Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the partial influence of Current Ratio (CR) on Return On Equity (ROE). To analyze and find out whether there is a partial influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Equity (ROE). To analyze and determine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously on Return On Equity (ROE). The population used in this research is pulp and paper sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2022 period. The sample selection for this research was determined using the purposive sampling method, where the researcher selected the sample based on the assessment of sample members' criteria which were adjusted to certain considerations. Based on these criteria, there are 7 companies in the pulp and paper sub-sector that are the research samples. The type of data used is secondary data originating from publications on the official websites of related companies and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the form of annual financial reports. For data collection, documentation techniques were used. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression with the help of SPSS 23. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE). Partially, Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE). Meanwhile, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has no significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE).

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product attributes and location, both simultaneously and partially, on consumer purchasing decisions for JSP Kids and Baby Fashion products at Asia Plaza Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is a survey. With a research sample of 97 consumers as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 support application. The test results show that simultaneously the variables used in the research, namely product attributes and location, have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for JSP Kids and Baby Fashion products at Asia Plaza Tasikmalaya. Likewise, partially there is a significant influence of product attributes on purchasing decisions, and partially there is a significant influence between location on consumer purchasing decisions for JSP Kids and Baby Fashion products at Asia Plaza Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which work facilities, work discipline, and work motivation contribute to improving employee work performance at the Communication and Informatics Office of Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The types of data used include primary and secondary data, while the sampling technique is carried out by census of all employees of the Communication and Informatics Office of Tasikmalaya City. Data analysis uses multiple regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study prove that work facilities, work discipline, and work motivation together have a significant effect on employee work performance. Furthermore, partial analysis also shows that each variable, namely work facilities, work discipline, and work motivation, has a significant effect on employee work performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Training and Work Discipline on the Performance of Banjar City BKPSDM Employees. In this research, the three variables use an ordinal measuring scale. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on the saturated sampling technique. The object of this research is the performance of Banjar City BKPSDM employees as many as 45 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous and partial training has a significant effect, but partial work discipline testing has a significant effect on the Performance of BKPSDM Employees in Banjar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of henna design, price perception and word of mouth on consumer buying interest in Ve Henna Art Tasikmalaya henna wedding painting services. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with a consumer survey approach with a sample of 80 respondents. The data collected in the form of primary data through a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. The results showed that the henna design price perception and word of mouth simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Henna design and partial price perception has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, but word of mouth partially has no significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Berinai memiliki makna yang mendalam bagi masyarakat Melayu. Namun, ritual Berinai tidak hanya dilakukan oleh masyarakat Melayu, tetapi juga oleh kelompok etnis lainnya. Di Langkat, khususnya di kota Stabat, rata-rata masyarakat Melayu masih melakukan ritual Berinai, tidak hanya untuk pengantin dari suku Melayu tetapi juga dari suku lainnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan penggunaan ritual Berinai dalam pernikahan campuran etnis di Langkat. Peneliti menganggap metode kualitatif cocok untuk penelitian ini karena ingin menjelaskan secara terbuka mengenai budaya penggunaan ritual Berinai dalam pernikahan etnis campuran. Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas, hasil temuan pada penelitian ini ialah banyak masyarakat yang melakukan ritual Berinai karena permintaan keluarga. Meskipun begitu, banyak dari mereka juga melakukan ritual Berinai karena kesadaran sendiri dan memahami makna penting nya melakukan ritual Berinai. Meskipun bukan berasal dari etnis Melayu maupun etnis Minang yang mengharuskan calon pengantin untuk Berinai, masyarakat etnis lain juga ikut melakukan ritual Berinai sebelum pernikahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ritual berinai telah menyebar ke berbagai etnis dan bahkan menjadi bagian dari pernikahan lintas etnis, meskipun sering kali tidak mengikuti tradisi Melayu secara klasik. Meskipun tetap dipertahankan, masyarakat tidak selalu menyadari perubahan dalam tata cara dan makna ritual tersebut. Penggunaan henna instan semakin umum karena praktis dan ketersediaan bahan baku tradisional yang terbatas, hadir dalam bentuk henna pasta dan henna bubuk. Seniman inai terus mengembangkan keragaman warna dan motif dengan sentuhan modern seperti glitter dan kuku palsu dalam aplikasinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price Perception and Product Taste simultaneously or partially on Purchasing Decisions on consumers of Mie Bakso Cicim Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents. Sampling using non-probablility precisely using purposive sampling. And the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the regression equation Y = 5.164 + 0.545X1 + 0.215X2 + e. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Price Perception is classified as Very Good, Product Taste is included in the Very Good classification, and Purchasing Decision is included in the Very Good classification. The test results show that simultaneously Price Perception and Product Taste have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, Price Perception has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and Product Taste has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif (Ekraf) merupakan konsep pengembangan ekomomi di era digital revolusi industry 4.0. ekraf mengkolaborasikan informasi dan kreativitas kedalam faktor produksi sehingga menghasilkan produk yang berinovasi. Ekraf berfokus pada Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memiliki ide kreatif sebagai faktor produksi utama. Desa Kedungwuluh, Kecamatan Padaherang merupakan Desa dengan penduduk mayoritas bermatapencaharian sebagai petani. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2018, masyarakan pra sejahtera I di Kecamatan Padaherang berdasarkan hasil pendapatan keluarga adalah 329 Keluarga. Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa masyarakat masih memerlukan gerakan-gerakan kreatif di bidang ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidupnya. Saat ini pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Padaherang masih belum berkembang. Masih banyak kaum perempuan yang hanya berdiam dirumah dan memiliki banyak waktu luang. Buah pisang merupakan salah satu komoditi terbesar di Desa Kedungwuluh Kecamatan Padaherang. Permasalahan saat ini adalah kurangnya inovasi dalam pemanfaatan buah pisang. Inovasi aneka olahan dari buah pisang tentunya akan meningkatkan nilai jual dari buah pisang itu sendiri.  Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk memberikan edukasi khususnya kepada kaum perempuan untuk berperan aktif terhadap ekonomi kreatif, sehingga mampu membantu perekonomian keluarga.

