Abstract

Tuberculosis (TBC) adalah penyakit infeksi pada paru-paru yang disebabkan oleh Bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Bakteri ini merupakan jenis bakteri yang dapat menular melalui udara. Pengobatan TBC membutuhkan waktu yang lama yaitu 6 bulan dengan berbagai treatment. Biasanya pasien yang terdiagnosa TBC akan merasa sedih, terasing dan putus asa sehingga dukungan keluarga sangat dibutuhkan dalam kondisi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran self efficacy pada penderita TBC.  Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan survey dimana sampel paa penelitian ini adalah 224 responden pasien TBC di Surabaya Utara. Tempat penelitian di Puskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding Surabaya dan Puskesmas Perak Timur Surabaya. Pemilihan sample secara acak. Kuisioner menggunakan kuisioner self efficacy. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Self efficacy pada pasien TB Paru di Wilayah Surabaya Utara sebagian besar pada kategori self efficacy tinggi. Implementasi penelitian ini bahwa petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan pendidikan untuk pencegahan TBC dan sikap positif yang harus diberikan keluarga untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pasien akan pemulihan. Kata Kunci : Pasien TBC, Self Efficacy, Kesembuhan

Abstract

Work Stress is a common phenomenon experienced by nurses, especially those working in adult inpatient wards. High workload, physical and emotional demands, and dynamic work environment can affect nurses' well-being and the quality of services provided. Therefore, understanding the level of nurses' Work Stress is very important to find effective solutions in managing stress in the hospital environment. Objective to describe the level of Work Stress experienced by nurses in the adult inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital and to identify the classification of Work Stress they experience. This study used a descriptive design with a total sampling of 45 nurses in the adult inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital. Data collection was carried out using the Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) questionnaire, which consists of 33 items with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed descriptively to describe the frequency distribution of nurses' Work Stress. The results showed that 53.33% of nurses experienced mild Work Stress, 11.11% of nurses experienced moderate Work Stress, and 35.56% of nurses experienced severe Work Stress. Factors such as coworker support and good management play a role in reducing stress, while high workload and lack of resources contribute to severe stress. Work Stress in nurses in the adult inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital varies, with the majority experiencing mild stress, but a significant number of nurses experiencing severe stress.

Abstract

Beban kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap dewasa menjadi isu yang penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Beban kerja yang tinggi dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja perawat dan kesejahteraan pasien, serta meningkatkan risiko kelelahan, burnout, dan turnover tenaga perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan beban kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap dewasa RSUD Dabo dan menganalisis distribusi beban kerja berdasarkan karakteristik demografi perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan total sampling, melibatkan 42 perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap dewasa RSUD Dabo. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner Nursing Work Life Scale yang mengukur tiga aspek beban kerja: kegiatan produktif langsung, kegiatan produktif tidak langsung, dan kegiatan non-produktif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mengevaluasi distribusi frekuensi dan karakteristik responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 38.10% perawat mengalami beban kerja ringan, 28.57% beban kerja sedang, dan 33.33% beban kerja berat. Manajemen beban kerja yang lebih baik diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan perawat dan kualitas pelayanan. Beban kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap dewasa bervariasi, dengan sebagian besar mengalami beban kerja ringan hingga sedang, namun sekelompok perawat mengalami beban kerja berat yang berisiko terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental mereka.

Abstract

COVID-19 is an acute respiratory disease caused by a new type of corona virus. This disease first broke out in Wuhan, China and then spread to almost the entire world and caused a global pandemic. Main symptoms. Covid-19 includes cough, fever and shortness of breath. This disease attacks all age groups: adults, the elderly, and children. Coastal communities need to get easy-to-understand education about Covid-19 and ways to prevent it. This is the basis for the community service team for the professional study program Ners Stikes Hang Tuah Tanjungpinang to actively participate in efforts to prevent and control the Covid-19 virus by providing counseling or outreach about Covid-19 and its prevention efforts to coastal communities on the Nyirih River. The results obtained were 115 people with elementary education background 86 people (75.6%), infected with Covid-19 10 people (8.6%) positive antigen, cormobid hypertension 28 people (24.3%), cormobid DM 12 people (10 .4%) who have hyperglycemia blood glucose levels. The majority of participants have high risk factors for being infected with Covid-19 which can cause respiratory failure and death in the Comorbid group

Abstract

Aims: to determine the description of the level of nurse motivation in the inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital. Method: This study used a descriptive design with a total sampling of 44 nurses in the adult inpatient ward of Dabo Regional Hospital. Data were collected through a nurse motivation questionnaire consisting of 13 statements and analyzed using a frequency distribution. Results: The results showed that 59.09% of nurses experienced low motivation, while 40.91% had high motivation. Demographic characteristics, such as age, gender, education, and length of service, influenced the level of motivation. Discussion: Factors that influence nurse motivation include the work environment, management support, and reward systems. An unsupportive work environment and lack of appreciation from management contributed to this problem. Conclusion: This study concludes that there is an urgent need to improve nurses' motivation at Dabo Regional Hospital through effective managerial strategies. Recommendations for further research are to determine the factors that influence nurses' work stress in adult inpatient wards.

Abstract

The elderly will experience changes both biologically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually. Spiritual needs are the need to find meaning and purpose in life, the need to love and be loved and the sense of attachment and the need to give and get. This study aims to determine the relationship between the spiritual level with the incidence of depression in the elderly in the Surabaya Social Service Work Area. The design of this research was analytic observational design with cross sectional approach. Samples were taken using Probability Sampling Technique with Simple Random Sampling approach and obtained a sample of 113 elderly people at UPTD Griya Werdha Jambangan and 18 elderly people at UPTD Liponsos Keputih Surabaya. This research instrument uses DSES (Daily Spiritual Exercise Scale) and GDS (Geriatric Depression Scale) Data analysis using Spearmen's Rho Test with the level ρ <α = 0.05. The results showed that the relationship between the spiritual level with the incidence of depression in the elderly with the Spearmen's Rho test results ρ = 0.00012 (ρ <0.05) and the correlation coefficient r = +0.372 which means that there is a low relationship (0.60 - 0.80) between the spiritual level variables with the incidence depression in the elderly. Results of the study. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the spiritual level with the incidence of depression in the elderly in the work area of the Surabaya Social Service.Keywords: Elderly, Spiritual, Depression
