Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Regional VII Badan Kepegawaian Negara Palembang adalah adalah bagaimana merancang suatu Sistem Informasi Data Tamu dan Konsultasi Tamu Pada Kantor Regional VII Badan Kepegawaian Negara Palembang Berbasis Web Mobile. Dalam pengolahan data tamu dan konsultasi tamu masih sangat konvensional sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam pelayanan bertamu maupun untuk melakukan konsultasi tamu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempermudah pegawai dalam pengolahan data tamu dan konsultasi, serta mempermudah tamu untuk mendaftar data tamudan konsultasi tamu dimanapun mereka berada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Tahap-tahapan dari Waterfall adalah analisis, system, desain, pengodean dan penguji. Metode pengumpulan data dilalui dengan kegiatan wawancara dan observasi serta studi pustka. Hasil penelitian ini agar dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pendaftaran bertamu dan konsultasi tamu dah pengolahan data tamu dan konsultasi tamu.

Abstract

Product creativity is a very important step for the survival of the company's productivity. This will have an impact on Brand Image. This study entitled The Effect of Product Creativity and Brand Image on Purchasing Interest in Nevada T-shirts at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya has a problem statement is how much the influence of Product Creativity and Brand image on the purchase interest of Nevada T-shirts at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how much influence the creativity of the product and brand image on the purchase interest of Nevada T-shirts at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya. This type of research is a survey or field. The method used is quantitative analysis and data collection techniques with questionnaires. The data used are primary data obtained from subjects namely Nevada booth visitors at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya and secondary data obtained by reading literature, books, articles, journals, data from the internet and thesis or previous research theses. Based on the data analysis, partially and simultaneously the product creativity variable has no significant effect and the brand image has a positive and significant effect on the variable purchase interest of the Nevada T-shirt at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya. In this research, Matahari Department Store is expected to continue to update and always get a good product image in the eyes of the public so that the products produced can meet consumer expectations and increase sales.Keywords: Product Creativity, Brand Image, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Cases of bullying can occur at all levels of education from elementary to tertiary level. Bullying can cause mental damage to a person with severe social and psychological consequences, therefore especially madrasa heads as leaders in educational institutions and teachers and school staff must pay full attention to the problem of bullying. This research aims to determine the role of the madrasa head as the leader of an educational organization in overcoming the problem of bullying in marsah. This research was conducted at Mas Al Wasliyah 22 Tembung using a qualitative phenomenological research method. There were three participants who were selected and willing to become participants in this research, namely the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa for student affairs, and one of the Bk teachers. Data collection carried out in this research was interviews by recording audio with a cellphone, recording information provided by participants using writing tools and in the form of photo documentation during the interview. The form of bullying that occurs at Mas Al Wasliyah 22 Tembung is a form of verbal bullying, where verbal bullying is harsh or cruel words, insults or hate speech. Bullying that often occurs is between women. Overcoming the problem of bullying at Mas Al Wasliyah 22 Tembung is by bringing together the perpetrator and the victim and providing sanctions so that the bullying problem does not happen again. The role of the madrasa head in overcoming the problem of bullying at Mas Al Wasliyah 22 Tembung is providing outreach, training for teachers and staff or meetings between teachers and staff, anti-bullying policies, supervision and monitoring, responding to reports relating to student problems such as bullying, building a climate positive school, encouraging student participation, and communicating with students' parents and seeing the plans they have made and discussing, measures of effectiveness that have been implemented.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada usaha mikro kerupuk petulo milik ibu er di Dusun Darungan Desa Cangkring Kecamatan Jenggawah Kabupaten Jember. Usaha ini didirikan sejak tahun 2003 yang pada artinya sudah berjalan sekitar 20 tahun. Namun tidak ada label usaha dan kemasan produk hanya menggunakan kantong kresek. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2023 di usaha mikro kerupuk petulo milik ibu istri atau lebih dikenal dengan Ibu Er. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 6 mahasiswa dari Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Niaga. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu pengembangan dan inovasi kemasan produk kerupuk petulo, pemberian lebel usaha. Tujuan kegiatan adalah guna meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro kerupuk petulo milik Ibu Er. Hasil usaha ini adalah Ibu Er sudah mengetahui tentang pengembangan dan inovasi produk.