Abstract

The development of micro-scale industries is able to provide a significant increase in the economic resilience of the community, but in fact it is not yet fully integrated with the micro-scale home industry players. This community service activity was held with the aim of empowering the economy of women, especially in the business sector of the Al-Mahabbah Foundation, Cimahi City, with the Khusi Cookies product brand. This activity is carried out into three stages, namely the planning stage, the business simulation stage and the evaluation stage. This activity is able to provide benefits for Khusi Cookies business players in the form of creating knowledge about calculating the cost of production and opening a mindset of expanding promotional strategies through social media.. Abstract

Industri battery kendaraan bermotor saat ini juga merupakan industri yang mengalami perkembangan cukup baik dan diantara banyak brand battery yang ada saat ini, salah satu brand cukup dikenal adalah battery GS Astra yang diproduksi oleh PT GS Battery. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh ekuitas merek, kualitas produk secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian battery GS Astra di Kota Tasikmalaya. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah ekuitas merek, kualitas produk, sedangkan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian. Penelitian menggunakan testing hypothesis dan unit analisis data penelitian ini adalah konsumen battery GS Astra dan penelitian ini akan dilakukan secara cross sectional dengan data dikumpulkan selama 1 (satu) bulan. Populasi peneltiain adalah konsumen battery GS Astra pada salah satu toko di Kota Tasikmalaya pada bulan Januari – Februari 2023 yang berjumlah 90 responden sehingga pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis menemukan nilai signifikansi uji t untuk ekuitas merek sebesar 0,044 dan kualitas produk sebesar 0,048 yang berarti bahwa ekuitas merek maupun kualitas produk berpengaruh secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap keputusan konsumen. Selanjutnya untuk uji f diperoleh nilai signifikan uji F sebesar 0,002 yang berarti bahwa ekuitas merek dan kualitas produksi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah diketahui bahwa ekuitas merek dan kualitas produk dapat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial maupun simultan.
