiting factors found were the lack of availability of the Bhagavad Gita, the lack of motivation to read the Bhagavad Gita, the influence of the students' social environment, and the untimely use of mobile phones. Meanwhile, the supporting factors were found due to the support of the Acting Head, Deputy Head, and Hindu Religious Education teachers of SMPN 3 Muncar, the support of the parents of Hindu students of SMPN 3 Muncar, the active role of Hindu students of SMPN 3 Muncar, and the availability of Hindu Religious Education learning rooms. As a result of the implementation of this research, the Hindu students of SMPN 3 Muncar gradually began to have a religious character with an open mindset, good manners, and obedience to the tri sandhya prayer.

Abstract

This research discusses disparities in judges' decisions regarding criminal acts of theft at the Semarang District Court, focusing on Decisions Number.782/PID.B/2019/PN.SMG and Number.157/PID.B/2019/PN.SMG. Judges, in determining punishment, not only follow legal provisions, but also consider human values, the principle of expediency, the effectiveness of punishment, and changes in the perpetrator's behavior. This research uses normative legal research methods with a comparative and case approach. Disparities were found in sentencing, especially in the duration of prison sentences. Judges tend to sentence with imprisonment rather than fines, in accordance with Article 363 paragraph (1) 4th of the Criminal Code. Factors causing disparities involve legal rules, judge's considerations, the amount of loss, and other influencing factors.

Abstract

Fatwa is one of the products of Islamic legal thinking in the form of ijtihad of scholars who formulate a formula for legal provisions in response to questions raised regarding various aspects of law. The fatwafatwas of the Ulama have a casuistic nature and tend to be dynamic regarding problems in society that are important to know about the legal provisions of the Islamic community. These fatwafatwas are contributions to the development of Islamic law in particular and national law in general.

Abstract

The Tangerang Religious Court has decided to cancel marriage due to forced marriage with Number 2801/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Tng where the husband requests to cancel the marriage because the marriage was carried out by force. The 2 (two) main issues raised are whether forced marriages can be used as a reason for annulment of marriages based on Islamic family law in Indonesia and whether the decision of the Tangerang Religious Court is in accordance with Islamic family law in Indonesia or not. The research was conducted normatively with the nature of descriptive-analytical research and drawing conclusions using deductive logic methods. Forced marriage causes disputes in the household, so it can be a reason for filing an annulment of marriage. Tangerang Religious Court Decision No. 2801/Pdt.G.2018/PA.Tng states that the marriage annulment is granted so that, in this case, the marriage annulment has fulfilled the reasons according to the provisions of Article 71 letter (f) Compilation of Islamic Law which was caused by coercion. Thus, the decision is appropriate based on a review of Islamic family law in Indonesia.

Abstract

Interfaith marriage is controversial in society due to the absence of regulation according to the Marriage Law.  Based on Article 2 paragraph (1) of Law No. 1 of 1974, however, in fact, there are still many interfaith marriages in society, one of which is in the decision of the Surabaya District Court.  With the study of the decision no 916/Pdt.p/2022/PN.Sby.  The 2 main issues are whether the determination of interfaith marriages can be registered according to the marriage law in force in Indonesia and whether in court decision No. 916/Pdt.P/2022/PN.Sby.Hakim who has decided to grant permission for interfaith marriages is in accordance with the rules of marriage law in Indonesia.  The research method used is a normative juridical type, with the nature of the research being descriptive and concluding using deductive logic.  Registration of marriages for interfaith marriages cannot be recorded, and the judge's decision is not by the provisions of

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah Solo Raya dengan populasi yang cukup besar, Kabupaten Sragen menunjukkan potensi yang signifikan dalam pengembangan sektor ekonomi kreatif, khususnya industri fashion. Pertumbuhan industri fashion di Kabupaten Sragen, yang didorong oleh peningkatan permintaan pasar baik di tingkat lokal maupun nasional, telah memberikan kontribusi yang berarti terhadap perekonomian daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh literasi keuangan, tingkat kepercayaan diri (overconfidence), dan sikap terhadap keuangan terhadap praktik manajemen keuangan yang diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM fashion di Kabupaten Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM fashion di Kabupaten Sragen, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 125 responden yang dipilih secara acak (random sampling). Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji R. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku manajemen keuangan. Sebaliknya, hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara tingkat overconfidence dan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

In a competitive business landscape, adequate financial literacy is a basic asset for every business person. By understanding financial principles, businesses can allocate resources effectively and efficiently. In addition, the utilisation of digital marketing and continuous product innovation are also keys to success in facing dynamic market challenges. These three elements are interrelated and support each other in achieving business goals. This study examines in depth the characteristics and performance of culinary Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the Serengan District area, Surakarta City. Through a survey approach, this study aims to identify factors that affect financial performance in culinary MSMEs in that location. The research sample of 81 respondents was obtained using purposive sampling technique from a total population of 328 culinary MSMEs. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, and is complemented by the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination to confirm the significance of the model. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that: 1) Financial literacy has no significant effect on the financial performance of culinary MSMEs in Serengan District, Surakarta. 2) Digital marketing has a significant effect on the financial performance of culinary MSMEs in Serengan District Surakarta. 3) Product innovation has a significant