Abstract

Kinerja guru dinilai secara formal dan informal pada tingkat pra-jabatan dan pra-jabatan dan hasilnya digunakan sebagai dasar untuk berbagai keputusan. Pertanyaan mendasar dalam penilaian guru adalah apa yang harus dinilai dan bagaimana cara menilainya. Namun, tidak satupun dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan ini dapat dijawab secara terpisah dari tujuan penilaian. Apa yang dinilai dan ketepatan data penilaian yang diperlukan jelas bergantung pada tujuan penilaian. Ada banyak alasan untuk menilai kinerja guru masa jabatan dan guru praktik. Misalnya, data penilaian digunakan untuk memfasilitasi keputusan mengenai sertifikasi, pekerjaan awal, promosi, penunjukan khusus, masa jabatan, pemutusan hubungan kerja dan pengembangan pengajaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif degan pendekatan metode studi pustaka yang dimana studi pustaka ialah suatu metode pengumpulan data yang untuk mengkaji berbagai media literatur serta memahami dan mengkaji teori teori yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data diambil dari media literasi yaitu jurnal, buku dan penelitian terdahulu. Materi literasi kemudian dianalisis secara keritis dan mendalam untuk mendukung tujuan serta pendapat.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the use of audio-visual media on the ability of fraction calculation operations of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita. The main problem studied is whether there is a positive influence of audio-visual media on the ability of fraction calculation operations of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita. This study is an experimental research that aims to determine whether there is a positive effect of audiovisual media on the ability of fraction calculation operations of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita Sidrap on the material of addition and subtraction of fractions. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study consists of two variables, namely audiovisual media and conventional models as independent variables and students' fraction calculation operation skills as the dependent variable, using the Randomized Subject Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. The population in this study were all 4th grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita consisting of 1 class with a total sample of 42 people. The research sample of class IVA as an experimental class with 21 students and Class IVB with 21 students who were selected by Random Class. The data obtained were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the average value of fraction calculation ability of experimental class students was 75.71 and the average value of fraction calculation ability of control class students was 60.48. The learning completeness of experimental class students was 85.95% while the learning completeness of control class students was 47.61%. Inferential statistical analysis to test the hypothesis through Independent Sample T-tests obtained the value of -t count < - t table (-3.678 < -2.021) or t count > t table (3.678 > 2.021) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. In this case, audio-visual media has a positive effect on the ability of fraction calculation operations of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita Sidrap.

Abstract

Peningkatan produksi nanas di Indonesia menghasilkan limbah kulit nanas yang melimpah, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Sementara itu, kebutuhan akan pupuk organik yang ramah lingkungan terus meningkat seiring dengan tren pertanian berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mengkaji pembuatan pupuk organik cair berkualitas tinggi dari limbah kulit nanas melalui proses fermentasi. Tujuannya adalah mengevaluasi kualitas pupuk berdasarkan rasio C/N dan menganalisis pengaruh variasi nutrisi, konsentrasi EM-4, serta waktu fermentasi terhadap kandungan unsur hara. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan fermentasi 100 gram kulit nanas dalam 200 ml akuades dengan variasi rasio EM-4 (4, 8, 12 ml), jenis nutrisi (kombinasi gula merah, air kelapa, air cucian beras), dan waktu fermentasi (5, 10, 15, 20 hari). Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada kombinasi nutrisi gula merah:air kelapa:air cucian beras, konsentrasi EM-4 12%, dan waktu fermentasi 20 hari. Pupuk ini mengandung 0,28% nitrogen, 0,14% fosfor, 0,2% kalium, rasio C/N 1:10,06, 13,7 ppm besi, dan 8,71 ppm boron. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan waktu fermentasi dan konsentrasi EM-4 mengoptimalkan dekomposisi, menghasilkan pupuk organik cair dengan kandungan nutrisi yang lebih baik. Temuan ini membuka peluang pemanfaatan limbah kulit nanas sebagai sumber pupuk organik cair yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan, sekaligus menawarkan solusi untuk mengurangi limbah pertaniaan.

Abstract

The problems that have occurred so far are that schools have not utilized the library as the main means of the education process at school. The teacher has not encouraged students to visit the library intensely, and the students' reading interest is low. This study aims to analyze the intensity of visits, the purpose of students visiting the school library, and the services of the school librarian to students in elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The method of collecting data is through interviews, observations, and documentation with instruments in the form of interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Data analysis was done by data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the intensity of student visits to the school library was 2 to 4 times a week. It was routine and quite good. The purpose of students visiting the school library is known not only to read books but also to discuss and spend time resting. The library services provided by the officers showed that the officers provided information on how to borrow books and reaffirmed the rules while at the library. Besides that, the officers provided services according to service hours. Officers always answer student questions and are fast and precise in providing services.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dalam membangun kedisiplinan guru di MIN 4 Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan guru di Min 4 Tana Toraja, untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dalam membangun kedisiplinan guru di MIN 4 Tana Toraja, dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala madrasah dalam mendisiplinkan guru di MIN 4 Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala madrasah, dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru di MIN 4 Tana Toraja telah menunjukkan sikap disiplin, namun masih ada guru yang tidak tepat waktu dalam menghadiri sekolah ditemukan juga faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala madrasah dalam mendisiplinkan guru di MIN 4 Tana Toraja yaitu: (1) Faktor pendukung meliputi; kepemimpinan yang efektif dan komunikasi yang baik antara kepala madrasah dan guru. (2) faktor penghambat yaitu masih adanya guru yang tidak hadir dengan alasan seperti acara keluarga dan masalah kendaraan serta berbagai alasan lainnya.

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia is rapidly growing, especially with gold pawn services offered by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This product is popular for its quick process and compliance with Sharia principles. However, gold pawn agreements at BSI face legal challenges regarding adherence to Sharia and national regulations. This study analyzes the characteristics, implementation, and legal implications of these agreements using an empirical legal method with a juridical-sociological approach based on literature review and interviews at BSI KC Kutacane. Findings show that BSI’s gold pawning uses Sharia contracts, is free of usury, and supervised by OJK and Fatwa DSN-MUI. The process begins with customer application and asset evaluation, but the ujrah fee calculation does not align with fatwa, as it is based on the loan amount rather than actual costs. If customers fail to redeem, the goods are auctioned and remaining debts remain their responsibility
