Abstract

This competition appears along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, encouraging various types of changes system in the world for example in the business world changes system such as system in trading, marketing, how to make transaction, and delivery of information still changing. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the trust in brand, brand image dan word of mouth terhadap customer satisfication purchases samsung smartphone in Sarana Smartphone Solok City. This research is a quantitative method, using the technique of multiple linear regression. The sample in this study amounted to 65 customers. Techniques used in collecting data is the spread of questionnaires, interviews and observation. This study uses SPSS  Version 16 to calculate and analyze data. The results showed that the partially trust in brand, brand image had a positive and significant effect, while word of mouth had not significant effect on customer satisfaction purchases samsung smartphone in Sarana Smartphone Solok City.

Abstract

Public awareness about the need for social security in Indonesia is increasing day by day, especially for workers because in order to ensure that they can meet the basic needs of a decent life, financial problems, health problems and maintain the level of welfare. This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Performance Employees Against Employee Career Development at BPJS Employment Office Solok Branch. Determination of the sample is done by sampling Saturated with the number of respondents as many as 30 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively and Independent-Sample T-Test with SPSS version 16 program. The results of data analysis showed that employee performance is the main factor in determining the level of career development. Meanwhile, Competence and Motivation have a not too dominant contribution to career development

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the role and quality of customer service. Service to Customer Satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Solok Branch. Determination of the sample is done by using a Stratified Random Sampling sample with the number of respondents as many as 98 workers. Data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively and Independent-Sample T-Test with SPSS version 16 program. The results of data analysis showed that Tangibles, Reliability and Responsiveness were the main factors that determine the level of customer satisfaction. While the role of Customer Service, Assurance and Empathy has a not too dominant contribution to customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine the effect of trust, advertising, risk percepstion on purchasing decisions on shopee to cnsumers in kelurahan lubuk buaya.This research was conducted with a total of 95 consumersin this study were with a technique slovin. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results show that there is a positive and significant influence of trust of origin on purchasing decisions, there is a no effect and no significant influence of advertising on purchasing decisions, and there is a positive and significant influence of risk perception on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of country of origin, brand image and product design on purchasing decisions of Nike brand sports shoes for students of Smkn 1 Painan. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Respondents in this study were 91 people with a total sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results show that there is a positive and significant influence of country of origin on purchasing decisions, there is a positive and significant influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, and there is a positive and significant influence of product design on purchasing decisions

Abstract

As the oldest logistics company in Indonesia, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) should be able to win the hearts of customers, but there are still many customers who complain about the services provided by this company. This study aims to examine the effect of the customer complaint service variable and customer satisfaction variable on the customer loyalty variable through ACPI PT. Pos Indonesia Padang Branch. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 96 respondents. The type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions using the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that customer complaint service does not directly affect customer loyalty at PT. Pos Indonesia, Padang Branch while customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Optimal employee performance is needed to achieve the goals of a company. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance and the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Adhiguna Putera Padang Branch, sampling method using total sampling technique, where the entire population was sampled, as many as 46 people. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression to determine the extent of incentives and work Discipline on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that: Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Organizational performance is the end result of the work done to achieve predetermined organizational goals. Employee performance can be improved by providing a good example of a leader, motivating employees and always pay attention to employees in the work. Leadership is an activity to influence the behavior of others so that they would be directed to achieve certain goals. Employee motivation is a response to a number of statements about the overall business arising from within the employees to drive to work and grow the desired goal can be achieved. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the economics of the arrisalah waqf foundation. Population in this study were 70 employees who is also a sample of the entire population at the economics of the arrisalah waqf foundation. Studies using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation have no significant impact on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Simanis Savings at PT. BPR Raga Dana Sejahtera. This type of research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis. The samples of this study were customers of PT. BPR Raga Dana Sejahtera who were still active, customers who made service transactions of PT. BPR Raga Dana Sejahtera in the last three months and customers who were more than seventeen years old. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The variables in this study are independent variables, namely physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), empathy (X5), and product quality (X6) and the dependent variable (Y) is customer satisfaction. From the t-test calculation, it can be seen that all independent variables have a large t-count value of t-table and a significant value <0.05 for N = 125, so the conclusion is that the hypothesis can be accepted or proven true for the physical evidence variable (X1), reliability (X2) , responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), empathy (X5), and product quality (X6) have a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a person's attitude to buy or use a product in the form of goods or services that are believed to satisfy him and are willing to bear the risks that may arise. This study aims to determine the relationship between Product Quality and Price with Purchase Decisions. The population in this study are consumers who use Motor Scoopy products at PT. The Great Tower of Padang City as many as 57 people. The sample in this study was 57 people with sampling technique using saturated sampling, where all the population was sampled. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially, product quality and price variables have a positive influence on purchasing decisions
